I found the car online at lundgrens site and decided it was the car I wanted so I completed the easy pre-credit approval form on Thursday evening and called Randy Roy on Friday morning to schedule a test drive, I was in and out with a brand new (to me) car which I absoluetly love and enjoy driving it very much! The staff were very helpful and friendly and got me on my way as quickly as possible which was good since I had to work night shift that night so time was important.

Recently, through no fault of mine, my car was totaled in an accident. We had bought that car from Lundgrena only 1.5 prior. Having never been in any type of accident we had no idea what to do. The people of Lundgrens took care of us. They found out what we needed to get on the old car to pay it off and options in a new one. They worked with us for days to find something that would work in our budget. At one point we did look at a different dealer on a different car, but came back to ford because of how they were working with us and how they had been in the past. They worked with the the kid who hit me insurance and I was able to get back into a car in a little over two weeks. They are the best.

I kept getting a reading that I had low tire pressure. Brought the car in and they would put air in tires and a couple of weeks I would get the reading again . This went on for a while. Brought the car in again with the low tire pressure reading and they took one of the tires off and grinded the aluminum rim and a couple weeks got the reading again so brought the car in again and they grinded the other 3 rims. They said something about the salt up North here corrodes the aluminum rims and it creates a build up so they grind the build up off. That was last week, so I hope the problem is solved. Quite an in convenience of having to keep bringing the car in. Thank You !!

I called and talked to a lady in service dept. Told her I had just found my trucks trailer wiring had been damaged and was not working properly. It was Monday they were booked for the entire week. The following Saturday was opening day of fishing so I really needed to get it fixed. I told her not to worry I would get by. She told me I should drop the truck off on Friday morning and she would try to get it fixed for me. She was extremely nice about it. It was like she would not accept me going fishing without taillights on my boat trailer. I was more than impressed. I was shocked. I dropped of the F150 on Friday and about 3pm a really nice young man called and said it was ready. Was really nice about it. I'm not inclined to be a nit-picker, but a oil change - tire rotate and all the regular checks shouldn't take two and a half hours. The car was in the garage on time. I did have a new cabin air filter installed and a new battery rather than my wife have some sort of problematic experience. I realize that takes some time. The battery terminals were corroded from when I bought the auto, from this same garage early last summer. The auto was detailed well when I bought it, with the exception of the battery. The battery terminals suffered corrosion residue problems. On this recent service appointment, I opted to buy the new battery, under the conditions that the terminals and cable ends be cleaned of any sign of corrosion. Looking at the new battery and connections when I returned home, I note a black goop that looks to be sprayed on the battery terminals and more. I expect the corrosion factor was satisfied, but will never know unless I want to get BLACK. I always use a near clear, dielectric compound on any electrical connections on my vehicles, an didn't expect to see the black substance looking like soft, undercoating. It's probably doing the job it's intended for, but the personal preference to enjoy a visual accounting of what's happening under the hood is lost. Now, upon opening the hood, I get to see a battery with terminals and beyond, covered with some black mysterious goop like substance. Nothing neat or clean looking in that department. Guess I'm not complaining, but YOU ASKED. THIS IS MY RESPONSE.

I've bought many cars from dealerships and this is the best dealer I have ever dealt with. They went above and beyond the call of duty to get me in my Ford. First, they didn't negotiate with me using poor and somewhat dishonest tactics. They were honest, straightforward, professional and had great demeanor. I spent weeks working with them, and then my truck sold to someone else. Within hours, they tracked down another pickup for me. They had a dealer trade worked out and stayed late. I was leaving town and on a tight schedule and they stayed after hours and even came in early (6:30 am) to make sure I was taken care of. Easily the greatest car buying experience I've ever had. Additionally, Mary the Ford Finance and purchasing person, was the most knowledgeable and polite person I have ever worked with. She worked with me, not against me. She presented my options in a fantastic way. I truly enjoyed working with her. Brian and Joel worked amazingly as a team to get me the truck. I may likely will never buy a pickup from a different dealer again. I was truly impressed and I'm not easily impressed with the car buying process.

It was obvious she was pushing me to Ford Credit rather than honestly presenting all options. Although the rate was ok, I feel I was somewhat taken advantage of. In the past I kept my loyalty with Lundgrens because I felt they were straight shooters. Now I feel like they are just like the rest of the auto dealers and I will explore other dealers on my next auto purchase.

The first time I was there I had intended on purchasing a used vehicle but there was a problem with it and they wanted to check it out since it had just come in the day before. The salesman was supposed to call me after they had checked it out but I never heard from him.I had planned on going somewhere else but found another vehicle I was interested in on-line and this time was helped by Brian Brown, he was very friendly and helpful!! (I bought the vehicle that day) The only problem was after I had the vehicle a month there was a problem and it cost over $300 to fix. However the service team was friendly and fixed the problem the same morning I brought it in for service.
