I was driving down Valley Blvd and Garvey looking for a used Tacoma. I looked at few but the dealerships were a bit shady.. unwashed cars, vehicles that needed to be jump started ect... I happened to come upon Lucy Auto Sales. The dealership showed pride in their vehicles. All vehicles were clean and ready to show. I scored a Tacoma at a very good price. KAI whom I don't believe was part of the sales team provided all details and known history of the truck. Ping in finance was absolutely sensational!! This place is not your typical used car lot. Zero pressure and social distance observed!! Thank you Team Lucy!!!

From the start to the finish, even when my own credit union was being difficult to work with (at first), Ping at Lucy Auto Sales was ever helpful and always in contact with any update information or needs. Her suggestions made our van purchase doable (and her suggestions were always correct, showing a lot of experience). The 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT was just what we needed...and the miles on the vehicle and the price were perfect. Time will tell of course...the van runs nice and the extra equipment all works.

Beware and make sure you thoroughly inspect any car that you purchase from them. I bought a car that was in great condition. Little did I know the navigation and stereo system was switched out to a Chinese version with no option to switch to English or install upgrades. When I test drove the car I was told it was easy to change the language, it’s literally impossible. If you press buttons on the steering wheel it starts speaking in Chinese. Now all I have to do is learn Chinese or spend one or two thousand dollars to replace it. I can’t even connect my iPhone to charge as the usb only supports Android. Worst part is they aren’t compensating me in any way for the false advertising and false statements. Extremely disappointing.
