I am changing a 5-star review of Loyalty Nissan to a 2-star review. I have purchased 3 vehicles from (then Priority) Nissan over the years and had the best experiences. However, the current vehicle I have is the first non-Nissan purchased. I bought a certified pre-owned that came complete with all the "priorities for life" that a brand new Nissan would have. However, when the "check engine" light came on and I called to make an appointment, I was told they were not equipped to work with my type of vehicle, only Nissan, and I would need to take my car to a dealership of its own make in order to have it diagnosed and repaired. So the "guaranteed engine and parts" for the life of the car apparently is only valid if you purchase a genuine Nissan. What. A. Rip. Off. This vehicle will be the last one I buy from Loyalty.

First time car buyer and my experience with Loyalty Nissan was amazing. Very friendly, patient and giving their all to find what you wish for. Tina Lewis was very nice professional and patient with me and succeeded in finding me the car I wanted. If you are looking for great service Tina is the person you should look for. Also no complaints with Finance Manager Austin Jones very professional, very nice and will find the best deal to fit your budget. All in all no complaints here and if buying a care this is definitely the place and people to go to.
