Christian was awesome! He was super friendly and helped us find the right car for our needs. He was knowledgeable and answered all of our many questions. The finance department was great as well, speedy and not pushy at all. They outlined all the additional service contracts available and answered all of our questions. It would have been nice to see a total cost for the packages in addition to the per month cost, but they were more than happy to supply that number when asked.

My car buying experience with Lovering was excellent. Luke was above and beyond during the whole process. He has a great personality and he kept us informed about the updates. He is quick to respond to our questions. Our vehicle had issues and he immediately addressed them. Renee in the service department was equally helpful and thorough to ensure our problems were addressed. Greatly satisfied with the whole process.

The experience shopping for and buying a new car at Lovering was refreshing. When looking at cars, I had 2 kids in tow, and Luke, our salesperson, was accommodating, helpful and answered all my questions. He even helped move a booster seat to help us all test drive some vehicles. When it came purchasing my car and working with my schedule which can be tricky, Luke even came in on his day off to make it work. I'm thankful that everyone there has made the car purchase experience an enjoyable one and I highly recommend them.
