Aiden helped us during our experience. We were treated very well. There was little negotiation (no back and forth with random numbers written down to offer us) and we were taken care of quickly with no pressure. I purchased a Pre-Owned 2014 Jetta. I found the vehicle on-line and Bennett assisted with scheduling a test drive. I met with Tom Cloyd in sales who was knowledgeable and friendly this allowed the process to be enjoyable and not stressful. There was absolutely no pressure to upgrade to the newest model. Tom was patient and thorough and took the time to help me learn how to use all the gadgets. The best part - Lunde's included a Lifetime Power Train Warranty on my pre-owned Jetta. I would definitely refer my family and friends to Lunde's VW and Tom Cloyd.

I had been trying to find this exact car for a few months. When I saw you had one in your inventory I called as soon as you were open. Ana assisted me with sending me emails and links for more information on the car I was interested in and a few others in case I may like something else (per my request). I stressed to Ana that I've had issues in losing the car to another buyer before I could get off work and stressed I was a very serious buyer. Ana held the keys for me until I got there! I was very happy she did that and that the processes to complete the sale was not stressful. I'm one happy customer! Thanks to all of you! I also had to come in the next day for a noise which was some sort of loose flap. They kept their service area open and waited for me to get there shortly after hours. We purchased a 2015 VW Beetle convertible. Made an appointment and was met by Chip and Youssef. I had researched available Beetle convertibles in the Tucson - Phoenix area and Lunde had 3 2015-2016 models available. This is my wifes 3rd VW and could not be more pleased. The dealership is modern and fully appointed. There was no pressure sales pitch. Looked at three vehicles and my wife picked the red one (of course). Did the test drive. They came up with a number, I came up with a number and we agreed somewhere in the middle. Papers were signed, the car was cleaned and fueled ready to go. In and out in less than 3 hours. It is a pleasure to do business with good forthright people. Youssef was great, answered all of my questions and their lifetime powertrain warranty is a great benefit. Would make the 140 mile trip again to purchase a vehicle from Lunde.

Stopped into to look at the new 1.4 Jetta's they have.. Incredible deal going on through Memorial Day. Met up with Ty (I have worked with him before on prior purchase..) I test drove the car.(best car for the money hands down). Ty is a car guy.. he knows these cars inside and out. With their new lifetime warranty it was a done deal. Nathaniel went through my options with me..very easy going ..no pressure..went in at 11am..was driving home in my new Jetta at 1pm.. Leased a Passat for 3.5 years. The car was great and the service department was even better. This was our first time leasing a vehicle and knew to take extra good care of it to avoid any repairs. At the end of the lease we contacted the bank who scheduled someone to evaluate it prior to bringing it back to the dealership. We were given a paper saying there are no repairs needed and we owe a zero amount when returning it. We paid our last payment and turned the car in which took less than five min.

I purchased my used Volkswagen GTI here about a month ago. I dropped the car off for an oil change and they fixed some stuff I didn't even notice was broken. They washed the car up and even dropped it off to me! They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and enjoyed my experiance. The store is very clean and neat. The shop was very helpful. Just bought a 2013 VW Beetle for my daughter to replace hers which was wrecked a couple weeks ago. My first contact was with Bennet in the internet department. She is delightful. Once at the dealership she handed us off to Miguel who helped us on the lot and with test driving the cars. Miguel was very helpful and professional. We spoke briefly that night with Brad the sales manager who was pleasant and helpful as well. Then we left. Two days later when we had made the decision which vehicle was the right choice for us, I came to an agreement over the phone on the price and set an appointment to sign documents and pick up the car later in the day. I filled out some information for the dealership online. A few hours later Miguel picked me up and took me to the dealership to get the car. Once there I signed paperwork which took about 15 minutes and Miguel walked me out to the new/used car. He was very helpful in explaining some of the bells and whistles before I took the car home. Good experience with the not so pleasant task of replacing a wrecked car.

One of the things I love about doing business at Peoria VW is the no sales pressure approach. I'm a fan of the VW brand and have been buying / leasing VW's in the Phoenix area for 15 years. Over the years, I'd purchased 5 VW's from 3 other valley dealers located closer to my residence in Mesa, but had grown tired of the games, even with salesmen I'd had a prior working relationship with. Endless dealer add-ons to fight through to get to a website price. Sometimes just finding out the cap cost or money factor they're using on a lease isn't so easy.Not with Peoria VW. These guys are the best! No secrets, no surprises, and no games. Even the dreaded visit to the finance office is low key. This is what happens when a dealer doesn't run it's sales staff on commission, and it is a refreshing change from the usual stressful day spent at a typical dealer.In the end, Lunde's Peoria VW beat a couple other valley dealers on price, and the whole deal was the smoothest I've experienced. Doug Luoma was terrific in sales, and Rick Doschadis made a good deal quickly without a bunch of back and forth haggling. Phillip Vigarino made the finance portion a piece of cake, and this is often the worst part of the buying experience.I'll probably even come back for service, even though I'm across town. Lunde's really treats their customers the right way. I'm glad I found them.

This was my first VW buy and I had to find the best. And that is what I found!Jack was my Sales Guy and he was GREAT! He went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and also made sure I wasn't left hanging waiting to finish the process either. My finance guy (Phil I think) was great as well. He explained everything and did not pressure me into anything I didn't want. And with that said I must say only 3.5 hrs from first test drive to driving car off lot home. It was the easiest car buying process ever!!And even after I drove off lot I noticed that I didn't have any floor mats in my car. That was not a problem after apologizing Jack was on it and within 20 min was back on phone telling me he had my mats ready to go.I even had my first run in with Service Dept and they are GREAT as well. I had to get a tire changed out and that was done in a breeze I was in and out in no time.You folk's have made me a VW fan hands down!!

I had initially visited Lunde's VW for service on my 2012 Jetta, not with the intention of driving away in a new vehicle (although, I am thrilled for that outcome). While waiting for the service to be taken care of, I decided to browse the new models and see features, price points, etc. As I was looking outside, a sales consultant named Chip came out to greet me. We spoke about my visit and service on my current vehicle, and new models, trading in, and so on. He inquired of my wants and needs and proceeded to show me the new 2016 Jetta Sport that was in the showroom. He was very thorough in his explanation of features, and gave some great advice based on some of the things I would want in a new vehicle, but he was not at all pushy or aggressive. He was exceptionally informative with regards to leasing a vehicle, which is something I had been researching, but did not know all of the advantages/disadvantages. He took me out on the lot and we checked out the different options of colors and models and I fell in love with the Sport Jetta in red. The financing department was great as well, helping with the trade in process and getting me a reasonable payment for my new car. Chip did a great job helping me before and after the sale, setting up the navigation and other systems for me. I will highly recommend him and Lunde's VW to anyone thinking about buying a new VW, or just a new car in general. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience and I love my new car!

Easiest purchase I've ever made of a car. In and out in less than 45 minutes with Bennet setting up the deal in advance online, manager troy closing deal before i got there by phone and Daniel meeting me at the door, handed me the keys for test drive car washed and ready while he finished paper work as I tested car came back signed paper and gone with new car and free t shirts to boot 10 minutes after test drive. Truly no hassel car purchase for me. Rog

We needed a second car, and were interested in a Volkswagen Jetta. After doing some research, we found the best options and pricing being offered at Lunde's Peoria Volkswagen. Because the staff is not paid solely on commission, we were comfortable with purchasing the first Jetta we saw. Miguel was so helpful and honest with us, answering the questions we needed to know about the car that would assist us the with the needs we had for our daily lives. Since Miguel also owned a couple Volkswagens himself, he was able to give his own personal testimony as well and, because of years of experience with car sales, he was able to help us with explaining the financing we personally needed before turning us over to the finance manager (who was also very helpful and courteous). We had never purchased a car from a dealership before, and were very glad we chose Lunde's Peoria Volkswagen for this first experience. Their service, as well as their really great front office atmosphere (fun historic Volkswagen presence!), made the process of car buying a pleasure to do.

They had 2 identical models to choose from with only the color being different. The financing process was a breeze and everything was squared away and finished in a very short period of time. The title sums it up. if you want the detailed story, read on.I called Lundes Peoria VW for a second opinion on an intermittent issue - check light indicator when my previously trusted VW dealership couldnt fix or recreate the issue. Getting an appointment on the same day was a breeze (surprise #1) and I specifically asked for Chris based on his reviews on dealer rater. As I was driving to the dealership the check engine light came on! (Surprise #2). This was unpleasant as I had just finished servicing my 2013 VW Passat TDI at the other dealership 3 days back. I met Chris at the service station. After patiently listening to my car troubles he immediately got on top of the task and asked me to wait for an hour. When I expressed my dissatisfaction over the long wait he patiently explained that they need to hook the car up to the computer and that the analysis took time. While I was waiting for the car to be "un-hooked" , I ambled around the tastefully decorated dealership and met Miguel from the sales team. Miguel and I had a pleasant chat about VWs, TDIs and how the European Passats look way cooler than their American counterparts. In all of the 20 minutes that we conversed, Miguel never threw a curve ball sales pitch at me (Surprise #3). All this was happening at about 4:30pm and I wasnt sure if the problem would be fixed on the same day. Sure enough, at about 5:15 Chris came over and explained that they needed another day to fix the issue - a pump that regulates the engine temperature had blown. We discussed some options and Chris helped me find a loaner (surprise #4) to get back home. We spoke briefly about when the car would be ready and I parted with my best contact number. Next day when Chris called me , I casually asked him if he could fill Nitrogen in the tires. He agreed. When I picked my car up at the appointed time, Chris surprised me again (If you are still counting - surprise #5 !) by waiving the cost of the tire caps and the effort of filling the nitrogen. If you have read this far, the following statement shouldnt surprise you - I'm never visiting any other VW dealership in Phoenix. Never. Lunde's VW have earned another lifetime customer. PS: I have already recommended this family owned dealership to my friends. Lunde's peoria VW is a place where attention to detail and customer satisfaction are not just words but a way of life.PPS: Keep doing what you do, Chris and Miguel!

I walked in wary and suspicious, after having been to two other dealerships. The ford dealership completely ignored me, maybe because I'd come from the gym. The other place tried to hold me hostage. So when I walked in here, I was waiting for the sharks to circle. I worked with Whitney and Troy. When I found out that they don't work on commission, all the hard edges melted away. I bought a 2012 mustang gt premium convertible. They actually printed out all the costs and let me take it with to think about it. It's the first time I ever walked away from a dealer feeling like we both got something out of the deal. I would definitely recommend them and would buy from them again.

I felt comfortable with him and he was very helpful through out the whole process. The first finance guy that spoke to me was Phillip and he explained the steps I needed to take to get the car financed with a cosigner and I appreciated that so much. Bought my first Passat here two years ago and have used the service center for all the maintenance and repairs, They are always friendly and treat you well and are not just trying to sell you more services than you really need. I live 50 plus miles from Lunde's but it is really worth the drive.Now I just bought my second Passat (a Limited Edition) and the experience was even better than the first time. Albert was fantastic in understanding what I wanted and patiently let me drive two or three different cars so I could make the best choice. Also, Phil in finance get me an even better deal than what we had discussed over the phone and was great in explaining everything including any of the "extras".I will (and have) definitely recommend these guys to everyone, and if I could I would give them 10 stars. I have been taking my Saturn to this service center for years because it used to be a Saturn dealership. When it changed ownership to Lunde's, they still serviced my car with the same friendliness and professionalism that I had expected from Saturn. Because Lunde's is popular, they can get quite busy. I have learned to take my car in during less busy times, then you get the most personalized attention. Even when they are busy they still give you personalized attention, but it's more likely for miscommunication to happen during busy times. I have made it a habit to ask plenty of questions and doublecheck with them at the end of the service that everything was completed as discussed. My most recent visit was to repair the AC for my 14 year old Saturn SC1. I was hoping it would be a minor repair but turned out the compressor was leaking and needed replacing. Not bad considering my car endured 14 years of AZ hot weather. The service consultant Chris was very detailed in explaining additional repairs that needed to be done, according to Lewis the auto technician. Chris was also very patient with answering my numerous questions. There was a crack in the intake manifold so it needed replacing. Not a cheap repair either, but if it didn't get fixed the leak it caused could damage the engine. Chris even showed me the crack in that piece. He took me back to my car and I met Lewis who seemed very knowledgeable and experienced. He has 28 years experience, as do most of the technicians at Lunde's, between 10-30 years on average. I trust my car is in good hands here. They do not try to talk you into doing any repairs you cannot afford but will advise you as to the priority and consequences of making or not making the repairs. Other repairs needed were a tune up, replacing the spark plugs, which can be done another time so I could break up the total expense. Also Chris lent me a Jetta to drive home because my car needed to stay overnight and would be completed the following day, which they did complete the work within the timeframe discussed. I rated them average in regards to service charges, because for a dealership it's not too bad but they do charge approximately $110/hour. I researched other dealerships and car repair shops - the average for Phoenix is between $80-125/hr or more. Because I trust the Lunde auto technicians who have repaired or maintained my car successfully for many years and my car has been holding up well all these years, I don't mind paying a little extra so they can make a decent salary from their work. Plus I got a 15% discount from a special they were offering for cars over $100K miles. So I saved $250. That discount helped out tremendously. You can also sign up as a Savings Card member for free and get 10% discounts on service and parts up to $1,000. Overall I have been very pleased with Lunde's service and that's why I continue to take my car there for its maintenance.

I have been looking at the 2015 GTI SE for quite a while and required a car that met my specifications. After being offered cars that weren't quite right by other vw dealers I spotted a car at Lundes Peoria Volkswagen that looked sweet. After some initial correspondence with a helpful Melissa Hunt, I was briefly transferred to Bennet before meeting with Wayne Martin. To be honest he didn't need to do much to sell me on the vehicle but it must be noted that my experience was great. I read excellent reviews of the dealership prior to my visit and the experience was consistent with the positive feedback given by others. Truly a day to remember. I live quite a ways from the dealership in eastern Tucson and I am still looking forward to my first scheduled service experience. Can I get a loaner? Wayne was great and I felt that my time away from the family was greatly appreciated. The car is absolutely stellar and my 45 minute daily commute is a breeze. I hope this review serves the dealership and all involved well and I anticipate a long and rewarding service life.

The check engine light came on so i did what the Owners Manual directed. I drove carefully to Lunde's. I could detect no noise or noticeable difference in the performance of the car. What's his name checked me right in without an appointment and got me out with a simple computer reset in a little over 2hrs (including the car wash time). It was still under warranty so there was no charge. Next time the only way they could do better is by having a veggie omlette with 9 grain buttered whole wheat toast and Starbucks coffee for me during the wait. These guys have it together. It is evident that Integrity is an integral part of their Customer Service and the Corporate culture here. It trumps the greed of short term profits and by doing so provides for a sound busuness model and those very same profits on a long term basis.

I was out looking for a vehicle after my current suv had broken down again. We went to Peoria Volkswagen because it was close to where the mechanic was doing our repair. After we arrived Albert quickly came to help us and answer any questions. We had a specific list of features in mind and he pointed us toward a really nice certified Passat that they had just took in. I really liked the vehicle so we went and tried some numbers. Of coarse it was a little out of my range. He did not try to power sell me he just payed attention to our needs. We unfortunately didn't purchase the car that day but we went home and viewed their website for other deals and found that Passat listed there. We decided to try and get the price to where we could afford the payments and submitted a price inquiry. I received a call from them and they had remembered me from the other day and our concerns about payment and after a short period of time they were able to get my payments where I could afford. They were in no way pushy or demanding, what I would call "power selling". They were there to answer questions and help me through the process. I was able to fill out financing online because of my work schedule and it minimized the amount of time I was waiting in the dealership. Albert was extremely helpful and would definitely use him again.

Do not waste you time going to every car lot and hangling back and forth with all the managers. This was such an easy care free visit. They handled all of my needs, hooked me up with a price lower than i named in the first place, and i got to sign for my first car!I have been to every car lot on bell and i have not got the service that i recieved here. I brought my 2012 Golf TDI in for a oil change. As always I was greeted by Bill Grace and he is SO amazing. I live in Gilbert and HE is the reason why I do not take my car 3 miles from my house to the "other" VM dealer and drive 50 miles to Lunde's. I love the way he takes care of me and his team is amazing as well. Bill is exceptional and he is the best when it comes to making the customer feel like royalty. I shopped around extensively in Tucson for a 2014 VW Jetta GLI. I ran into sketchy salespeople and wasted lots of time. Nearly giving up, I decided to look into the dealerships in Phoenix. Lunde's was my third call, only because of distance. Fortunately, the first two didn't meet my expectations. Lunde's came through! I dealt with Bennet Foreman on the phone. We agreed on a great price for the car and she expedited the process by having me send her my information and credit approval via email/text. During our 2-1/2 hour drive, Bennet texted me a picture of the car and said it was all ready for me. When we arrived, Jake Surby greeted us outside. He identified himself as our salesperson and said the car and paperwork were just waiting on us. He introduced us to Bennet, who was very warm and inviting, and thanked us for buying from them. Jake led me back to his desk, offered me a choice of two t-shirts or two coffee mugs (added bonus), and went over the process in less than 10 minutes. Jake then took us to meet Nathaniel Fraley, the financial manager. Nathaniel had us in his office for less than 15 minutes signing paperwork. There was absolutely no pressure during this process and we felt very relaxed. Nathaniel thanked us, shook hands and congratulated us on our purchase. On our way out, Brad Thompson, the sales manager, thanked us for our purchase and handed me his card and said to call him if we had any questions on anything. Jake then led me to the vehicle where he carefully explained all the features and answered all of my questions. Jake is probably the most knowledgeable salesperson I have ever dealt with. He really knows his stuff! I believe the total time we spent at the dealership was approximately 30 minutes. The last two new cars my wife and I have purchased in Tucson each took a minimum of 5-6 hours. Lunde's gets it that customers don't want to spend all day in a dealership and endure the high pressure sales tactics. They are an award-winning family-run business and this really makes a difference. You instantly feel welcome when you walk into their showroom and meet their staff. I can't recommend Lunde's enough to anyone looking for their next car. If you get the chance, stop in and see Jake. You may just find that your next vehicle awaits with them.

Who would have ever thought a car could be purchased in less than 60 minutes? From working out a deal on the phone with Bennet Foreman, and then meeting our salesperson, Jake Surby, and financial manager Nathaniel Fraley, we closed on the deal in less than 30 minutes, and they came in lower than the Tucson dealers! Jake took another 10 min or so to fully explain all the features of my '14 Jetta GLI and ensure my complete satisfaction. Brad Thompson, the sales manager, gave me his card, thanked me for buying from them, and said to call for anything. After a less-than-relaxing 2-hour drive from Tucson, I was immediately put at ease when Jake greeted us out front and then brought us into the showroom. It is obvious this is a family run business and not part of some huge conglomerate. Very relaxed atmosphere and no pressure for the extras. After this experience I realize that the Tucson dealerships (all makes) band together to stick it to their customers. Lunde breaks down all barriers and has one goal in mind; to make sure their customers are completely satisfied. By the way, Jake, who is only 19, demonstrated more knowledge about my car than the three salespeople I dealt with in Tucson, all of whom were in their late 50's. This young man has a bright future.

Dean Minette was fantastically amazing! He made it the best car buying experience for both my Husband and I. He was patient with my numerous questions, interacted with my kids, explained special features about the different cars and helped me to get the price I was aiming for with the car that I wanted. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and just a super nice guy to work with. He introduced me to the maintenance men, familiarized me with the process when and if I return for oil changes or tire rotations. The finance guy who I worked with was wonderful too. I brought my 2007 jetta in with 130,000 miles. I was having fan issues and one thing led to another. The car of course has been used and abused. Of course still maintained and as clean as it can be. Traveling to different states and back again. My servie advisor for that days service was help full and answered every question I had. Also I was brought out to look at the car while it was in the shop. The tech was extremely helpful and he also answered every question I had in great detail. One thing lead to another and other issues popped up. Still both the tech and service advisor were on point and handled everything quickly. Even thou I spent over $1800 I left feeling relieved. Yes even thou there are a few more issues that will need to be taken care of that cost over $1500. In arizona I called every other possible VW dealership for service. And Lunde was still the cheapest. I will be returning for all of my VW service and to buy a new car at the end of the year.

I stopped in Peoria Volkswagen to look at a new Passat TDI. Specifically, I was interested in learning about the different option packages, and to look at color combinations. I had already taken on for a test drive while on vacation, so I knew what I wanted. Jack Jenkins met me at the door and was more than willing to take me to the back lot to show me the different options. I pretty much knew what I wanted, only wanted to actually look at the differences. I was NOT intending to purchase at that time, and he didn't pressure me. A couple days later I submitted an inquiry to Costco Auto Sales and surprisingly, they referred me to Lunde's Peoria VW, and Jack was on the list! Within a couple of hours, I had an email with specific pricing for the vehicle I wanted. I stopped in another local dealership just to look at a color combination that Lunde didn't have - - and after trying to fight me way out of the place, nearly battered and bruised, I was almost ready to end my car search. 2 days later I stopped back at Lunde and after a short time, I decided to purchase my car. We had a deal, and there was no back and forth, no pressure, and no stress. They were wonderful, and sincerely tried to make my experience positive. They didn't have the color combination I wanted, but they knew there were 3 in the state and were sure they could get me one. I received an email (my preferred method of communication) from Jack over the holiday weekend letting my know that my car was there, and "it was perfect"! I came in on our pre-arranged day to finalize everything, and everyone went out of their way to make my experience fantastic. I was in/out of finance in about 30 minutes, and Jack spent a good hour going over everything on my vehicle. I am ecstatic I purchased from Lunde, and look forward to doing business with them in the future. I have never had such a wonderful car-buying experience before. I truly appreciate the way they do business.

They came out first try, with a price that was lower then the advertised web price! Then, there was no playing low ball with my trade either. They came out first try, with a number higher then any other dealer on bell rd offered me. Even the finance guy was easy to deal with! I had the absolute best experience. Within 10 minutes i received a phone call and scheduled a test drive, agreed on an out-the-door price by email. Upon arrival the vehicle was ready, as advertised, and no games were played with the pricing. Melissa, our internet contact referred us to Ty our salesman. I highly recommend both. Next we met with Nathan in finance and negotiated some terms on extended warranty which we wanted. I am expecting a baby in October and I was stuck in an suv that was costing me around $1,000 each month between the payment and the horrible fuel mileage. I drive 40 miles one-way to my job, so when I decided to get a new car the fuel economy was the most important issue to me. Safety was also important with a new baby coming, so with these issues in mind I started talking to friends and researching online different cars. Volkswagen was a company a friend and co-worker mentioned so I decided to see what they had to offer and I was impressed by the reviews of the Jetta models. For fuel economy the Jetta TDI seemed like the perfect fit for me. At Lunde's Peoria VW I was shown exactly what I asked for by a salesperson (Ty Rivera) who made me feel comfortable and who easily answered all of my questions. After all the number crunching was finished I ended up with a great deal, a much lower payment and a 2014 Jetta TDI in candy white with a pin stripe! I've never had such an enjoyable car buying experience and I look forward to the many years ahead in my new Jetta!

All the staff in the service department are professional and courteous. It is very obvious that the staff and technicians know the product well. I had an appointment to bring in our 2013 Golf to get a couple of problems fixed. The air conditioning had an odor and the passenger side rear door lock would not work. I decided to leave home a few minutes early only to find the battery was dead. A former Midwesterner, I still have my winter emergency kit with a long set of jumper cables. So we used my wives car to get the Golf started. With the added electrical problem, I expected to have a very long wait at the dealership and brought a long book with me to fill the time. The service technician(s) had all three problems figured out in under two hours. The air conditioner odor is gone and I have a new battery. I will be going back to get the lock fixed when the part arrives. Good job!!

I have been to all of the Valleys VW dealerships and this one is by far the best I have come across. I dealt with Bennett and Dean when purchasing my new 2013 Passatt TDI. They were extremely helpful and without all of the car salesman pressure to buy buy buy, they answered all of my questions and allowed me to talk myself into the car and when I purchased I never once second guessed my decision. And have loved every minute I am behind the wheel. I highly recommend this vehicle and the gas mileage is amazing on this car! If you are looking for a new car, visit Lundes VW of Peoria, I live in South Scottsdale and it is well worth the drive just to deal with the best!!!! Only issue I had was that I went in for my 10,000 mile check up and the very next day the low tire pressure light came on, and they had forgotten to replace one of the valve caps on my tire. Both were extremely easy fixes and by no means would affect my decision to return to them. Oh and by the way, the service team was there the whole time talking with me and letting me know of the status of my car. The nice girl in the service department even stopped making phone calls just to have a pleasant chat with me. It really is the small things that really set this dealership apart from the rest. Keep up the great work Lundes!!!!

As a former owner of two businesses during my career and as a former coach/consultant in all aspects of practice management in dentistry, it is rare that someone exceeds my expectations in customer service and stands out as, "walking their talk" in an exceptional manner. Dean exemplifies the qualities of an excellent Sales Consultant and leader in the automobile industry and he truly did exceed my expectations; he was very pleasant and professional to work with during this entire car buying process. This was without a doubt, my BEST car buying experience in my 40+ years of buying automobiles. I stopped in today as I was driving by I just asked if they could give me an oil change without an appointment and they did it. I did not have to wait very long and I found the customer service to be very good especially in the service department everybody was friendly and nice. I love the Decour at this dealership and the amenities that they have. I bought my car from Larry Miller Volkswagen in Avondale but I definitely think this one is much better and where I will be taking my car to from now on :) Keep up the good work!!! We brought our Passat into North Scottsdale VW a few years ago for the A/C problem you fixed and they charged us several hundred dollars but didn't fix the problem. Kyle was very knowledgable and let us know up front it would be tricky to figure out what component was broken. Your team stuck with it and didn't charge us for all the trial and error in getting to the problem. Recently we thought about buying a new car. We test drove the cureent Passat and didn't love it. My husband actually ruled it out because of the way his knee hit the center console. However, after getting such great customer service from Kyle we have decided that there is a huge benefit in having a service advisor like him and will most likely stay in the VW family buying our next car from your dealership when it is time.

My husband and I had a lease that was about to expire in a few months and we began our discovery period for a replacement vehicle. Our discovery period was an excruciating experience of different dealerships spewing out rudeness, arrogance, untruths, competitor name calling, immense pressure to sign on the dotted line and perpetual unwanted contact even after we said no, we were not interested. We were so disgusted at what we'd been finding; then a friend encouraged us to give one last dealership a try, Lunde Peoria Volkswagen. I suspect out of sheer exhaustion we decided to heed the suggestion and make the trip over to Lunde. We cannot tell you how glad we are that we listened to our friend! Pulling into Lunde's parking lot was a real experience for the eyes...they had a lot of vehicles to look at. Walking into the dealership building was like stepping into the past as it was well lit, very bright and clean AND decorated with old VW vehicles from the past, which had a very charming appeal. The representative that greeted us was so low pressure it was almost ridiculous; we kept waiting for the strong-arming to begin and it never did! Mr. Carter was such a pleasant man to speak with who knew his product. We looked at a couple of vehicles before honing in on the Tiguan and test drove one. It had been a number of years since we had owned a VW product and after getting behind the wheel and feeling the quality of construction, quiet interior and the hum of the turbo-charge as the Tiguan accelerated onto the freeway...we found ourselves wondering why we hadn't thought about looking at Volkswagen sooner! After the test drive we talked about options and then pricing, We promised ourselves that we would not be pressured into signing on the spot and guess what? This dealership did nothing to pressure us in any way, as a matter of fact they gave us a copy of the quote, which was straight forward, nothing hidden as far as costs. They sent us home with the Tiguan brochure and assured us that if any questions came up we could call. Wow, what a trip this was - to be able to look, test drive and go home armed with information to make an informed decision. We called the next day and by the time we got to the dealership the vehicle was already detailed and the paperwork process went off without a hitch, no pressure and we were done in record time! Lunde Peoria Volkswagen did everything right. We are so impressed with their personnel and level of customer appreciation - the sales rep even called us a couple days after we picked up the Tiguan to see if we had any questions! A+ to Lunde Peoria Volkswagen for a pleasant, that's right I said PLEASANT, no hassle, no pressure car buying experience. It was also so very nice as a woman to be treated with equal footing to my husband during the entire buying process. We are absolutely loving the Tiguan and Lunde! Likely this is the only dealership we will deal with when the time comes for another vehicle. If you are in the market for a new car or a great used car, you owe it to yourself to go see Ron Carter at Lunde Volkswagen...he will make a believer out of you too!

I have one complaint and it is with the service dept. I went in to get some touch-up paint while waiting for my for my Jetta to be serviced and they were sold out. The woman at the counter said she was ordering my color and would call me when it arrived, but it has been 3 weeks and still waiting, no call. Not to mention I live over 50 miles away from your dealership and dropping by is a bit of out of my way.... So, what to do? go to another dealership for my paint? Other than that ...you guys are awesome....thanks

I visited this dealership after using True Car. I was tremendously impressed with Doug's knowledge and genuine desire to help me with my car buying experience. I test drove 2 vehicles and was not pressured in any way. Doug wanted to ensure I was absolutely happy before making another move. I bought a 2014 VW Jetta Sportswagon TDI and am very happy with it. The service didn't end there. Doug made sure we were very comfortable with all vehicle instrumentation and operational controls before leaving. Dave and I purchased a 2014 TDI Premium Passat. From the moment we stepped on the premises on Lunde's Peoria, Randall Walker was there to greet us in a most professional, courteous manner. Through out the process (and the word process hardly applies) more the experience, of purchasing Randall was and is without doubt the best we have experienced in over forty plus years of car and truck purchasing. This gentleman and I use the term only deservedly left no stone unturned in regards to the Passat or any other vehicle in which we showed interest. Randal explained that it was Lunde's and his duty to have us leave completely satisfied in all aspects, service before during and after, warranty,options available to us in regards not only to the vehicle itself but leasing options etc. At no time were we pressured,talked "down to", hurried,or not given a completely honest answer. I must tell you that we did visit other dealerships and this certainly was not the case with the dealerships itself nor most certainly the sales consultants. Dave and I returned immediatley to Lunde's Peoria and dealt with Randall. In fact we have given Randall's name and location to two close friends who will be soon making purchases, this was done over dinner with a party of twelve and all twelve were impressed when told of Randall's expertise regarding our experience. This is our second Jetta Sportwagen that we have purchased from Peoria VW, and thanks to Doug Luoma it was a fun experience. Doug is knowledgeable, honest and a pleasure to do business with. He made sure everything with the car was perfect and that we knew every detail of its operation. We drive over 150 miles to Peoria VW, but the service makes it worthwhile!

I called to speak with Bill Grace to notify him that I was having a problem with an airbag error code in my 2012 Golf TDI. I brought it in, he kept me updated he explained everything that was going on. They had to order a new part so he quickly got me into a loaner so I could get back to work. My car was fixed and ready the next afternoon for pickup. Bill is an AMAZING employee. I love to deal with him for all my service needs and feel that he always gives 110% no matter how small or large the job or request is. He is truly and asset to Lunde's. (Doesn't get any better than customer service by Bill Grace) I live in Gilbert (53 mile one way and I live 3 miles from the "other" VW dealer) but will drive just to have Bill take care of me and my Golf. This is a great dealership and worth any drive if you are looking to buy a VW, get service or buy parts. Hats off to Lunde's for EXCELLENT service!

I went to Peoria VW looking to buy one of their CPO 2013 Tiguans.I ended up driving the Tiguan, a Jetta TDI and a GTI, they were very patient and let me drive whatever vehicle I was interested in, so huge kudo's for that.I finally settled on the CPO Tiguan and the process fell apart in the trade-in appraisal phase. They ended up offering me about 4K back of wholesale KBB and didn't want to budge from their offer.Unfortunately I did not end up buying at Peoria VW, but instead went to VW of North Scottsdale directly after and purchased a CPO 2013 Tiguan. VW of North Scottsdale had no problem matching Peoria VW's price and gave me full wholesale value for my trade. I was in and out in a matter of 45 minutes, and almost zero effort on my part because I had my financing pre-approved.I'm sorry that we couldn't make a deal because I live right next to Peoria VW and ultimately, they had better customer service up until the trade appraisal. I would recommend Peoria VW if you know exactly what your trade in is worth and stick to your guns. Otherwise I have a feeling that they make alot of extra income from lowballing trades.If the management from Peoria VW read this, here's a suggestion:You're doing ALOT of things very well, don't follow all the other dealers and become the greedy piss poor dealer experience we've all learned to hate. I'd hate to see you guys miss out on customers and sales because of greed. Losing some money on a trade in is fine, but 4K back of wholesale is insulting, and turns the whole experience sour.

I am writing this review because Dennis Lunde runs the BEST dealership I have ever encounter. I have bought 16 cars in 5 different states since 1989 and I have to say that his dealership is the best in ALL areas. Sales to service to parts all get an A+ in my book. No wonder they are the #1 VW dealer in the USA. I went to the two dealerships in my city of Gilbert and then Mesa but was not impressed and definitely didn't have a great experience. My first encounter with Lunde's was with Bennett and she was was amazing, then it was with Phil and he was excellent. I have been dealing with Bill in service for my Golf TDI and I wouldn't go to ANYONE else. He is truly an amzing employee and Mr. Lunde should be very proud to have Bill working in his dealership and representing it. I live in Gilbert, AZ that drive to Lunde's is a little under 60 miles one way but I will drive that to get their great customer service as it is worth it. Thank you all for everything.. Mr. Lunde, your dealership should teach others in "the Valley" what customer service truly is. Your dealership is #1 in the USA for a reason. You should be #1 in this site too.

I worked with Bennet online then with Dean at the dealership. Both were down to earth, I didnt get the typical sales speeches. I really appreciated the fact I received fair offers on the vehicle I was buying and on my trade the first time. I didnt have to haggle. When the original deal broke down because I couldnt drive manual, Dean and the team were able to switch gears without hesitation and get me into something I was comfortable with. In the market for a newer diesel Jetta, I had done research on what exactly I wanted. My representative as with my dad were suggesting the automatic over the manual transmission, so I did very much consider this with multiple test drives. I ended up going with the manual, and as it has not even been a day yet I am extremely satisfied with the transaction. A definite thank you to Ron Carter for helping us out with this. 2002 Ford Taurus station wagon. Non-warranted. Air conditioner hose leak and gas line hose leak. It was coming to the end of the day. Was seen immediately. Waited in the pleasant waiting room comfortably for an hour and a half to hear the determination. Enjoyed the pastry and coffee. Left the car overnight until it was fixed. Was valeted home and picked up by a courteous driver. Everything worked fine afterward. Everyone was professional and courteous. Very pleasant experience considering how hot it was and that I had to be without the car.

About 8 months ago, I've bought a 2012 Passat. Peoria Lunde is conveniently close to my home, and in the past months I brought in my vehicle for scheduled service and several items that had to be replaced or fixed. Throughout my visits, I got to deal with most of the service consultants, including Neil and Kyle, but especially Keith Gallaway, who is the service manager at Lunde's. I was very impressed with the way Keith has been handling my issues with the car. He listened to every of my comment and remarks on the vehicle and made sure that the technicians checked the vehicle properly and if needed the necessary part got replaced. Especially with one issue that created a noise on the rear axle, Keith showed a lot of patience and understanding and made sure that the issue was resolved in the end. During my visits, I got to talk to the salesmen as well and had a chance to test drive some vehicles. It is very rare to find a dealership where the salesmen are not pushy and annoying. Lunde's VW is definitely one of them. Everyone in here will give you plenty of courtesy and space, and will not make you feel pressured into making a deal. I can only recommend this dealership and their service department. Oh, and the complementary car wash is not too bad either...

Chase was very professional and easy going, which made the sale go a lot smoother than most other dealership experiences I have had in the past. I have owned Mercedes-Benz and BMW's in the past, but was treated better at this dealership. Troy and Chase worked very hard to get me the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted. The whole process was as low pressure as it gets. I would definitely return here for my next vehicle, and will make the trip from North Scottsdale when my vehicle needs to be serviced. Lunde vw was my first stop in the car buying process. The original salesman was very helpful and no pressure. I shopped around and wanted to give them the last shot so I emailed my guy and he replied that was no longer there but recommended his former partner Dean Minette. Very pleased with Bennet Foreman, she is personable, responsive and pleasant. Rick Doschadis was exceptionally nice and helpful when he delivered our car. (also had a clever sense of humor). Accounting dept. needs to speed up their act...a month to get a title is a bit ridiculous. The general sales manager also needs to realize that "one size (policy) does not fit all" when he insisted on a wire transfer. This is the second vehicle we have purchased over the internet from Lunde's. Overall they are exceptional in customer service and would recommend to anyone considering buying a car on-line to choose Peoria VW.

I usually dread going to a dealership to shop for a vehicle. My husband and I had done a lot of research on what we wanted and really had only planned on test driving vehicles to decide on a standard or an automatic. They found the exact cars that we wanted to test drive over the internet, we drove 2 hours to the dealership and ended up buying the very first car that we test drove. From the very beginning, this dealership was amazing. I first called to ask about the "sign, then drive" promotion and spoke with Bennet who answered all of my questions. She asked if I was coming in to the dealership that day, and when I said I would definitely be in about an hour later, she told me to ask for her - that she wouldn't be my salesperson, but she would set me up with the perfect person and make sure I was taken care of. Once we arrived at the dealer, I asked for her and she immediately came over to shake both mine and my mom's hand. She introduced me to Doug, who also shook both of our hands. He brought us over to his desk and asked me one question - what was it that I was looking for. I explained what I wanted/needed, and initially it wasn't something that the dealership could provide (no money down and monthly payments under $195)...but I came to find out that no dealership could have provided that. Doug took very minimal information from me (I never had to give him my license or any personal information, which was extremely comforting) and went to speak with the sales manager, Troy. As he thought, it turned out not to be possible. We spoke a bit more, sharing little stories about life, and then decided that we wanted to check a few other dealers before making any decisions. Doug gave me his card and said if I needed anything (whether it be help with a car or anything else), to give him a call. I went to two other dealerships (Larry Miller Hyundai, Bell Rd and Bell Road Toyota, Bell Rd) that afternoon, and when we arrived at the Toyota dealership, we were attacked with "No" and "It will never happen", among other incredibly rude things. Having come from dealing with Doug, these salespeople were shocking in their behavior and got me so flustered and defeated that I thought there was nothing that could be done (which is what the men at Toyota told me, word for word). I was leasing a car from Toyota and was coming to them to get ANOTHER Toyota, yet they were still treating me this way. I pulled out Doug's card while still there and called him, wanting to know if what they were telling me was the truth. He told me that some of what they said was false, but some of it may be true. When I asked what I should do (because now I was so upset I had no clue what to do), he said that he would love to see me come back to him but that he wasn't sure if he would be able to do anything either...but that he would try his hardest. He said that he didn't want to lie and say that he could take care of everything, and even though it wasn't exactly what I wanted to hear, his honesty was extremely comforting. We immediately left and drove back to Doug, with only 45 minutes left until they closed for the night. The second we walked in, it was a whirlwind. He asked me a few questions about my credit, and was honest enough to say that based on what I had told him, he wasn't sure if my credit would be deep enough to be approved for a car. He went to talk to Troy again, came back, and we began talking about all kinds of things (he was so wonderful during this whole process, asking if we wanted/needed anything). Troy came back with this big smile and said "You were approved!" like they knew it would happen. He said my credit was perfect and that there was no way that I would have been denied, that he had no idea what Toyota was talking about. My mom and I both began to cry because something wonderful was finally happening for us and these people were being so amazing. I took a test drive in the model that I would be leasing, completely fell in love with it, and the moment we arrived back to the dealership (which was now closed for the night, yet they were staying to help), we all decided that I would come back the next morning to pick up my car. As it turned out, the car I test drove was available - and it was everything I could have wanted (the right color inside and out, only 10 miles on it, everything). We went home for the night, came back the next morning, and the car had been detailed perfectly. Doug went over every tiny thing he could think of in the car, answered every single question, and even showed me the safety differences between my old car (a corolla) and my new one. While he was doing this, he had a rag in his hand and anything he saw - no matter how small - he wiped off. He made the car absolutely spotless for me. The service manager came out at the same time and told us some cool things that the dealership does for it's car owners and other people that have Volkswagen's - he was wonderful as well, although I cannot remember what his name was. I took the car for another drive with Doug so he could show me a few last things, and when we came back, Doug showed me around the dealership. He brought me to the service center so I could see where my car would be whenever I needed to bring it in, gave me the business cards of each service tech and manager, and even bought me a VW key chain. Just before walking out, Troy and Doug both gave us huge hugs and congratulated me.I have had my car for 4 days now, and cannot say enough how much I love it. Doug called me to check on how I was doing and if I was still happy (he had to leave 2 voice mails because of my work schedule), and it was so wonderful to get to talk to him again. The car itself is perfect, but what made everything better was the service, attention to detail, and personal responsibility these people took. I will NEVER forget this experience - it was everything a car buying experience SHOULD have been, but rarely is, and SO much more - and I have these wonderful people to thank for all of it. I will recommend this dealership as well as Doug, Troy, and Bennet to anyone and everyone. These people are exceptional in their customer service, kindness, and knowledge, and the VW brand is better because of them.

So I recently went on a mission to find my daughter her first vehicle. I am adamently against car salesmen because they are dishonest and decieving. (living with one for about 8 years taught me that ) She found a couple that she liked online so off we go...the first was at Lunde's VW in Peoria, AZ. I explained to the salesmen he was trying to sell to my ONLY daughter and that it was important that he treat her like she was his own. After test drving the vehicle it ran good but smelled funny afterwards so he said he would have his repair department look into it before he would let her buy it. (Surprise) We went to other dealers (whole other story of typical salesmen for another day) and didn't find anything worth buying. The salesmen Phillip Vigarino, called to say there was nothing wrong with the vehicle. ( suspicious but ok ) She bought the car and they even had us in and out of the dealership within 50 minutes (Brad was amazing, impressed). About 2 weeks later we noticed the heater didn't work and took it to my mechanic, $1000 repair to fix the heater ( xxxx no ) Called Phillip and told him I was not happy, he said to bring the vehicle back to the dealer and he would have his repair people look at it. (ok thats a start) After a few minutes waiting Phillip came back to say that they would fix it!! (Ok now I'm not sure I would go anywhere else), however now hes offering her a loaner car while they keep hers (Ok now I'm hooked) The vehicle runs great, looks great, it ended up being a perfect experience for her. I highly recommend Phillip Vigarino at Lunde's Peoria Volkswagon on Bell rd in Peoria if you are looking for a new or used vehicle. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I found the vehicle online, so dealt with Bennet on that end, then with Daniel when I got down to actually make the deal. Everything went well, although I felt that Bennet might have made up the sudden phone call and appointment they supposedly set up to view the vehicle I was interested in the next day...I was very serious about the vehicle, so didn't need to be pushed into committing to it just to beat someone else out of it. It had been online for at least a week, so I found it hard to believe that all of a sudden I was 'competing' with someone else for it. When I was at the dealership, Daniel also used that strategy by casually mentioning that they had several calls on that particular vehicle just that morning. I seriously doubt that was true either, and it certainly didn't sway my decision in any way, just made me think they were typical car salespeople only interested in making the sale!During the financing part, he (don't remember his name) was not told any of the details in advance(my down payment, the $100 Yahoo discount, etc.), even though I had paid to hold the vehicle, but finally got it straightened out and signed the papers. I did feel slightly pressured to sign quickly without thoroughly reading the contract, and was quite dismayed later when I read the contract and saw the $399 Dealer's Documentary Service Fee, which he conveniently skipped right over without mentioning during the signing, and which I find an extreme fee for filling out some paperwork!Other than that, the car seems to be running well and I am pleased with my purchase.

I'm torn. They weren't too interested in selling me a Routan but I bought one the same day, different dealer. They are nice though and probably good to deal with if they take you seriously enough. This is my 4TH, dealer purchased, VW in about a decade and I usually take my service to camelback vw but will give this service department a shot because it's easier for me to get to.Only issue I had with staff was with Xavier who wouldn't tell me anything (I asked if a certain Routan was still available) without getting my number to call me.

Being a first time car buyer I was a bit nervous after hearing so many horror stories about friends and family horrible experiences. I found the car I was looking for on Auto-Trader and contacted Peoria Volkswagen. They were quick to respond and were able to get the deal done smoothly. I am a recent grad with sub-par credit yet, they were able to qualify me through Volkswagen College grad program. Phil was awesome and made the whole transaction run smoothly even during a hectic time being that it was the holiday's as well as the end of the year. Bennet was always willing to help me when Phil was not available and was very accommodating during my time at the dealership. After the sales part was taken care of I had the pleasure of meeting Brad who was a finance manager. He had me in and out in a few minutes. Though he let me know about all the extra products i.e, insurance, warranties, etc; I never felt pressured or forced to purchase anything I wasn't comfortable in obtaining. All in all I'm glad I did business with Peoria Volkswagen. Though there are three Volkswagen dealerships between my house and them it was worth the travel. They have a customer for life as well as my sincere recommendations to whomever I encounter wanting to purchase a vehicle.

Our friend, Mark Miller works at this dealership, and went in with us on his day off to make sure we found suitable cars, and were taken care of. We sure were taken care of! After we found 2 used cars, Mark introduced us to Jeff Leovic, who took care of every detail. He even touched up a few scuff marks on my toyota. We bought 2 used cars that day, and he went over details of the operation of both vehicles. Jeff then sent us over to Brad Thompson to handle the financing. He was also very friendly, and efficient. The dealership also talked to us about ways that they provide excellent service to the cars after the purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership. Everyone was friendly, and customer service oriented. The next time I am looking for a new or used car, I would look to Lunde Peoria Volkswagon first.

Ty was awesome, but Brad was very short with me when I asked about pricing details. I had gone through my credit union for a used car loan and needed Brad to send some documents (with my details as well as the vehicle I was going to be purchasing) to the credit union, as well as CC me in the email. I wrote down my email address and he did not type it in right. A few days later I received a call from a gentleman in Oregon saying that his daughter was receiving the information that was meant for me. I'm glad my SSN wasn't on there, but I was very upset that not only did Brad give me the cold shoulder when having to deal with me, but he also messed up and sent my personal information to someone else's email when I wrote mine down as clear as day. I was never notified by the dealership, only the gentleman from Oregon. Ty and Bennet were really amazing though. I would recommend this dealership to anyone! Just avoid Brad...

We were pleasantly surprised at the personal welcomes from folks we had only spoken to on the phone. The receptionist and the sales person I spoke to came over to introduce themselves even though they were not directly involved in the sale. The overall dealer experience was excellent. We first shopped online, narrowed our choices, focused on fair market value for the used Jetta we were interested in and were given enough information on the phone regarding price and loan rates at Lunde to make our trip from Fountain Hills worthwhile. I really appreciated the fact that the price and terms were just as discussed on the phone. There were no surprises when we got to the dealership. I also appreciate the offer of a loaner when we bring the car back to fix the "we owe" items discussed at the time of purchase.

My experience in purchasing my 2009 Chrysler 300 can be described as good to excellent. Daniel, Bennet, and Troy were very nice and professional, and helped us through the process.I did feel that the finance manager was not overly friendly, and just trying to sell add ons. Not a horrible experience, but not as good as my experience with the sales department.Now for a total negative:I bought my car on Sunday. There were two appartent problems by Monday. 1) The tire light went on. When I went to Discount to have the pressure checked, I was told there was about 27 pounds in each tire. Also, the passenger side mirror cover kept falling off. I called the dealership on Tuesday morning. Mainly, I wanted them to be aware about the tire pressure so that would be something they double checked for other customers. I also wanted to know about fixing the mirror cover. The woman who anwsered the phone was TERRIBLE! I'm sorry I didn't get her name, but it was on November 20 in the morning. She kept making excuses about the tire pressure. It would have been easier for her just to say, "I'm sorry that happened, thank you for letting us know". She also seemed unconcerned about the mirror cover. The experience on the phone with this woman almost totally negated the positive image of your dealership.Follow up: (added less than 1 hour later) I just received a call from Chuck,the GM with an apology, and a promise to use this information as a training tool. Thank you, Chuck, and very impressive!

I want to first and foremost say that my experience with Lunde's was worth the 50+ mile drive that I embarked on to get there. I spoke with Bennet over the phone initially and she was professional, very knowledgeable and friendly. When I arrived I was greeted by Rick who was also friendly, professional and very polite. He showed us the car that we came to see and we took it for a test drive. When we came back to the dealership we were greeted by Bennet and then she introduced us to Phil. Phil has a great personality and I was very pleased with his professionalism, courtesy and politeness. (We were offered water and popcorn by everyone that we encountered) The car buying process with Bennet, Phil and Rick was the most pleasurable experience that I have ever had buying a new car and I have bought about 17 in the last 20 years. (no exaggeration) I would definitely refer anyone that I know to Lunde's and to Phil in particular as he was just a really great guy that was honest and just genuinely wanted me to be satisfied with the whole car buying process. My hat is off to Lunde's for a GREAT dealership. They also partner with USAA and that is important to most people in the the US Military and I have already referred 2 of my friends to them for a car.Thank you Bennet, Phil and Rick for such great service, our next car will definitely be from Lunde's even though we live in Gilbert, and have a VW dealer 2 miles from our house. I was not trading in a car... when I asked the best way to get to the dealership from Tucson... they offered to send a car and driver down to pick me up and get me there. To me that is unheard of customer service. The total time from me arriving at the dealership till I was on the road back to Tucson in my DREAM car was an hour... hour and fifteen minutes at the most! We visited so many dealerships in search of our car. Lunde's Peoria Volkswagen had the perfect car for us and had by far the best service. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly (they had a beach theme going so it smelled really nice too!) We were there about 4 hours and our 18 month old made friends with everyone there, they were all very nice to him. We were introduced to the service people and they are all very professional and friendly. The service center is CLEAN!! I've never seen any place that repairs cars have such an impeccable space. I was very impressed. We live about 40 minutes away, but if we ever need car service, we would readily take it there. We also received a thank you card about a week after purchasing our car (2012 Ford Focus). A thank you card is not necessary, but was very thoughtful and we really appreciated it. I'm so happy we finally had a good experience with a dealer, 5 out of 5 from us!

I've always wanted a Bug, and finally, the Bug bit me. I got on the 'net and dropped a line to Peoria VW's website. In less than ten minutes, Bennet Foreman was calling me about my inquiry. I wanted a bright red turbo, with sound and sunroof, and her colleague, Wayne Martin (who was my sales rep) scoured the Valley for my car (they didn't have what I wanted), and, early the next day, drove to the East Valley and picked it up. while the staff assessed my trade-in (got a great deal), the Service guys detaied it, and, 24 hours after Bennet's call, I drove away happy. I was driving a high milage vehicle that required some expensive repairs. I realized purchasing a new car would be a better option than to keep putting more money into a 10 year old vehicle. I secured financing with Capital One to make my shopping experience easier. I visited a couple of dealers before I went to Lunde's Peoria Volkswagen.At the first dealership they said I needed to have either cash or a trade for a particular vehicle I was interested in. My high milage trade was only worth $3,000. I decided to keep my vehicle. I have a 16 year old daughter that needs a car. I knew my truck would be perfect for her and I also knew that it would be difficult to find a quality vehicle for $3,000. It would be more sensible to put a few hundred dollars into the repairs for my daughter.I decided to try and purchase a car with zero down. The Capital One financing I had received enabled me to purchase a car with a "blank check" like a cash buyer. I narrowed my search down to a VW Jetta GLI. I started searching dealerships online. There was a dealer near my home with exactly what I was looking for, a Red GLI. I made an appt. to see it but when I got down there the car had mysteriously vanished. I was told it had been a trade-in and that the deal had fallen through, therefore the car was returned to the owner. That was good luck for me.I went back home and searched online again, even out of state. I sent an email quote request to several dealers and received a VERY QUICK response from Bennet Foreman at Lunde's Peoria Volkswagen. It was late on Sunday and I knew I couldn't get out to see Bennet the same day. I called her and gave her all the info regarding my loan, my requests and what I was looking for. Within 30 minutes she had a BETTER offer than I had anticipated. I took it immediately and scheduled an appt. to come in and pick-up the car on Tuesday.When I arrived at the dealership Dean Minette met me right away. He had called me earlier in the day to gather some information to speed up the paperwork. We did a test drive, met with Brad Thompson in finance, signed the Captal One check and then Dean went over several features of the GLI. Finally, we left with a fantastic vehicle. This was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had!And I even received a free T-shirt!

Would I recommend this dealership? YES and already have. Things were done to make the sale and I as the customer was able to speak my mind and not just give the answers they wanted to hear. Still have a few concerns over the missing piece as was told by the people in a higher position than the salesperson that it would be here in 3-4 days.I plan on making this dealer my one shop stop with a maintenance issues. I enjoyed all those who I spoke with . No matter how one pays ( I paid cash), it still takes forever and a day to buy a care.

Arguably THE WORST customer service I've ever had. Not only did they continually tell me my car would be done tomorrow when it was not their reasoning for my $200 service being $450 is because "Volkswagons are expensive". And since I am without a car, I ask them to send a shuttle An hour later I call back and they say they can't find my address on GPS and were going to call me. This shouldn't take an hour. It should take about 5 minutes to find an address. If you can't find it, you have my first and last name. I think it'd be a good idea to call. Never getting my money again. I don't recommend this business one bit.

I found a vehicle they had advertised on cars.com that had just been traded in. Xavier was very quick to answer all my questions from email, and I traveled up from Tucson to look at it that day. They went the extra mile to detail and do some fixes on the vehicle at no additional cost to me. When the car was ready, Daniel drove the vehicle down to Casa Grande to split the travel distance with me and we finalized the sale and my trade in right there. It couldn't have been any easier. Excellent pricing value (under Blue Book), and no pressure or redirection at all. It was the easiest and most relaxed car buying experience I've ever had. I was checking out the Certified Pre-Owned cars on the website and saw a Passat that I liked. Once again I was treated with the greatest respect and Dan was very professional. I had emailed him all my questions, the vehicle I was interested in and my trade in vehicle information. When I arrived, the vehicle was ready for a test drive and my loan was already pre approved. After taking the vehicle for a test drive Dan had my vehicle appraised and again I was given above bluebook value for my trade. Within one hour and fourtyfive minutes I was out the door with my new car and on my way to work.

I tried out a new Jetta TDI, and I was given an ample amount of opportunities to test drive everything and anything I wanted. Dean worked tirelessly, literally all day every day to get me the best deal possible. The car I wanted was on it's way to the dealer, but ended up arriving late. Between then and the original date, I was given a loaner vehicle free of charge so that I would at least be able to drive a new VW while I was waiting for mine.

I reached out to Peoria VW due to the run around that I received at another north valley VW dealership. I had a very unique credit situation that took about a week to work through. At first I felt as if I wasnt getting the attention I deserved, but then realized that the Peoria VW team was working hard in the background to get me the best possible deal. I enjoyed working with Ron Dosch very much. He was professional, and very helpful, but not pushy. He offered as much information as I wanted to hear, but made it clear he would not give me the hard sell. I think he was very skilled at leading the sales process, and treated me with respect. I liked the no-nonsense pricing strategy the dealership uses, which was in contrast to what I experienced at other dealerships while car shopping. It built confidence that the price I was getting was fair. There were no surprise "add-ons" and the quoted price was not inflated to make room for huge discounts, although I did get a price reduction. The dealership honored their commitment to meet competitor prices. Ron helped me with financing, too, and listened carefully to my situation in order to get me the best possible financing deal. He was very kind and I enjoyed my experience at Peoria VW very much. There is nothing negative to say. I would recommend the dealership, and Ron in particular, to anyone. I originally made email contact with Bennett Foreman, and she was very professional in following up with me promptly and coming to meet me once I came in.

This is my first VW purchase and I couldn't be happier. My wife wanted one of the new Beetles but was very specific about the options. Jeff Leovic did an extensive search for us but was unable to find one and we were prepared to wait a couple months for a special order. The day I was going to come in and order it, Jeff called to let us know he had found us one exactly like we wanted and was having it shipped here. On the day of delivery he had the car ready and waiting when I arrived. I buy a fair number of new cars and in 20 years I've never had the delivery process, including finance, go so quickly and smoothly. From the time I arrived until the time I drove out with my new Beetle Turbo it was less than 45 minutes. It was quick but I never felt rushed. I was dissapointed in how long they kept me waiting. I drove 2.5 hrs and did a lot of the pre work online and communicated frequently about my trade and the new car. Even filled out a credit app. By the time i got there i immediately was able to test drive my new car but after that i felt like i wasnt even thought about as they helped other people. They said 10 minutes and that turned into 45. I kept on approaching them and they finally said "are you in a hurry." Just very dissapointing to someone who was there and wanted to buy the car right then vs deal with the back and forth and waiting as they continued to answer phone calls and even forget to do a few things with my new vehicle.

It started with Bennet who followed up on my email query. She was pleasant, fun, and very interested in my specific needs. She was never pushy and when I had to ask her to "call me back" she was always happy to do so. I felt as though she truly respected my time. Then, at the dealership, Bennet introduced me to my salesman (Ron Doschadis). After the three of us chatted, she took me aside to confirm that I would be comfortable working with him, and said that she had plenty of people to take care of me--she just wanted to be sure that Ron was the right fit for me. How great was that?!! When I said Ron was "my guy", Bennet left me in his hands. Everything from offering me snacks, to having finance look over my package so that I could get the car that I wanted within my monthly payment scale, Ron bent over backwards to make me feel good about my decision to come to their dealership. The icing on the cake? The car that I wanted was the showroom model and as they drove it out of the big glass doors, everyone stood around whistling and clapping! I took several cars for a test drive, but when I drove my showroom baby, I knew that she was the one. The whole process was quick and fun. There was never any pressure to "buy add-ons", and everyone answered every question that I had. This is my third new car, and because of how I was treated, I will be loyal to this dealership forever! When we first arrived at the dealership, Ron D greeted us and was very nice, hwoever he didnt know alot about what features were included in what package for the TDI. It was frustrating that we knew more from just reading the internet then he did. Even with that, he got a book and figured out what package we needed. Another frustrating problem was that there were no pictures of a 2012 VW Jetta TDI with premium and navagation and what it looked like with the tdi appearance package. We didnt like the fact that we could not look anywhere even on the internet and find one to see if that is what we wanted. But we said yes to the car and talked to him on friday that we wanted to start the process and had told him that we didnt not want to spend much time at the dealer with paperwork and to please have it all ready, He stated we are great with this and said everything would be ready. However saturday came and nothing was ready. We had to fill out a credit app then wait then fill out the paperwork for the car and wait for over an hour, then he said they found a car in town but we could not pick it up until monday because it had to be detailed. That took away the wow factor of buying a car but we said ok, then monday came around and my wife picked up the car and it looked like it was half washed, so we waited for nothing urgh and then found out that the speaker grill by the drivers side was broken. Also the lip spoiler and the exhaust were going to be another week before they would get in according to Ron..once again took away from the wow factor. So I called the parts dept and found out they could get both parts in a day and paint the spoiler in a day so I told Ron D that he needed to get with his parts department and get the items ready to install friday so we could finally have our car. I was mad that I had to do the leg work when that should have been his job. Also the paperwork for the mileage showed only 56 miles but when we picked up the car it had over 300, we asked and Ron said it was just a mistake by whoever took the cars mileage however if read the fine print that it was illegal that they put lower mileage on the statement...what the heck did we get ourself into here...so we finally picked up the car friday, it was still not cleaned that good at all very messy inside, on the consoles and dash and rear seats but we were not going to wait anymore. I spent friday evening about 3 hours cleaning it myself as it should have been. I realize things happen and maybe it was just our salesman but we are not very happy.

Once I decide to buy a car, I am ready. In the 30 years we have been married, my wife and I have purchased over 40 new cars and 8 new motorcycles (my vice in life...). The experience with Peoria was among the best I've ever had. I sent emails with my trade in value, expected purchase price, and desired VW. I don't like dancing around, and because trade in is basically book value plus minus, with the visual only as a final confirmation, I think the buying experience can be done on line.The message was sent to every VW dealer in the Phoenix area, and I received one acceptable response...from Peoria. From others, I typically got the usual, come on in and we'll talk about it (which I read as "come in...we'll give you less than you want, and because we don't have the vehicle in stock, we'll use our sales magic to talk you in to one that you don't want).Phillip and Bennet were different. They gave me exactly what I asked for information wise, and once I got to the dealership and they saw the condition of my trade, actually gave me MORE than the online offer. I was pleasantly surprised.The only unfortunate part is that we live in the East Valley, and Peoria is quite a drive for us...but we're converted fans of Peoria VW.

Because if you walk into Lundes with the bad taste you may have had w/previous dealerships, youll miss the enjoyment of relaxation, and cloud your view. My experience was refreshing. I purchased a 2012 Jetta-S and I love it. I just came out of a bankruptcy 2 years ago and without the help of Jeff Leovic and my financer Nathaniel, I would have not received an unbeatable interest rate. I walked into Nathaniels office ready to sign the papers. When he tells me, you are going to be very happy. Sure enough he said, I got you a better interest rate. He did not have to do this because I was already approved through another bank, and yet he went above and beyond for me. They exceeded my expectations. They did not judge me for my bad credit, nor did they take advantage by making me feel inferior. I shopped around between dealers and I did so to educate myself because buying a car is a very big deal. Between dealerships I discovered some places hike up the prices for extras like hydrogen. One dealer sold it for $100 above the price that Lundes was going to charge me. I used my COSCO discount and saved some extra cash. Ladies, if you are in the market to shop, take it from me, Lundes is a place you can trust.

We had been in the market for a new car for weeks before we went to Peoria. We test-drove a 2012 Passat at another dealership in the valley and loved it. Unfortunately, that dealer decided to play the usual sleazy games that tend to give all car dealerships a bad name. They wasted many hours of our time over the next several days and put more effort into sales tricks than simply trying to sell a car.Luckily we decided to move on to Peoria VW. I worked with Benet and Alex over email,at that point I was weary that they would pull the same tricks that others had, but they did not. They were completely up front and honest. Once at the dealership, we had a great experience working with Phil. He's knowledgable and was upfront and friendly without the high-pressure sales routine. A couple hours later we drove away in our brand new car, completely satisfied and more importantly, comfortable that we didn't get ripped off.Do yourself a favor and go straight to Peroria; don't waste time with other dealers in the valley.

This dealership does not play games. The price of the cars they have to sell are reasonable and they offered a fair amount on my trade right out of the box. They helped me to obtain a very good finance rate the first time and showed me the different options for warranty without any pressure. The whole thing started on a whim. My girlfriend wanted a Mini. So I decided to check Peoria VW to see what they had available since my parents had bought a car from them some time ago.Sure enough they had one with a very reasonable price. I worked with three different employees, and each of them was extremely friendly and helpful. I was purchasing a car entirely over the internet/phone, and they made the experience simple and also made me feel very comfortable purchasing a car I had only seen online. Not at all impressed with customer service. Had the money in my pocket to buy a new car. Wasn't even offered a test drive before I was forced into talking money. Would not rocomend anyone going here!

This was without question the best car buying experience I have ever had. From the moment I walked in to the dealership to the moment I drove off in my new car, the folks at Peoria VW were incredible to work with. Everything was handled professionally and fairly without any trickery or deceit in order to make a higher profit. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a VW and would recommend buying a VW just to experience car sales the right way.

I actually stopped in to look at new or used cars when my older VW was in the shop. After looking at financing and estimating my payments, I decided to do the repairs and postpone a purchase. But within a few weeks I was reconsidering that decision. That's when I received an email from Peoria VW, asking if I was still looking at a purchase and offering help. I responded right away. The website helped me browse the inventory without walking around in the 110 degree heat. When I arrived on Friday afternoon, Jeff helped me focus in the kind of car I preferred and which might best meet my needs. He had the likely candidates all lined up (with AC running) to try driving. The test drives really helped me make my decision -- so instead of the cute 2007 Beetle I was admiring, I choose a 2008 VW Rabbit with very low mileage. My house was foreclosed on last fall and I have had some credit problems since spending 6 months out of work in 2008, so I knew financing would be a challenge. But Jeff, Brad and the while staff helped me work through the process to get approved. The dealership manager drove my old VW Jetta wagon gave me a very good trade-in value. Even though it was the weekend, Jeff was in touch Saturday morning to make sure everything was wrapped up and I could come in and sign the papers and take my car home. I'm very happy with my new used car!

From the start Jeff Leovic and the sales team at Peoria Volkswagen were extremely helpful and upfront about pricing and availability of any vehicle I wanted to look at. In addition, they didn't require me to select a car or run a credit check before they gave me an offer on my trade. This was something most other dealerships were unwilling to do. They were very professional and polite. In the end I bought my new car in less than a week and would not hesitate to go back. If I am still in the Phoenix area, I will definitely be a repeat customer.

It was a lengthy process, but David was able to get me financing through VW and I was able to walk away with my new-to-me Tiguan successfully. Prior to deciding on a dealer, we researched reviews through sites like YELP, KUDZU, etc., and found Peoria VW to be highly rated and that is why we decided to use them for our new car purchase. This was the best new car-buying experience we have ever had! We knew beforehand the exact car we were looking for, the price we were going to pay, and approximately how much we wanted for our trade in. We dealt with Bennett by email prior to arriving to the dealership. When we arrived, she already had the car waiting for us and a salesperson, Daniel, there to help us. Daniel was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to answer all our questions. There was no pressure to upgrade and no haggling with the price. Daniel had our trade in appraised and we were offered a fair price for it. We already had financing prior to going into the dealer so did not need to deal with the finance department much at all. We signed the papers with David Fimbres and although he did let us know briefly about financing through VW, he did not pressure us at all once he understood we had our own financing and were not interested in going through the dealer. The only drawback was the extended warranty prices David told us about which were much more expensive than similar products we could obtain through our own bank, (USAA)so we were glad we declined those at the dealer. The whole experience took a total of about 2 hours, (a little longer than expected), but all in all, was a very satisfactory experience. I would definitely recommend this dealer to family & friends!

Chase was a great salesman, he asked what we were interested in and showed us what he had, answered all the questions we had about the cars. He was not a pushy or a hard sale person. We went in the dealership pre-approved with financing from our finance company and we were having trouble with them about the amount of the loan. Brad the finance manager called us and said he would see what he can do with financing, he got us a loan with Volkswagon at much less interest than we could ever expect. Everyone was great at the dealership.

I brought my 2007 Rabbit in for an A/C problem. It turned out to major, it needed a new compressor. Kyle was extremely helpful, calling and working with the warranty company to make sure everything was covered and taken care of. Even with this major repair, my car was still at the dealer a much shorter time than expected, and the repair was completely covered by my extended warranty. The car was returned in top shape and freshly washed.

This dealership is by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with. I had no problem getting straight answers and was treated like a person and not a sale. I cant say enough about Peoria Volkswagen they are truely a family orientated dealer. I shopped over 6 dealerships during the Memorial Day weekend and was I stupid for not going to Peoria Volkswagen first. After dealing with other dealerships I swear I thought I was dreaming but no I wasn't. I was treated with the up most respect and my sales rep Chase was very helpful and knowlegable. I was explained all the paper work by Brad the finance manager, and we all know finance managers dont give a hoot about if you understand or not, but Brad did and explained everything before even asking me to sign. I definatly will be going back for my next car (volkswagen) and haven't stop talking to my friends and family about them. Thanks Peoria Volkswagen for making my car shopping too easy.

I have been using Peoria VW for both of my Jettas since they became a VW dealer. I keep coming back because they always treat my family right. This last visit was to repair a VW recall. During my last oil change on my '06 Passat, I was alerted there was a recall for my car. I did not have time that day to do it (with kids) but decided next time to take care of it. This time, I made the oil change appointment and recall work to be done. When I arrived they immediately greeted me knowing who I was based on the car and appointment time. Chris the advisor stated there might be another recalls that might be needed and would confirm. Indeed there was another recall and asked if it was ok to keep my car later than planned. Since I was on a time crunch already, I asked Chris to wait until next time. He asked when I needed my car back. I said 1:30 and he said he would see what he could do. My cell phone rang at 1:29 (no lie, checked phone history) car was ready to be picked up. When I got there, to my surprise Chris alerted me that they had two technicians working on my car at the same time and got both recalls done as well as the oil change. I didn't expect it but they also had the time to wash it too. Thanks for the great customer service and more importantly being so timely. Wish I needed oil changes more often!
