I must admit I have not actually been there yet but have been communicating by email on a specific vehicle for my son. He will be getting his license very soon and I want something dependable with room. I was able to negotiate a lower price before I saw anything but a picture....but like they say a picture can say a thousand words. A friend of mine will do the test drive to see if runs as great as it looks and if so done deal. Stop by and give them a try..just don't buy the one I have my eye on...that little red beauty will be coming home soon. Did you really think I was actually going to tell you which one it really is? lol not Did you purchase a vehicle from this dealer? Please provide an answer. Yes No x they didnt have a not yet still in the works

Overall very good experience. For an used car lot, aside from those at dealers (certified pre-owned), this is a nice facility, far better than your average run-down used car lot. The vehicles are in good shape, detailed and cleaned. They are polite and take time to show you thru the vehicle, all of its buttons, and functions during inspection and test drive. They have 2 types of car classes here. Used high-end luxury and mid-grade vehicles which occupy 80% of their invetory, and 20% older low dollar vehicles (perhaps local trade-ins etc). The higher end vehicles are typically 1-owner vehicles with a decent amount of miles but with clean carfaxes and a history of dealer service. Usually these vehicles have too many miles for a normal dealership to retain in their inventory as certified-used and are wholesaled at auction. What i found surprising is a decent portion of the high end vehicles end up being shipped overseas to china and other countries. The 4 stars is because I felt they did try to hide the exterior cosmetic damages to the vehicle by not washing it properly. They told me the car would be washed but only the rims and tires were freshly cleaned when i arrived. There was 2 weeks worth of water spots and road dust covering black paint. I know used car dealers avoid pointing out flaws like the plague. But it was clear after a few minutes the vehicle had stone chips on the hood, a few deep stratches and a rub mark here or there. Typically these type of flaws are normal with a used car, but I felt as if they were trying to deceive to get a better price, instead of washing the car to make the flaws obvious. The rest of the vehicle was in great shape and everything functioned as it should without problem. Minus hiding the exterior cosmetic damage, overall I would recommend Louisville Motors 1 to a friend looking to buy a good quality used car.

I am very happy with Louisville Motors and the cars I bought there. I have purchased two cars from Louisville Motors. I bought a BMW 2 years ago and it still runs like a champ with no issues. I also bought a Chrysler Pacifica 1 year ago which is a great car. The sales people were very helpful. I told them I was buying a car for my daughter and I expected she would be driving back and forth to college. The owner helped me narrow my search down to a couple of cars that were best for her needs and my peace of mind.

All of my life I feared used car sales. So, I am delighted to report a dealership to which I can comfortably return in the future and which I can recommend to friends with a degree of enthusiasm. The positives were: (1) My salesman was a mechanical engineer who well knew the strengths and weaknesses of design in everything he sold. He shared this information freely -- not to discourage, nor to pressure, but to have me involved in wise decision making. (2) Prices are excellent to begin with, but I was pleased to be able to negotiate a better one. (3) Inventory is large and varied. (4) I was supplied with the car"s complete service record for the entire decade of its existence. (5) Subsequent visits with questions or minor corrections were met with courteous and effective remedies. (6) I learned AFTER my purchase that the car had been completely checked and that any possible weaknesses had been corrected. For instance, oil had been changed, brakes had been replaced, etc. I have now owned my Jaguar for a number of months and am completely satisfied with everything about it. Having read a negative review, I was astonished and wanted to counter it with a positive one. I WILL GO BACK when I need another car, and I WILL RECOMMEND this dealership to friends. It is TRUE that a salesman is not always in the office! But THAT'S OKAY -- They're around the back making the car you will buy better for you!
