Bough my truck over a month ago, tags went dead two days ago. I called down there two days before my tags went out and they promised me that they would over night them, and well I still don't have the tags for my wife's truck, so she's driving on dead tags right now.No one contacted me, I had to do all the calling myself. If those people where working for me they all would be looking for jobs.Be sure to google these people before you purchase anything from them, you'll see what I'm talking about.Good luck and I'll never be back!!

The staff was very patient with my wife and I. Even though there were other customers in the dealership we were treated like we were the only ones there. We dealt with Ryan Parker, one of the salesmen and he gave us his undivided attention. Thus us the second vehicle that we have bought from Lumberton Honda and if I buy another one, I will go back to them again. 20 minutes to get help. Inconsiderate of customers time. On the phone several times while I'm sitting in office. Dwayne called in to see what was going on. She wanted to discuss my salary and we just wanted to test drive to see if we wanted to go any further. I had already talked with Dwayne and wanted to see what he thought. Finally we tested it but the experience was disrespectful and unpleasant. We will go where we are treated in a respectful manner. We were never approached and even offered assisstance

I recently tried to purchase a vehicle from here but wasn't approved for one without a cosigner. Which is disappointing for me being that I live out here alone with no family. So after I left and get back to my friends house, I see a commercial for them stating if you have $149 and a job your guaranteed a car.. umm.. why wasn't I offered this offer? Bc I had well over the $149. I guess the only positive thing about that whole situation was the credit check process went by pretty darn fast.

My car broke down 4 hours from my home on a Sunday afternoon . I was towed off the highway by a mechanic who took me to a hotel and told me he would look at the car the next day. After working on it for a couple hours on Monday he decided we needed to tow it to lumberton. They looked at it at Lumberton Honda and really didn't tell me anything for a couple of hours. At this point I am now stranded over 24 hours, my car is packed as I was moving my daughter and I need to catch a plane the next day. I look at some cars on the lot, as I was getting ready to trade my car soon anyway, and liked the crv. Long story short I decide to buy a new car, they still won't tell me what is wrong with mine, " it will cost 1200-1800 just to get fire to it and then who knows what we will find". I was ready to trade so thought this was best choice. The salesman had been nice and supportive. I was a woman alone never buying a car by myself before, stranded,and vulnerable. They offered me a terrible trade in and would not budge on the price of the car at all. Every time I have been with my ex-husband to buy a car there was back and forth negotiations. This salesman would not budge. He literally pushed the paper under my nose and said " pick a down payment and monthly payment plan". It was obvious I was upset and I realize I could have walked away but where was I going to go? They knew I was at my breaking point and they took full advantage of it. The more I think of how it was handled I see that it was well orchestrated by the salesmen and the repair service to ensure that I purchase now and knowing I had another 4 hours to travel I just wanted to leave, and they knew that. So my personal impression and experience with Lumberton Honda was very disappointing.

I recently purchased a 2015 Honda Pilot from Lumberton Honda. The customer service was awesome. Everybody was so friendly. My salesperson even rolled out the red carpet and took a picture with me standing beside my Pilot. No other dealership I've been to has done that before. It made me feel very appreciated as a customer. Will definetly recommended this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a car.

I recently purchased a 2015 Honda Accord from Lumberton Honda. I was well pleased with the service there. I didn't think I was gonna be able to get approved because of my credit but they found a way to get me approved and riding. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. My salesperson explained everything to me about my car. Didn't realize it had so many bells and whistles. I've always liked Hondas. They are good cars and last forever. Can't wait to see what Honda comes out with next. Will definetly be back to trade in the future. So if anyone is looking to purchase a car go to Lumberton Honda. Where everybody's rides....

My experience was fantastic. I bought a used Honda Civic and the process went very quickly. I only spent a few hours at the dealership versus other dealerships where I have spent an entire day. Financing was easy and I got a really good rate. The salesman was very accommodating and explained all of the new technology in the car that I could use with a cell phone, ipod etc. The car was spotless and they even filled my tank. They even transferred my car insurance and registered my car for license plates. I didn't have to do anything except sign on the dotted line and drive away. This is the first time that I didn't have to call my insurance company or go to the DMV to register my car. This was a real time saver and a convenience that I have never experienced at other dealerships. I continue to use the dealership for oil changes as the price is reasonable and they work quickly to get me in and out of the dealership. I love my car and am very happy that I chose a Honda and went to Lumberton Honda to purchase it. TEN's all the way!!!!!

I purchased a 2014 Honda Accord recently and I am very happy with my Lumberton Honda experience. The salesmen are very helpful and friendly. Everything was explained clearly to me and I never felt pressured or like I was being tricked into signing anything. They gave me a better offer for my trade in than the other dealerships would and even helped me switch my kids car seats into the new car. I was in an out in time to pick my kids up from daycare as promised. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car. I will return when it's time to trade again!

My mom got a car from Lumberton Honda, and within 30 days the car stop working we called the dealership and ask them to come get the car and fix it and they told us we had to pay for everything, even though we have warranties on the vehicle. my advice would be to run as fast as you can from this dealership I mean fast.

I have bought a lot of new cars and this is the worst dealership in the state of North Carolina ..I was told not to buy from them but ,I did anyway ......It's the worst mistake I could ever made...There words are nothing but untold truths...They will promise you or say anything you want to hear at the time of sale .after that it's all down hill.. So, please if you are reading this right now do yourself a favor and do not talk to ANYONE at this dealership.. They do not honor their word on anything ....They do not care about there customers after you buy from them you are just a NO Body !! Please make sure you read your contract in full before singing and you may be very surprised at what you read ! Heaven help you if you have to call them about something because they will hang the phone up on you !! I have no intentions ever to do anything with this dealership ever again there words are nothing but,untold truths about everything .

I live in Florida and was traveling up to Conn for the Holidays. I delevolped problems with the van and it was not running well. I found the Lumberton, NC dealership and told them my problem. Spoke with the General Manager Jay. I was still an hour away from the dealership and it was 6:00 at night. When I rolled into the dealership shortly after 6:00 pm, Jay got the van into service, fixed the problem within an hour and we were back on the road by 7:30 pm. If it wasn't for their courteous and prompt service, I would have been forced to find a hotel for the four us and the dog and then continue on for 15 more hours the next day. Thank you Lumberton Honda and Jay. You guys are the best!

This dealership is all talk and no action, smoke and mirrors. If the salesman tells you what all they will do for you to sweeten the sale....you can go ahead and add it to the list of things that will NOT get done. They are more interested in getting your personal information (email address, phone numbers, marital status) so they can sell it, than they are giving you vehicle information. I was interested in one car on the lot and the salesman that was supposedly helping me would not give me a price on the vehicle, each time I would ask the price of the vehicle he would dance around the subject. Then he offered to show me two vehicles that were not even on the lot! Eventually Desmond (the salesman) told me he would email me pictures and call to set up an appointment when the two vehicles came in the following week. The following week some other man called asking me to confirm my meeting that day with Desmond. When I advised the man that I didn't have an appointment with Desmond nor had I heard from him since I left the dealership he began his sales pitch with me. I asked why Desmond was not following up with me and he advised he would make sure Desmond contacted me that day. Here it is 4 days later and I still have not heard from Desmond or anyone else from the dealership. Needless to say, I have no intentions of doing business with this dealership. Afterall isn't a persons word supposed to mean something....guess not if you are a salesman at this dealership.

brought a car from thereodowntown mad about the price of the car hey more than a thought brakes and get a battery for it.found out they lied about the price car l paid more than I thought which some of that was my own fault not researching and paying attention.some of the salesman are so rude and unprofessional.end it up trading vehicles so much negative equity.

I spent about four days negotiating a price with these guys. The salesman told me that manager had come up with a final price and I countered with an lower offer. The salesman said that the manager wouldn't give on the price any more and that was their final offer. I told the salesman that I would accept their offer and he said that he would get the paper work together for me. About five minutes later the salesman came back to me and said that the deal is off because I didn't accept the offer they gave me three days ago. I was shocked because we had just negotiated a deal ten minutes ago. I was upset that I spent four days working with these guys for them to completely back out on the deal they offered. Please do yourself a favor. Do not waste your valuable time working with people who will not honor their word.

Initial visit to dealership was due to radio ad promising 50% of MSRP. I called because this sounded too good to be true. Rep on phone stated that all stock inventory of 2013 cars are being "sold" at 50% off MSRP. I drove two hours to dealership that night. I found a CR-V that fit my budget and began the buying process. I discussed with salesman (who asked if I "got a boyfriend") the promotion - including the sale price to be 50% off MSRP. Due to operating hours the sale could not be completed. The next day, I spoke extensively with the salesman from the day before, stating that I was still interested in the car I test drove, that I was coming that evening from two hours away and again, asked about 50% off promotion. I had a friend drive me, who thank goodness waited, the two hours back to lumberton. When I got there they could not find the keys for my vehicle and instead gave me keys to test drive a much more expensive options package. When the finally brought the vehicle I had set my heart on buying out for a test drive, it had a dead frog on the windshield and food leftovers in the center console. I complained about the salesman I had been working with to the 9+ managers relaxing behind the counter, especially after he flicked his cigarette butt into the bed of my friends pick up truck. A new dealer began to sweet talk me and offered me a better deal on a CR-V with similar options. When we sat down to discuss financing and "negotiate" price, he attempted to finance me for a lease instead of a sale. He stated that "a lease is the same as a sale" and that the ad was "creative advertising." I expressed my feeling of deception and stated that I had asked so many times the details/fine print of their promotion. He told me again that "a lease is the same as a sale." I wasted 8 hours of driving time and almost 4 hours of my time with the rude salesmen. Initially I felt the fool for falling for such a 'too good to be true' offer but in hindsight I know that I asked all of the appropriate questions and received conformation from the 3 salesmen I dealt with that the price was for the SALE of a new vehicle. We even discussed my desire for a 4 year loan to have my new car paid off faster compared to a six year loan. This dealership wasted my time, energy and gas- all the while knowing that I was intending to BUY a new car and was traveling a long distance. This is pure fraud.

This was my first time buying a car and it started well and I was very happy with my Accord but as time went on I found that not only was I originally charged the new price for a used car but was lied to about having a 100, 000 mile warranty, had locking lug nuts and no key to unlock they to change my flat tire, was never giving my paperwork the first time like I should have, was lied to about the price of the car when I questioned about it upon having to go back to Lumberton from Fayetteville for the 3rd time to redue my finance paperwork (I think because they realized they over charged me), they held my paperwork up that was to go to the license plate office and after calling and leaving 3 messages that were never returned for the woman over sending the information out and picking up the plates I had to speak with 3 other people before I talked to one that was about to find out what was going on and received my plate on day 41 after purchasing my car. Oh and to add the cherry on top the sale person I had ended up getting fired and all I got from the manager after expressing my anger about not getting the one thing that I said was a non negotiable (100, 000 mile warranty because I drive over 450 miles a week for work) an "I'm sorry and unfortunately we had to let her go." I now only deal with Bryan Honda for all of my needs and wish I would have purchased from they

we were co-signing for a car for my daughter.. yeah right in the end we were the borrower without permission! they sold her a car with 2 bald front tires! and refused to correct it. i was told they inspected the car with the north carolina state inspection laws! yea right the 2 front tires were as smooth as a bay's bottom!
