I have never in my life had buying a car be so easy and nonstressful! My husband and I have not purchased ANYTHING on credit in about 8 years, needless to say our credit history was not good. I found myself in need of a car and was looking on the website, one caught my eye, so we went to take a look. I was given the very best price for the car and they took my broken 1999 Subaru as part of the down payment. Lou and his son worked with my husband and me, found financing for us and took care of all the paperwork! After having the car for a week, the check engine light came on in the car, I called Lou and told him and he got me into have the car check out immeditaly! The problem was found with the car and he made arrangments for the part to be ordered and installed on the car, at no cost to me! I was also given the CarFax for the car. I'm very pleased with the service I have received from everyone I have come in contact with at this dealership. Looking at the cars was nonstressful. Rock came out, introduced himself, asked what we were looking for, pointed us in the right direction and left us alone untill we needed him. We walked across the street and was greated as we walked in the door. We delt with Lou and his son and was made to feel very comfertable and at ease with the entire buying process. I'm so happy with everything about this dealership, I make sure I tell everyone who will listen about the great experiance I have had. I have even recommended my boss to go to this dealership!

My family has been a customer for over 16 years and have purchased 4 new vehicles from Thomas'. Always receive great service. From Sales to Service its always a pleasure. I live 50 miles away and can call anytime for advice on repairs or any other issue. Thanks Lou and crew.

Have always hated car shopping and never really trusted car salesmen till yesterday. I had sold my wifes' car and she was not happy I didn't have a replacement. We drove to Parkersburg she saw one she liked as we drove by . We stopped that one was more than I was interested in but Mr Walker found us one in are price range,gave us the best they could do price without a hassle than took us to Mr Lou Thomas Sr. who handled the bank, ins. company .paperwork etc. I don't hate car shopping so much now!
