The staff usually just sits at there desk and barely try to help you out. I drove into the lot and it took like 10 mins for somebody to greed me outside. Then they were trying to put me in a car I was not even interested in. It seemed like all they wanted to do was sell a car

Lucky Motorsports has a great staff, defiantly go here first! I was looking for a good clean used car and found Lucky Motorsports under cars.com and also under the buying a car section at USAA.com, so I knew they were trustworthy! Juan was really great, no high pressure sales and he went out of his way to help me out. I went all over town looking for a used vehicle but because of my bad credit, no dealership wanted to work with me and my situation . I felt discourage until I got to Lucky Motorsports. As soon as I arrived I was welcomed with a big smile. They have a very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff and truly cared and help me to get a car. Lucky Motorsports has the best staff around! I came in to the car dealerships two different times and had a great experience. They helped me out when other car dealerships let me down! I bought a 2008 Mustang GT from Lucky-Motorsports, and it is a nice car it was very well maintained by the dealership when I first bought the car. The customer service they have is tremendous, they are nice people who give you the right deal. In all, Luck-Motorsports is a great place to shop for a nice looking car at a great price.

I found this dealership through USAA. It is pretty easy to locate on Montana. Once I went into the dealership the service staff was friendly and helpful. I test drove the Volkswagen CC and we negotiated a deal. The staff was very helpful in streamlining the buying process and gave me the first available service date to detail my vehicle on my schedule. Within an hour or so I was out the door in my new car.

I SENT AN EMAIL IN TO CHECK MY OPTIONS ON THE PURCHASING OF A NEW TRUCK AND WITH THE AMAZING HELP AND FRIENDLY STAFF EMAILING ME DAILY LETTING ME KNOW OF NEW INVENTORY DEFINATELY MADE THE PURCHASING THAT MUCH EASIER.
