They go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. Luck Chevrolet is also a huge community supporter in the town of Ashland. You won’t find a better group of people.

Oh my gosh I don't even know where to begin. I was on the hunt for a very specific truck and Luck Chevrolet came up as one of the locations that had what I was looking for. It was a dealership 4 hours from my home, which was pretty far away for an 8 month pregnant woman to drive. However after talking with Charlie I knew this was the perfect place to buy my new mom mobile! Charlie was the nicest salesman without that pushy demeanor. He was so great and held the car for me while I coordinated travel. They offered me the perfect deal for my trade in and the buying process was so painless and easy thanks to Annie! You guys are awesome and I cant stop raving about you all! Thank you! I highly recommend!

Great host for car shows. I've never entered their sales dept. I'm completely dissatisfied on their service dept on 2 separate occasions. A quick relearn of a set of tires takes under a minute and they refused to do it. They also failed my inspection due to wiper blades but could not show me the failed blades.

Charlie was awesome on the sale of our 2019 Equinox. Direct, honest and very personable. Ross Luck was great, when you deal with someone who's name is on the building you can be assured you are not just a number here. We have purchased vehicles from other dealerships in the past but Luck Chevrolet will be our go-to in the future. Top notch all the way around!! PS if you're a dog lover, they have a very friendly golden retriever that likes to say Hi!!
