Wanted to let the world know about my recent experience with the service department at Lujack Honda, Davenport, Iowa. My experience was beyond pleasant from the time I pulled my car into the service department until I drove away from the dealership. What I thought would be a major repair turned out to be nothing serious thanks to the honesty of my advisor Dotty Garcia. I have never had a service advisor as knowledgable and as honest as Dotty Garcia. She was beyond pleasant and with me being a woman I really appreciated how she could relate to my fears of how some dealerships seem to take advantage of some women. She is so good and professional that she should be at the Coorporate Headquarters of Honda, however I would be lost if I were to loose her as my advisor.

I made an appointment at the end of the day for an oil change and tire rotation. When I checked in for my appointment, Greg let me know there was a recall on my vehicle I was not aware of. He checked if the part was in stock and the service department completed the repair while I was there! They could have easily told me it was too late in the day and I needed to come back another time, but didn't. Greg was very friendly and gave me updates throughout the servicing being my wait was longer with the added recall repair. During my tire rotation, the service technician found a screw in my tire. Greg showed me and told me what my options were. I told Greg I was driving out of town that weekend and he made me feel at ease with the repair and the technician repaired my tire for free and tested it twice to assure it was not leaking air. Awesome service from Greg and the technician!!!

Quite frankly, we'd been "working" with another Honda dealer in the area for over a week with no satisfactory results. We decided to take a drive to Lujacks', and within 15 minutes of arriving not only had Nick Varner matched our offer and expectations, but came in under them a little on price. It was a terribly hot day and they let our dog come into the AC with us while we finished all paperwork. VERY satisfied with Nick and everyone there!

I utilized a website that gives me the true price of a car and, as a result, an email was automatically generated to this dealership. It just so happened that this occurred on the 4th of July when the dealership was closed so I was surprised when I received a return email from Greg, ones of the sales people, that appeared to not just be an automated reply. In it, he provided his cell number and during the course of the day we texted a few times. Nice that he took time out of his holiday to respond to me. When the store opened the next day he was very responsive to my emails and texts and I ended up negotiating with him entirely by text which was a great, no-hassle time saver for me. The day after that I arrived to pick up the car and everything was ready for me- quick signing of papers and I was out the door and on my way. Stress-free!

Went in to have mirror replaced on our Accord; Lucky came back to service waiting area and we chatted and he brought the CRV that I told him I liked to the service area; test drove and then traded our Accord for the CRV. Lucky has an awesome personality and a great sense of humor; 2nd Honda we purchased from him. He asked what would make us happy; told him and it happened. Love my CRV.

I bought a Mazda Cx7 from them and it has been non-stop rudeness from this place. All the managers from service dept to sales I have never in my life dealt with more lying and rude people than this place. They are always right!!! Once you sign the papers they instantly don't care for you anymore. They included a 3 year/36000 mile warranty that they claimed was "given" to me only to find out I was charged $2700 for it and never was once informed of this until I looked over my papers. My sales guy Shane Solis even told me on the phone the day before that I shouldn't have been charged for it when I went in to talk to them he had nothing to say in front of his boss. They looked at me like I was just stupid and never have I felt so disrespected and disappointed in my life. I made the mistake of buying from them but I will make sure my family and friends don't go through this. And this is just the beginning. I have 5 years to deal with them. DO NOT BUY!!!!!

Due to the shady Lou Stella we will NEVER be trying to purchase at Lujack's Honda in Davenport, Iowa ever again and have made sure our friend's know not to as well. Lou is the WORST person I have EVER tried doing business with. He tries to lead you into a "good deal" when in reality he is feeding you lines of BS and LIES. After trying to pull one over on us he took off for the day!! SO incredibly UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!! If he hasn't been fired yet, he SHOULD BE. Lou is a snake!!! I wasn't expecting to buy a car on the first day of looking for a new car, however, the sales representative was very helpful in finding just the right kind of car for me. He also did a very good job at showing me a few options and then working with the financing office in the dealership to find me a great affordable monthly payment plan with incredibly low interest making it a snap to get a new car. He even had explained when I was looking at cars in the lot that it would be easier to get a loan and a lower monthly rate on a brand new car than a used car, making it possible to me to buy a car with an incredible warranty. I would highly recommend going to Lujack's for everyone who works there is not only friendly, but actually listens to you to find out what you are looking for/want and they do not try to push any car or deal on you.

My son had left my lights on, ran my battery ALL the way down and now my radio says it needs a code entered in. I called and Dottie told me how to find it and if I had any trouble, just stop by for help. The code was written down wrong! She found the right one, set my clock, aired up my tires and got me an estimate for my headlight and bumper to be fixed. Nicest service department I have ever dealt with and I will be going back!

Had been shopping around for new Honda all day one Saturday and decided to stop at Lujacks before heading home. Got to meet Lucky and received excellent customer service from him. As we were about to leave empty handed after closing time(beings he did not have anything of which I was looking for) one of the managers came out and offered us a great deal on a 2013 Honda Accord that they had just received so it was not listed yet. Lucky took the time and made sure I was satisfied with the puchase I made. He had the car detailed and he took the time to show me how to use the special features that it came with. Thank you so much for the great customer service Lucky!Although my experience with the finance department was not so well. After noticing an add on charge for a service not wanted I tried to get it canceled but was given the run around by the finance manager and another manager. Not going into detail...the stories they gave me regarding this charge were not straight and after several calls Lou indicated I would get a call back from the last manager I spoke with regarding this matter and to this day I have not received a call. So I gave up... ate the charge and let it go. After reading up on this, I do recognize in part it was my fault for not asking or checking right off the bat if this car came with add ons. Lesson learned for next time though. Overall the car I purchased is great! Gris

I have leased a Honda for 3 years, have perfect credit and was looking to upgrade to an Odyssey. I had a general budget I wanted to stay within. I started off talking to Jill Keimig who seemed earnest, as though she really wanted to help me find a van that would fit my needs and my budget. We left it that if she was able to find something that worked, she'd call me back. The next day, I get a call from Cole Vandewoestyhda. He kept me on the phone for far too long and the end result was him telling me "Yea, we won't be able to do anything for you. Just go to Toyota." ....................really? And you are a sales manager? I called Toyota that very day. Fortunately, I also called Zimmerman Honda who was HAPPY to keep me as a Honda customer. I would never recommend this dealership and was happy to drive 20 min away to find a Honda dealership who would value me as a customer.

Stopped by Honda to look at what used Pilots they had in stock and got to meet Lucky. He was not pushy and gave me the options between used and new. Lucky was knowledgeable and so pleasant to work with. He went out of his way to get us the information we wanted and eventually the Pilot with added sensing. Lou took care of all the paperwork and made it simple and quick. I will definitely do business with Lucky and Lujack Honda again. I love my Honda Pilot!

I brought my 2015 Accord in after experiencing jerking with the FCW light on. However, even though the jerking had ceased and the FCW light was off by the time I got to Lujacks, the Service Advisor Dottie Garcia listened and acted on my concerns. The car was kept over several days. She called me to update the status and offered me a loaner. She provided a clear explanation. She called and sent me an email when the repair was finished. The car was washed when I picked it up. Very good customer service.

We were in town visiting friends. We drove through the lot just to see if there was a Pilot available and we ran into Lucky. Lucky was kind and pleasant to speak to. I told him what type of car we were looking for and that we lived 3 hours away. I didn't expect much but a few days later Lucky called and said he found the car we wanted. 2 days later we drove back the 3 hours and bought the car from Lucky. Very personable, great at what he does, and we enjoyed the experience. It had to be good otherwise we would not have driven 3 hours back. During our meeting over the finances with Lou, the products he told us about were all good. Later on we realized a few items didn't work for us and Lou was able to resolve the issue for us without having us drive back.

I would like to recognize Michael Whitfield on his excellent customer service skills. He went above and beyond to get me behind the wheel of a new car. I had to leave to go to work before he was able to accomplish this but he kept in contact with me throughout the day and said he would continue until I drove off the lot not only with a different car but a brand new one. He went over to Honda and spoke with Cole and from there they accomplished the impossible. The two of them work great as a team even though they are from different dealers. Good - Our salesman - Greg Ritz - was excellent! Greg corresponded with us through email for several days prior to purchasing our new vehicle. The pricing and service we received from Greg was the reason we bought from Lujacks Honda. Bad - The Finance Manager - Tyson Warden - was absolutely awful to deal with. Maybe he was having a bad day, maybe he was trying to go home, but he was horrible! He spoke negatively of his coworkers behind his office door, of whom we'd have a great experience with. Our pricing and salesman were excellent which makes us want to return, but if Tyson is in any way a part of the purchasing process, we'll never be back!

I purchased a 2015 CR-V EX and had a great experience with Lujack's. I wasn't sure which model I wanted to purchase so the salesman (Ian) had three different models pulled around front so that it would be convenient for me to compare them. It would have been simple enough for me to walk the 100ft away they were on the lot but they provided great customer service by going out of their way and made both my boyfriend and I feel like important clients. I had shopped both local Honda dealerships, as like most buyers I wanted the best deal, and Lujack's provided the better of the two deals. The next day after I purchased the vehicle I noticed that the purchase price on the sales agreement was incorrect. I called Lujack's and they fixed the issue right away and included a free oil change for my inconvenience. Lou and Ian were both very helpful and friendly to work with.

I took my car in to see what they would give me for a trade and by the end of the day, I had a car reserved with my name on it! Cole was extremely polite and friendly regarding the entire experience. He was thorough but not too pushy. I work in sales as well and he is definitely an asset to any sales team. We actually purchased our new pilot without even test driving it! We typically only keep our cars for 3-4 years and then trade them in for a newer model. I would have given five stars to this dealership but when we sat down with the finance department (Tyson), he was exceptionally rude. He treated us like we were wasting his time. He was short with us throughout the whole signing and barely looked us in the eye. There was a difference between the check we brought to purchase the car and the final purchase agreement. When I asked about the difference (which was in our favor), he bit my head off and said they'd figure it out and probably cut us a check but he had never personally drafted a purchase agreement until now so it would not be his fault. We did not care who's fault it was, just wanted to make sure they could take a check for the higher amount. We expressed our frustration and displeasure to Cole once we finished with Tyson. My husband was so outraged he almost walked away and changed his mind. It turns out the difference in the amount was because of the license plates and they drafted the amount wrong which made Cole jump through some hoops later. All of which could have been avoided if Tyson listened to us in the first place. It is such a shame to have such a wonderful dealership with amazing sales people and have one bad apple leave a distaste and sour our lasting impression...Joanie Dean

Age truly is just a number and I was taught that when I bought my new vehicle from Bryce. Having him be as old as my youngest at 23 you immedietly think about all the maturing up your own child still has to do so it worries you to then trust someone whose the same age to sell you somethign that's the second biggest purchase you'll ever make. However Bryce completely removed that fear from my mind the moment we first spoke on the phone. He took someone who wasn't even in the market at the time and completely legitimently proved why now was the time to trade in our 70,000 mile vehicle and start on something Brand new. I've never taken the time or effort to write a review on someone or anything for that matter. He just made such a lasting impression on me though that it will be hard to forget for years to come when the rest of the family needs vehicles. It's also very rare to get the kind of managers time Michelle was willing to prove to help finalize the parts of the deal all managers have control over. I appreciated the personal touch by having her involved in the whole process and not just after the deals done like most dealerships do if at all.I'll certainly recommened anyone and everyone I know to Bryce and really hope he stays in the business so I can follow him to sell me my vehicles from here on out.

The 2015 Honda Accord Coupe we just leased will be the last I purchase from Lujack Honda. This is the 5th car we have bought through them. Previous excellent customer service is what kept bringing us back over the years but this last experience was horrible and I will not go through it again. We were told one thing, then another. Our past deals were quick and easy but this one took forever. Customer service is no longer King with them I guess. The General Manager did not want to honor something in a flier they sent us. He said they had no record of an offer like that. Brought in the flyer, still didn't matter. I guess now they like to false advertise also. Buyer beware of this company. Just remember if this is how they treat their long term customers...

I went to Lujacks Honda after spending months looking for the right vehicle for my family. I finally noticed a well priced Certified Pre-Owned 2012 Honda Pilot. I went there that same day to check the vehicle out. After walking the lot for a couple minutes, Lucky Fazliu stepped out and introduced himself and took care of me from there. I told him what I was there for, that one specific Honda, and he took me right to it and didn't try to steer me in any other direction. He was very professional and courteous and made me feel comfortable right from the start. We started to test drive the vehicle and it rode very well. Upon entering the highway Lucky said, "Make sure you really push the pedal to get a feel for it." While I normally do this anyway, he was the first salesman to encourage me to do it. I swear he would have let me test the crash rating just to make me feel comfortable with the vehicle. The vehicle ran great and it was priced very well so I wanted to talk numbers to see if we could get this vehicle. During the price negotiation, the demeanor of the sales staff didn't change. They (Lucky and now Michelle Woods) were professional, polite, non-invasive, and very forthcoming with any information I asked for. Keep in mind this was already at closing time. I was there two hours past closing and they still took care of me like I was the first customer through the door. Also, I had my young daughter with me the whole time and we haven't eaten for about 7 hours. The staff made sure they took care of our needs and didn't solely focus on talking about numbers. The staff was multidimensional in the way they assisted me and my situation. Not long after we sat down we worked out a final number and I had no complaints.The next step is worrying about paying for the car so we stepped in with the finance guy, Love Young. We were already there way past closing and Love treated us with respect and didn't try to push us out the door. He was polite the whole time. I signed the paperwork and we were able to take the car home that night. After the late night, I re-looked what we discussed and noticed an error in the documentation. I brought it up to the Sales Manager and she took care of the issue. Mr. Young called me shortly after correcting the documentation and apologized for the error and went, what I felt was, beyond and above what was needed to correct the situation. The way he handled the situation earned my respect and more.I have nothing but good things to say about the way Lujacks Honda handled the buying process ,from sales to finance, and made me feel comfortable with the purchase. I would highly recommend giving Lujacks Honda an opportunity to meet your needs. If Lucky, Michelle, and Love treat you as they treated me, you are guaranteed to feel good about your decision to purchase from them.

After driving the 2015 Accord for a week I still cannot believe the upgrades that have been added since my last car, the 2012 Accord. I love the backup camera and will love the cell phone access once I get used to using the correct icons! I called for a oil change in my 2012 Odyssey that I had bought from Lujack Honda as a certified vehicle. The person I talked to told me I should have the 45000 miles service which includes oil change, rotate tires all filters Etc. I told him that it was a certified vehicle less than 10,000 miles ago, He said those filters wouldn't have been changed. I thought everything was changed. Anyway I told him to go ahead. The thing that got me was once I got there they told me I needed to have the transmission oil change because it had 45000 miles on it. Why did he wait until I got it in there.They told me that more than likely my transmission would more than likely go out if I didn't get it changed. So that was another$40.00 that I wasn't expecting. I have driven many cars over 100,000 miles and never had the oil changed and never had a problem. I love the van and probably buy another one but it probably won't be from Lujack Honda. I have bought 3 Rx350 Lexus from Lujack Lexus and never had a problem with them.I also never got a survey to fill out and I know why. They knew I was not very happy when I left.

We had been to several other dealers to compare pricing. Jason Miller at Lujack Honda had been in contact over the years to follow up on the car we bought from him previously. We still wanted to compare used car prices on a used Chrysler van. I checked with Jason and found that he had those van as well. We had been practically kicked out of Green and Deary motors. They were set on selling us what they wanted not what we wanted. We felt like we were fresh meat. Jason took a positive approach and found the perfect car for us. He did what no one else did...he took his time, and really cared about our welfare.Being used it was not done with some minor aspects. but he pushed it through so we could take it the same day like we wanted. This is why he is good at finding solutions. He also works for a dealer that supports him in taking the best care of his customers. We had looked online for used Ridgelines at Zimmerman Honda in Moline and LuJacks in Davenport. Saw the dark cherry pearl 2012 Ridgeline at LuJacks. On Monday, March 9, we drove approximately 40 miles to look at this specific truck and got lucky when a sales person came to assist us immediately. We introduced ourselves to "Lucky" who showed us the particular vehicle we came to see. Lucky immediately got us set up to go for a drive and get a trade in value on our 2011 Honda CRV. He did NOT try to steer us in another direction which we appreciated. Needless to say, we purchased the Ridgeline without any unnecessary pushing from Lucky. He was NOT overly aggressive, answered our questions, and worked to complete our deal to our satisfaction. We got double lucky: we now own a fun dark cherry pearl 2012 Honda Ridgeline; and we had a great experience with a great sales person, Lucky!Only one key came with the truck so Lucky set us up to have a key made Friday, March 13th, 10:30 am. Lucky stated it would take 45 minutes to 1 hour. I arrived early at 9:30. Lucky took me to service to meet David who said he would try to work me in. I was VERY comfortable in the service waiting area enjoying fresh coffee and a donut. David had my work complete and I was out of the shop by 10:50 am.

We had a oil change that ran a little long(and my wife had all the kids with her) and she ended up getting it free due to the time it took. My experience at Lujack Honda was completely unexpected. I started out looking at a used CR-V a couple months ago with Lucky Fazliu, which actually sold while I was waiting to test drive it. He waited with me and chatted for over a half hour while we hung out to see if the deal was going to go through, so I got to know him better. That really helps put customers at ease, at least customers like me (I like to talk). In our discussion, Lucky recommended a new CR-V, which we had ruled out at that point. He asked that I give him the opportunity to present other vehicles if they came available, and didn't try to push other vehicles on their lot that weren't specific to my stated needs.Two months later the hunt was on again and I returned to Lujack as they had two more used CR-V's I wanted to test drive. I had my four year old daughter with me, and a car seat - not the easiest of circumstances. Lucky was very kind to my daughter and offered to entertain her and help me get the seat in and out of the car. Unfortunately neither car panned out there either. While trying to negotiate on one of the vehicles, Lucky explained the benefits of leasing new (something we had done in the past but not considered again), and the incredible end of year incentives available that would put our payments well below our target budget. After working together with Matt Rizzo, we were able to quickly come to price that made me happy. One thing that drives me nuts is back and forth between sales and management. That simply did not happen at Lujacks. Lucky brought management out right away, I saw the numbers I needed to see, and we got the deal done. Time is money, and they saved me both.I know this is long, but as a frequent car buyer in the past, I have dealt with many dealers. I have purchased cars in 6 states. I've never had as good an experience as in my back yard at Lujacks. As has been said before in these reviews, Lucky treated me like family. Matt was frank and to the point (I like that), but reasonable. Dan in Finance was easy to work with and thorough. I feel comfortable referring my friends and family to Lujacks. Great experience. I have always bought from lujack's they have great cars for great prices, but after buying my daughters car there, I believe this will be our last time using them. Our salesman was unknowledgeable about the car we were test driving, he could careless to find out the answer and was completely rude about it as if he had better things to do. To make it worse when we were test driving he took it upon himself to stay buried in his phone as if the questions we were asking we to the car and not him. If somewhere close had the same car, I would have bought it there but this was the car my daughter wanted and I was not going to look at 100 different dealerships just to see if I could find one close enough. I feel sorry for the next person who has to deal with Eric, because of him, I will never go back to lujack's which is sad because both my wife and I will be up for new cars come this spring.

Online we viewed a red CR-V; saw price came took test drive on the one we were interested in; noticed the mileage was higher on the one we drove; the second red one sold late the day before we came but it still it was online. We didn't have the higher price in mind when we came; but did purchase the second red vehicle, wished the online site had removed the sold one. When purchasing my used Ford Focus, I asked about a second key fob. Jon assured me they were in the "packet" and he would get it to me. He could not locate the packet with the key and fob and went out of his way to supply me with a new key and fob. He turned me from a customer that felt used into a customer who felt valued. After trying unsuccessfully at other dealers to get a deal on two brand new vehicles (an Odyssey and a Civic), Lujack Honda not only gave me the two vehicles I wanted, but gave me the price - even the color - I wanted. I felt that the staff was completely honest with me and they worked very hard to get me exactly what I wanted. Alexis Warren and Matt Rizzo were exceptional in sales and Dan Reitinger made financing easy. I had a great experience and I would recommend Lujack Honda to anyone. My only regret is that I didn't go to Lujack Honda first. I won't make that mistake agin. The next time I need a vehicle, Lujack Honda will be my first stop. I am one satisfied customer.

I could not be happier with the purchase of my Certified Pre-owned Honda CRV-EX-L. The vehicle itself is in better than "excellent condition". First I want to say Del Smith was an awesome salesman. What made this unpleasant was dealing with Brice. When I test drove the vehicle, the passenger side mirror was broken. Del said it would be fixed, they were waiting on a part. I brought the vehicle in the next day to have it detailed and to get a second key made. Everything was taken care of except for the mirror. Del said that it was going to be over 500 dollars and they were not going to pay for it. Keep in mind that I signed a form at purchase that stated they would fix the mirror. Here is where Brice came in. His idea of fixing the mirror was to take it off the door and put it on the frame (that's what you do when you have the doors off a Jeep). My idea of fixing it was to replace the broken plastic frame that holds the mirror. After arguing with Brice, who severely lacks in customer service skills, I told him I was done talking to him and he walked away. I asked Del if I could talk to Brice's boss and out comes Shawn Martens. What a very nice man. He was able to find a solution and makes us all happy. Shawn understands the importance of having excellent customer service skills. You never want to have a customer walk away with a bad taste in their mouth. A person who has a bad experience will tell an average of 7-9 people. A person who has a good experience will tell an average of 2-3 people. Del and Shawn saved the sale. I was ready to take my old car back after dealing with Brice. Thank You Del and Shawn. I love my Jeep!

I was pleased with everything regarding purchasing my new Civic. Until I left my car for the day to get the exterior package. The dealership provides you with a rental car from Enterprise. I did not understand this until I waited to get picked up by Enterprise. My total wait time by the time I left with the rental was over an hour. The car I got was dirty, stinky and nasty. It smelled like wet dog. I felt so devalued as a customer. In my many years of buying cars, I have never had to put up with anything like that to get transportation. This is an awful policy that Lujack has.

When I first decided to get serious about getting the car I wanted and not one that served my needs, I walked back into Lujack's Honda. I knew I received a very good deal for the Civic; however, I wanted someone who was a direct straight shooter (no fluffy rhetoric). Chris was direct, focused, and knowledgeable about Honda products. After allowing me to wander from different sedans, he understood what I really wanted was a coupe. Once I settled in on the coupe, the deal went very fast. He was able to get my second choice of colors with 72 hours. I am satisfied and comfortable now. Dan, in Finance is the same person I dealt with the first time in 2013. This time I mentioned to my spouse that he was quick with getting the best deal possible...all without making you wait for hours (what I hate the most!!). My spouse typically has a negative attitude with this part of the deal than I do. However, she walked away not only impressed with the deal; but with the sense of not wasting time to wear down someone. She stated she would work with him anytime. Moreover, as a long time VW woman, thought she may even consider a Honda product for her new vehicle; all because of Dan.

I purchased a 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe in Oct 2013 from Lujacks. In July 2014 the car was totaled and when the insurance company paid out the claim I was actually paid more for the car than what I owed on the loan which is very rare. It speaks highly to how low of a price I originally received on the car. Thanks Lujacks and especially to my sales agent Brad Johnson for making it happen.

Lou walked up to us right as we pulled in and asked us what we were looking for and our expectations on price, miles, brand, etc. Lou said ok lets walk and I will show you everything within your wants/needs. He went through 1 at a time very knowledgeable of each he showed us. We did not feel any pressure at all. Also before we test drove the car we were choosing , Lou took the time without us prompting to show us each feature of the car. I originally test drove a 2014 Accord as part of a promotion at Lujack Honda. I was greeted by Jon Bowen and he directed me to a no-pressure test drive to enter in the promotion. After being impressed with the sales staff and current promotions, I decided it was time to buy a new vehicle. I travel 500+ miles per week for work, hauling clients and co-workers and our bags. I needed a full-size sedan with good leg room, fuel efficiency, and reliability. Over two months I test drove over a dozen cars at various dealerships. Jon Bowen even set up test drives at other Lujack brands with other sales staff. Jon seemed genuinely interested in finding me a vehicle that was right for me, even if it wasn't a Honda. But his knowledge and confidence in the new Honda Accord was apparent. He allowed me to look at various trim levels and helped me settle on a 2014 Accord Sport because it had features that he knew I would appreciate on my long drives. While I continued to look at other brands, models, and dealerships it became very apparent that I was the most comfortable when dealing with Jon Bowen. At no time with Jon did I feel that I was annoying him or wasting his time. The day of the purchase, all of the Lujack staff was friendly and helpful, Jon even started paperwork ahead of time to save me time due to my work schedule. Jon worked with me and got me a price that was below all of the competition. Jon scoured the inventory to find me the lowest mileage Accord with zero physical issues. The car was detailed and looked fantastic upon pickup. After the purchase, Jon has checked in on me and even helped me set up my first oil change (II drove 5,000 miles in 7 weeks). The Lujack Honda staff has maintained a comfortable and friendly level of communication to ensure i am happy with my purchase and service. In the receipt for the oil change (no charge, BTW) was a request to right a review on here. I am glad to share my very positive experience at Lujack Honda.

I recently purchased a used Honda Pilot from Lujack Honda. The salesman Del Smith was great to work with but management was extremely rude and dismissive. I asked for the dealer's bottom line and was given a price I thought was fair for that vehicle in excellent condition (which would include matching tires). This vehicle did NOT have matching tires. The tread depth varied significantly from tire to tire with two tires having significantly worse tread depth than the others. The intake papers even indicated uneven tire wear. I countered indicating that I would pay the price quoted, but wanted all four tires replaced. The manager indicated they would replace only the two worst tires, but assured me that he would work with the service department to ensure the suitability of the remaining tires and all four would be replaced if necessary. When I showed up several days later to complete the transaction I measured the tread depth and noted to the manager that the tires on the rear axle that were not replaced varied by 1/8" and that I would like them to be replaced as well. On some full-time AWD systems mismatched tires can seriously damage a vehicle; on others with part-time 4WD (like the Pilot) there is more flexibility, but tires on the same axle should still be replaced in pairs. Mismatched tires can result in speed sensor issues which impact the performance of the 4WD and ABS systems. I explained this to the manager and was told the tread depth of each tire (taken individually) was sufficient to qualify the vehicle as a Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle. I indicated that this did not alleviate my concern or address the fact this is a 4WD vehicle and tires on the same axle should be more uniform than the tires on the vehicle presented to me, and that if I presented the same vehicle to his service department for service I would almost certainly be told to replace the tires in pairs. He did not respond to my specific argument but again reiterated the Certified Pre-Owned tread depth requirements, and told me if I didn't like it I could walk. No offer to speak with the Service Manager or a technician to alleviate my concerns, just an option to take the vehicle as presented or walk away. This same manager was similar rude days earlier when I rejected a "mandatory" and UNECESSARY $300 window etching "theft deterrent" add-on (this is partly what a VIN is for), although he did "allow" me to forgo the fee. Given all of the above, I was ready to accept the manager's invitation to walk away rather than give him the satisfaction of a sale were it not for my wife reminding me that my insurance provided rental was about to expire and we did not have enough time to find a comparable vehicle by the start of the work week. I begrudgingly completed the sale, but would NEVER purchase from Lujack again despite the fact I enjoyed working with salesman, Del Smith. I also noticed when I got the vehicle home I had three T speed rated tires and one S rated tire. Apparently saving around $200-$300 on a $28,000 vehicle, which should have had an ample margin, was more important than me driving away satisfied in a safe vehicle.From Page 499 of the vehicle's manual:"Replace your tires with radial tires of the same size, load range, SPEED RATING, and maximum cold tire pressure rating (as shown on the tire's sidewall)."From Page 500 of the vehicle's manual:"IT IS BEST TO REPLACE ALL FOUR TIRES AT THE SAME TIME. IF THAT IS NOT POSSIBLE OR NECESSARY, REPACE THE TWO FRONT TIRES OR TWO REAR TIRES AS A PAIR. REPLACING JUST ONE TIRE CAN SERIOUSLY AFFECT YOUR VEHICLE'S HANDLING."

I hate looking\buying a vehicle. I had it setup to look in Muscatine Iowa that evening. I have a awesome bank lady that called to let me know he wasn't being fair, and suggested I call Greg Rietz. I called him, he listended to my complaints\wants, and said he would call me back. He not only called me back in a timely manner, but he was straight up with me. This is what I have I have this is the price, and this is what it comes with. I went to test drive it, and bought it. It was late, he let me take my new car to the bank to finalize stuff, and then setup a different day to have the car cleaned up and detailed. Here is the best part. Everyone values their time these days, so much to do in so little time. I dropped my vehicle off in the AM, and about a minute. I went back at lunch to pick it up, it took about a minute. Thanks for your help, and outstanding customer service. PS: Thanks for not kicking me off the lot :).

I've Been Looking For A Car For Months Now I Came In About 2 Months Ago And Spoke With Mike About Getting A Good Car & With Me Being So Young And No Credit It Didn't Look Like It Was Ever Going To Happen . My wife finally agreed to trade the tahoe for a better MPG vehicle. We decide to take the Family plunge and buy a minivan. The decision was on a Saturday to trade in the Tahoe for a Honda, we only had a few days to buy something due to a family vacation starting on the following Wednesday. Test drove the Van on Saturday, went back to the dealer ship on Monday night and was out the door by 8:00 PM.. Quick service and good price. My previous vehicle purchases have been somewhat a "Pain", but this time no issue and happy to do business with Lujack Honda.

Lucky was very attentive to our wants and needs. We appreciated that he took a substantial amount of time over the course of several days to work with us showing us everything that we asked to see, even though he knew we would love the Odysseyhe was right. I found between the sales staff, sales managers and finance departments everyone worked very well together and quickly to get our paperwork and contract information put together once we finally made our decision to Lease a new Odyssey. Everyone took great care of us and tolerated all my crazy questions!

We were approached that we could get a new Honda for lower price. So we went in and looked at the new Hondas and compared. As returning customers, we were treated with a lot of courtsey and very well informed. We like what we saw and decide that we wanted the new Honda Odessy. The paper work went real smooth and done quickly. After the sale, Greg show us how everything worked and helped install our phones.

Chris called me and was very courteous when telling me that a potential buyer was interested in my make and model vehicle(2013 crv). When I arrived at the dealership, Chris was informative of my options without pressuring me to upgrade into a new vehicle. When I decided on a new vehicle, Chris was very helpful with the application process and was patient when we were delayed in getting necessary information from my husband. They claim to perform, and boast about, their 100 point inspection on used vehicles. When I got the van to the shop shortly after I got it due to a noise, they found the ball joint Lujack replaced was installed incorrectly and damaged, the transmission mount was flattened, the left front brake was dragging terribly, the oil hose Lujack claimed to have replaced was leaking severely, and the air conditioner was completely out of refrigerant. Don't believe them when they said a vehicle has passed their inspection.

After meeting with Lj "Lucky" Fazliu we test drove a CRV Honda. My husband was leaning more towards the Odyssey. Lucky did not pressure us but asked us to stop back to test drive the Odyssey at our convenience . We were from out of town . We returned home and actually test drove the Odyssey at our local dealer. We returned to Lujacks to test drive the Odyssey and get a quote. Upon dealing with Lucky and Brice Peters, the sales mgr, we were not only given a fair discount but negotiated 3 accessories in the deal. We felt so confident in Lucky that we signed for the Odyssey. We will definitely refer our family and friends to Lucky and Lujacks.

Ever feel like car dealerships don't even care that you're there? Ever call or e-mail and not hear back for days? Not at Lujack. After searching unsuccessfully for months, I found the car I was looking for at Lujack--an Accord Hybrid Touring. I had visited, called, or e-mailed 16 different dealers prior to looking at Lujack. Michelle was fantastic, friendly, and easily the best associate I had encountered during my search. The dealership as a whole was energetic, fun, and casual. It definitely did not feel like all the other stuffy car dealerships I had visited perviously where no one seems to care you're there. Communication was prompt and useful. I got a great deal on the car, and they also gave me 10% more for my trade than any other dealer I had spoken to before. I would not hesitate to send any of my friends or family members there for a new vehicle!

Buying process wasn't an issue. Service department is what turns me off to Lujack Honda. It is not a quality issue either, the work that is done is done right. I had a repair appointment for warranty work for weeks, I arrive and am told that they didn't order all the parts, so I'd have to bring my car back(after an hour). That would be fine, if they were originally appraising the work, and if I hadn't made a special trip and taken off work. Once work was done, it was done correctly. Had the time been put in for making sure that the parts were ordered, it next would have taken only one trip. Next, I had an oil change. Should be an easy in and our process. It was, until I got to my car. I understand that you put a new sticker in a car to say when oil changes are due. But when it's the first oil change, wouldn't you take the time to think that the sticker in the window isn't about oil? I had a lockout sticker for my insurance company to verify my car, it was removed and thrown out and replaced with the next change sticker. I get it, it's an honest mistake. But attention to detail is huge for me, as well as accountability. Nobody took responsibility for not ordering the correct parts the first time, and I just got a sorry from the assistant manager after he looked for the sticker. He could have asked whoever changed it, but I'm indifferent now. I'll only be in for warranty work because I have to, and car purchases. Future oil changes or additions to cars? I'll look elsewhere.

The entire buying experience took 2.5 hours. It shouldn't have taken near that long, but every time we made an offer Greg would have to go back to talk to his manager. This tactic was solely to wear us out and give in. A smart salesman would already know what would be an acceptable price to the dealership.Everyone was friendly. Even other salesmen would stop by and ask if we needed anything - like water or popcorn. We finally agreed on a somewhat fair price, but were surprised after it was too late that they tacked on a $299 fee for anti-theft glass etching, which we had not agreed to. So the fairly good deal turned out not so good for us and we now wish we had taken our business elsewhere. We should take some of the blame for not looking over the paperwork before writing the check.Overall I would recommend this dealership, but just be careful and watch for hidden fees and make sure not to let them breeze through the paperwork like they (probably intentionally) did to us. Lujack's Honda had good selection and reasonable prices. Just watch them closely. We had recently bought a vehicle at Shottenkirk Mt. Pleasant without being a victim of this glass etching scam, which I had read about but when it counted I let my guard down.

I had a horrible experience at Lujacks Honda. It took forever for the sales guy to come back with numbers and then when he did they were way to high. When asked about a couple of rebate options that I knew that Honda was currently offering the sales guy didn't have a clue, he had to go ask someone else what kind of deals they were currently offering. I ended up walking out because I was tired of being treated poorly. I will never go back to Lujacks to even look at buying a car. I have talked to a couple of friends about my experiences and they all said that they had very similar experiences at Lujacks that they just have horrible customer service.

This was just the second dealership we came to in searching for our 2013 Honda Pilot. I really came in with the impression that it would not be the last, not because we heard bad things or didn't think they would be willing to deal, but because I really had my mind set on shopping around to find ultimately the best deal. I contacted this dealership via email initially and was contacted promptly by Tim via phone. He was willing to talk numbers over the phone but strongly encouraged us to bring in my old vehicle to get a true number we could agree on which is understandable. I was happy he was willing to start with some numbers over the phone to ensure the trip down would be worth it! Tim stayed after hours to be sure I received all the information over the phone since I was unable to be reached during daytime hours due to work. We came down the next day and were treated with great hospitality off the bat!! Julie got us into a Pilot right away to test drive and came along to answer all my questions about the features, etc. Moving into negation, I braced myself for a lot of haggling. We were not in agreement with numbers starting off but Tim came out and took us aside to get down to a number we could all agree on. The negotiating was nothing like the experience I had with our first dealership; it was much better! Everyone was very personable and friendly as well as thorough through the whole process. It took a fair amount of time to get the car ready and go through the paperwork but that's expected. Overall, this was a great car buying experience and I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

My wife and I had been looking for a new car for a little while. We checked a couple dealerships on the east side of the river when a friend suggested we stop wasting time and just go to Lujacks because they have everything. I went there to Honda. The sales person actually took and interest in what my wife and I wanted and helped me settle on an Accord. We agreed on a price which I couldn't even get from the other dealer. I was educated on the advantage of a lease and I am actually paying less per month then expected. Just want to Say thank you to everyone at Lujacks that helped. Justin sold me the car and Brice helped me with the payments. Thanks guys and I will see you for that first oil change, complementary.

Tried to renege on "drive away" price confirmed by email. Did honor after I prepared to walk away. Claimed one accessory (wheel locks) not in stock and will express mail tomorrow. A month and ten emails later, no wheel locks! Dealt with Jen Hollis (internet person), Paul (salesman) and Rich (new care manager). these people are why car salesman have a reputation for being dishonest.

I had a wonderful experience with Lujack's both times I bought a car. Matt Rizzo, my salesman was incredibly helpful and made sure to get me the best deal possible on my Honda CR-V. He was not pushy and made me feel very comfortable with everything that was going on during the purchase. He even sat down and walked me through how to work everything in the car and was very detailed in his explanations. My overall experience was very positive and I would definitely recommend Matt and Lujack's to anyone looking to purchase a new/used car!!

This was by far the BEST experience buying car I have ever had. I got out from under an Explorer I owed more than what it was worth!! Matt found me a car that will save me so much money in gas mileage and brand new, I never would have thought I could get brand new!! 41 years old and I have my first brand new car thanks to Matt. There's was no pressure to buy and they were up front with all details. My credit isn't the best either so when I found out they got me approved I wanted to cry, because other dealers just said "Sorry there is nothing we can do for you." Matt took time to find out my needs and went with it and found me something great. Anyone looking to buy a new or used car I STRONGLY suggest you visit Matt Rizzo at Lujack's. Trust me.. if he got me out of a bad situation, I'm sure he will do a great job for you too.

Salesman was very helpful, knowledgable and friendly. Prices were considerably higher than internet prices, but I wanted a car immediately. Watch out for the window etching scam they try to add another $200 while you're signing paperwork. I'll stick with Ebay for future vehicle purchases.

SO OF COURSE I SAID YES GOT A FRIEND TO GO WITH ME TO DRIVE MY OTHER VECHILE HOME AND PICKED OUT THE ECLISPE I WANTED. THEN I GET READY TO BUY IT LOOK AT THE PAPERS AND SAY WHERE'S THE INVOICE?
