Fantastic, hometown service. Bent over backwards to get our part quickly. They even coordinated our windshield repair with another company while they had our vehicle, waiting for our part to come. Quality work was done and all issues were fixed, including a recall we didn't know needed to be taken care of, at no cost to us. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Received a service bulletin from Ford about a cam phaser programming update for my F-150, so I scheduled service at Lovegreen. My appointment was scheduled for 1pm. I arrived about 10 minutes prior and they took the truck into the shop right on time. Service was prompt, facilities were clean and everyone was polite and helpful. I can recommend Lovegreen and as that was my first visit, I’m certain that I will be back. Note: The update, however, did not fix the rattle on start up (if anyone is aware of this update for their own vehicle, FYI) so that is disappointing on Fords end, but does not affect my positive experience at Lovegreen.

Everyone was very helpful and kind. as soon as I got there they took my car in. Even offered to give me a ride if I didn’t want to stay there to wait. Will definitely be coming back here
