Got a truck from there and love it!! Want to thank Mike found me the right vechile. But over all Wayne in the service dept went way beyond to help me out with a situation. Had TWO very good experiences with Lucky Line Motors. Buying a used car can be a headache sometimes but the inventory they have is outstanding. Car Faxes are available for all cars and minor issues were addressed and fixed promptly. The staff is friendly and I will definitely recommend them to friends. Be smart and have any car you buy checked out no matter where you get it from. If you're looking for a reliable dealer with solid cars this is the place. Thank you guys!

Our salesperson was Mickey. He was friendly, genuine and honest. He delivered over the top customer service, answering all my questions; even if I asked him twice about all of the buttons in the car. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a used car! See Mickey!!

I knew what I wanted when I stepped on the lot of Lucky Line Motors so it became Mike Conduff's and Mickey's job to produce the vehicle at the price I was willing to pay. I won't say I consider myself a difficult customer, but yes, it did take the two of them to find what I wanted and then get the price where I was comfortable with it. They did an amazing job! They both took the time to listen to what I was looking for and why and then matched me with the perfect vehicle. Any questions I had were either answered promptly or were researched to a get a satisfactory answer and I felt completely comfortable with the process at all times. Both of these guys are great salesmen, neither too overpowering or too disinterested and to top it all off, offered to deliver the truck to me and that is way above and beyond anything I had ever heard of before! Fantastic customer service, and I know because that is what I do for a living. :-) I walked away with a great truck at a very competitive price and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone.

Went looking for a second car...met Mike Cundiff at Lucky Line. He was top of the line. Highly recommend you see him if you need a quality used car. Honest, professional, understanding, thorough. He worked over 7 hours to put me and my wife in a fantastic used Mercedes, and he finished the transaction with the same enthusiasm and care that he started with. I've been looking at suv's for 6 months now. Today I decided to look at a 08 land Rover that was at lucky line motors. When I got there Mike Cundiff helped me find the vehicle I saw online and let me lest drive it. When I got back to the dealership he came outside and answered the many questions I had had. He made buying my land Rover easy and Hassel free. I love my new vehicle and am so glad I had waited and went to lucky line motors and was not bullied into buying something I was not in love with. Every part of buying my car was at my pace unlike other dealerships where I had been rushed through looking at the vehicle. I would 100% recommend this dealership! Just started looking for a new car, but was nervous because I don't have the best credit. My husband spoke to my salesman Mickey and he said they could finance me. To my surprise they financed me on my own with approval from more than one bank. Deal was done within 2 hours drove off with 2011 Ford Escape. Mickey was a great help from start to finish. I was also approved on a 2009 Honda Accord 2 door coupe. I will recommend anyone I know looking to buy a car to Lucky Line Motors, Go see Mickey.

I stopped by the dealership on a recommendation of a friend. I only had a minute to look before I needed to be somewhere. A salesman named Mickey introduced himself and I quickly told him what I was looking for and the time restraint I had for the day. He took me straight to the car that I had requested, told me the price and we made an appointment for a test drive, as I had to leave. Needless to say, I bought the perfect car I was looking for. Mickey was so helpful and knowledgeable with not only the vehicle, but the entire process. His easy going attitude, constant smile and professionalism made this experience, this the ONLY time in my life I've enjoyed buying a car. I've had the car a week now, and I love to report there are no issues with it and I have managed to NOT get a speeding ticket (yet). Thank you Mickey!!!!

When a problem came up after the sale, Billy and the Service Manager Kevin Baber and Sales Manager Rafeal Wasi worked hard to resolve the issue to my complete satisfaction. Me and my husband have bought a Mercedes S 550 and we love our car! We saw it online, called them and made an appointment to come and take a look. The car had a engine light on when we came first, but they said that they will take care of. Their service manager Kevin is really nice person, we took the car for test drive and we liked everything about it. So Kevin said he will call us as soon as the problem is solved, and so he did call us in a few days. Now the car rung great, no lights on, we took the care to local car service and got the report about the car, it is in a good shape! So, thank you, Lucky Line Motors! Their owner is a really nice man, very polite and social! We will recommend your dealership to our friends!

My son found a car on their website he wanted to buy, or at least look at. Before we even looked at the car, I asked the salesman Mickey, the dealer takes care of ALL necessary items to register the car in MD, where we reside. "Yes, we take care of everything." Also told Mickey we would NOT be obtaining financing through the dealer. Great, he replied. We went back a few days later to sign the paper work and take the car, I again asked Mickey, we won't have to do anything for the transfer or registration in MD, correct? Nope, we do it all for you he again replied. As we were signing all the paperwork, the title/tag/finance woman said "when you get the car inspected in MD, bring me the inspection certificate and I will mail to to MD MVA, Had it been just me buying the car I would have walked out then and taken my check back to the bank. Fast forward to the MD inspection. We knew the window tint was too dark and would have to be removed. but I didn't know there was NO catalytic converter on the car. I know, I should have checked, since I was already leary of dealer, but it also had a VA inspection sticker on it so I thought it was just the tint that wouldn't pass in MD. I would never have purchased a car that needed exhaust repairs. Bottom line, they are selling cars with FRAUDULENT Virginia inspections. I will deal with that as it needs to be dealt with. The first visit there we told Mickey we would NOT be financing through the dealer, he replied great. About 2 weeks after the purchase my son received THREE different letters of credit refusal for purchasing this car. So even though we told them we DID NOT want financing, they applied in his name anyway. Of course, he will be watching his credit closely now, who knows what else they applied for. I will nt recommend Lucky Line Motors but I will discourage anyone who asks.

I brought my daughter here to look for a 4-5 grand car and we ran into John who was more than accommodating and professional. He helped us with a few choices even with our limited budget and requirements and didn't just shove us the cold shoulder when he heard how picky we were, THANK YOU LUCKY LINE MOTORS.

I melvina waxter, is totally disgusted with this dealerships. They sold me a lemon! I trusted the sales person, Q but they tooked advantage of my lack of knowledge in buying a used vehicle. It wasn't properly detailed, I have trouble starting it, there's a loud grinding noise when I make right turns.I called the sales manager (Raphael) to see what could be done.He politely told me to take my car elsewhere! I have my vehicle a little over 3months there is noway that should have these types of problems so soon.I will Never trust another dealerships again!

While attempting to shop around for cars in my area, I stopped by this dealership. None of the sales reps could be bothered to show me the cars on the lot, so instead they handed me the keys and pointed to the cars I asked about. One of the cars was up on a display rack, but the man handed me the key to it anyway and said I could look at it. A salesman came out to talk to me after about 15 minutes of looking around the lot. After I told him I wasn'y ready to buy today, his demeanor changed completely. He asked me some pretty invasive financial questions and eventually told me I was wasting his time because my budget was lower than what he felt like selling that day. The facility is pathetic. I don't understand how this place is still open. Do not go here expecting anything.

I was not really in the market to buy a car. I was playfully looking on car.com because my vehicles check engine light came on. To my surprise I found my dream car 2006 Acura TL. It was very clean and only had 41K miles!!!! I called before hand to set up an appointment to check it out and take for a test drive. Upon my arrival the vehicle was ready for my inspection and test drive. I told myself I was just going to look at it. Yeah right. Within 2 hours I was signing the paperwork for my vehicle. My sales rep Joe was AWESOME! Very professional from the initial online inquiry/phone call to the moment I drove off the lot. One of the better car buying experience I've ever had. WE FOUND A VEHICLE ON THEIR WEB SITE AND MADE SEVERAL INQUIRIES AS TO THE CONDITION OF THE VEHICLE. WE WERE TOLD THAT THE VEHICLE WAS IN GREAT SHAPE, NO DAMAGE, NO BODY WORK AND A CLEAN CAR FAX. WE DROVE THE 60 MILES TO LOOK AT THE VEHICLE WITH INTENSIONS OF BUYING. THE VEHICLE HAD BEEN WRECKED AT LEAST ONCE, REPAIRED EXTREMELY POORLY AND NOT COMPLETELY. SALESMAN WAS NOT ACCOMODATING, SPENT MOST OF THE TIME WE WERE THERE ON THE PHONE, NEVER APPOLOGIZED FOR THE MISINFORMATION AND DISAPPEARED WHEN WE COMMENTED ON THE SHAPE OF THE 2012 VEHICLE WITH ONLY 7,700 MILES. BASED ON THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED AND THE ATTITUDE, I WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING HERE!

I called in advance about a car that I was really interested in. The salesman who answered the phone was really rude and instead of showing that there out to please there customers and had the nerve to tell me to go to there website and Ill see if they had the car that I wanted to purchase online and hung up. Im a customer that was looking to pay cash to purchase a car and there customer service turned me away. I also see reviews saying the samething! Go somewhere where they appreicate your business because this place doesnt!

I called in advance (most consumers dont do this. START! It makes everything easier on your sales person to have everything ready to go when you show up!) and when i showed up the vehicle was waiting for me to test drive. upon driving i found a few minor cosmetic things and the vehicle needed an alignment. They were quick to address my problem and i was out the door in 45 minutes! Aboslutely reccomend this dealer to others. My sales person's name was Mike M ask for him and he will be sure to take care of you. The others im not too sure of but, i didnt work with them.

I heard about this place from my friends, somebody bought a car from them. I came all the way from Arlington, VA. They have a lot of good used cars, so I have just bought Lincoln LS from them, and I am very happy. I love my car. Very nice people, good customer service. Please don't waste your time with these people as I did. I drove two hours each way to buy a Cadillac STS from them, they told me over the phone it was in excellent condition, I asked them if there was any damage that doesn't show in the pictures, they said no. They knew how far I was driving to get this car, and simply didn't care. The entire passenger side of the car had dents and dings, as well as dents someone tried to beat out. The air bag light was on, and the state inspection was fraudulent, meaning it had been driven 2 miles since inspected, and the rear tires were completely bald. These people have no idea what customer service is, they don't know what they are selling, they are difficult to deal with, and they do not care.

Tried to contact dealer on two different occasions about a car I'm interested in. Even called the salesman's personal cell phone. No one will call me back and they still have the car available. Must not be interested in selling cars as I am not the first person this has happen to after reading the customer reviews.

i bought a truck from this dealer. It had been advertised on cars,com, and it was exactly what i was looking for. Unfortunately, i was several hundred miles away. I put a deposit on the vehicle by credit card to hold it, and 2 days later, i traveled to make the purchase. The staff were very accomodating and courteous and efficient. The truck was as advertised and the price was better than that of a private party.....no kidding.
