ASK FOR CHASE!!! Lunghamer has me as a lifelong customer and Chase is the absolute best salesperson, hands down. My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle to haul our family of 6 comfortably. We considered the Yukon XL as a possible replacement for our Dodge Durango. We met with Miranda Sigelko and she did a great job of listening to our needs and picking a vehicle that fit those needs. We discussed our options with Miranda and Kim Malhas (manager) - great experience. I am sorry to say we did not purchase the Yukon XL, we decided to venture back into the minivan market instead of a full size SUV. When I am in the market for a GMC again, I will stop to talk with Miranda and Kim first!

Absolutely the worst experience that I have had with a car dealer in almost 40 years of purchasing/leasing vehicles. My daughter was interested in leasing a GMC Terrain and I contacted Lunghamer via e-mail. After several back and forth e-mails a price was offered that was acceptable and me and my daughter went to test drive the car, appraise her trade in and finalize the deal. Much to our surprise the sales associate and sales manager left to talk and came back saying we were $1000 apart on the deal and wouldn't honor the commitment I received via e-mail. I should have walked. Instead, I asked to use one of the computers at the dealership, went on line to the GMC website, built and priced the exact same Terrain and low and behold the monthly payment that I had requested "magically" appeared. The sales staff and manager left and came back, stated they had made a mistake and agreed to the price/payment previously agreed to. We left the dealership with the new vehicle and a pretty bad taste in our mouth. I made the mistake of giving this dealership another chance about 2 years later and requested a quote on a vehicle listed on their website. After more than 2 days I finally received a quote that was about $100 a month higher than 2 other local dealers. Needless to say, I am done with Lunghamer GMC.

I went to Lunghamer and found a used 2014 Jeep Patriot that had all the upgrades I was looking for with only 50,000 miles. The price was a little high but I was willing to make the deal. The salesman had a vacation to go on that evening and had no interest in selling me the car. I took the day off work to look for cars and he told me to leave and come back the next time I had the day off and hope the car was still there. On top of him being rude he had no answers for the question I had about the car when we were test driving. Even though I did not want to give that dealership my business, they had the car I wanted so I decided to purchase. The closing took an extensive amount of time ending with the surprise of only receiving one set of keys for my new 18,000 dollar car! Flash forward 4 weeks and my car is in the shop for a serious transmission issue. I was assured it was in good condition and having my transmission light on not even a month later is not good condition. I Do NOT recommend Lunghamer.

wAfter contacting this dealership about a used car, I received a generic email about them contacting me shortly. The following day I received a call from Kenya with lots of questions. I specifically state we are driving a lengthy distance and are interested in ONE particular car. She insists inventory in full; I again state we are just interested in this ONE car. I ask if price is negotiable as the car is more than what we have to spend, it's a long way to drive...Kenya insists they are having an inventory clearance and prices are definitely negotiable during this sale. She states Doug will be my sales person upon arrival. Two minutes later I receive a call from the dealership, a salesman - Rob. Asking questions I just covered with Kenya. This should have clued me in to the lack of service to come. I explained to him I covered this material just two minutes ago with her and I'm at work. He says he is now my sales person. Okay! Walk into the dealership and within two minutes Rob hands us off to Ron Newman. From the beginning he presented that we were an inconvenience. As customers we knew more about the used car than he did. We test drive the car and sit to discuss hard numbers. I explain my previous TWO discussions about driving out there and price negotiations to which he tells me they do not negotiate as their prices are so good. When I don't respond to his posturing, he says he'll take an offer to his sales manager if I have one. I give him my offer to which he responds by jumping up, refusing to take that offer, throwing his pen down on the desk, and walking away. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone for assistance. Not only did Ron Newman conduct himself beyond poorly, I'm confident if I was a man he would have talked like a mature adult and not thrown objects in front of my daughter.

My son was financing his first vehicle. After our credit was ran and a appt was set..insurance on the vehicle and everything. We get there and they sold the vehicle right out from under us! Their explanation was " were in the business to make money" so with all that said these people are not your friends who they claim to be. Do not buy a car from this dealership. Their customer service ethics are crap! They should be ashamed

He was patient, polite, and knowledgeable of all the cars I asked about. For a first time experience with a dealership I didn't feel pressured or ripped off. Let me start out by saying that our sales girl Katie was great (David Jackson) not so much!we took a terrain home on a Wednesday the next day was thanksgiving so was told to come back on Friday around 2:00 which was nice returned to dealer around 1:30 they were busy being Black Friday and all so was taking longer than expected.There was a few options not on the car that we were told didn't notice till driving the next morning so looked into a upgraded model but price was to high.tried to negotiate a better deal but was treated like an idiot!! And told that they have a lot of time invested in this deal and they let us take the car overnight (LIKE DAVID WAS DOING US A FAVOR!) so we decided to pay a little more than we wanted cause we liked the car he comes back with a higher price and now wants a $1400 down payment (when we already said NOTHING DOWN) I think that was his way over pissing me off enough so I would leave so that's what we did! What a crappy 4 HR experience we had won't buy or lease from them if they were the last dealer around!!!!!!!

Ask for GORDIE!!!! I came to Lunghamer and was greeted with kindness and generosity by the Lunghamer Family. Gordie and I discussed what qualities I want in a car and I test drove several. I decided to purchase the 13' Cheverolet Malibu for a number of reasons. My vehicle is certified, I get 2 years of up to 500 dollars reimbursement if my car is in an accident, (which in turn decrease my insurance premium). I got 3 months free of onstar and that's not the best part.. I am college grad paying back massive student loan debt and I got approved with an interest rate lower than any other vehicle I have financed. (this is my 4th vehicle). I recommend Lunghamer Buick-GMC!!!

I purchased a 2014 Chevy Impala and my sales guy Gordie was absolutely amazing. He was friendly and he was all about making me happy and comfortable not just making a sale. Ellie the Finance Manager was super cool and knowledgeable about the products she was offering. Both were very professional and made this a pleasurable experience. I would definitely recommend a visit to Lunghamer Buick GMC. If you want someone that's on your team ask for Gordie in sales and Ellie in Finance.

I came here with the intent of purchasing a car I had seen online and talked to Mike Abbo about 35 minutes before I drove 26 miles to get there. Imagine my displeasure when the car I was going there to purchase was driving off bought by someone else just a few minutes before I arrived. Will absolutely never give them my money, nor would I recommend this dealership to anyone.

I went on a Tuesday night at 7:30 and they had me in the car I wanted at the price I wanted in phenomenal time. Who's ever heard of being in and out of a car dealership with everything you want, papers signed, and keys in your hand within 2 hours?! my salesman Gordy was a great guy. He walked me through everything since this was my first real car purchase. They didn't try to screw me or get more out of me than they could they were genuinely good people. the manager walked me through things when we were signing papers. it was just an overall really good experience and I would recommend them over and over again.

I brought my car in to get a new key fob programmed. I was told that the key fob was no good so had to get a new one. I went to a 3rd party for a new one. Once I came in again I was then told that it was the transmitter in the car. I also had recalled parts shipped in and replaced. After the work was done, my car computer started malfunctioning sporadically. I brought it in for a diagnostic check and was told that they could not find anything wrong with it (still charged me). I brought it in a second time with a video of the error. They finally believed me but could not reproduce it. They kept my car for two days without telling me it would take that long. They still could not tell me what was wrong (Charged me again). After picking up my car I did some research and found many blogs about the issue, and saw from the paper work that the issue could be coming from a part that the dealership put an extender on for one of the recalled parts. After calling the service center again expressing my concern and opinion that they may have caused the issue I never heard back from this dealership. I would caution doing any kind of business here. I ended up having to purchase a new vehicle. Clearly I went somewhere else.

Purchased a 2007 Tahoe last week from this dealer and right before driving it off the lot noticed the 4x4 didnt work. Dealer said they would fix it. When signing the paperwork, sales rep. told me there was only one key and fob and "sorry" nothing he could do ablout it. Was dealing with a hospitalized child so left my car at the dealer and headed home...where i noticed the driver side rim was so hot i couldn't touch it. Turned out to be the caliper which I had to replace as my wife and other car were at the hospital and the dealer was closed. The next day the painted cover on the driver mirror fell off. Inspecting it i noticed the mirror housing was cracked. Sunday my daughter lock the one key in the truck and had to call roadside service...Dealer stated they will only fix what we agreed upon. Clean the seat, carpet and fix 4x4. What a shoddy way to do business. Shame on this dealer for not fixing issues or at a VERY minimum bringing the issues to light so that the purchaser knows what they are getting into. Not selling it with the attitude.."oh well you didnt buy a warranty...tough rocks" DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Seen a 2013 Buick Encore for sale on Cars.Com on there car lot. I did purchased the car, yet when I asked questions about how it functions, they were unable to answer anything and did nod not seek help from any one at the dealership to help me. I had to read the booklet and ask my friends on how to set-up & program the car's functions, not good for the dealership.

Agreed on a sales deal with the Sales Manager at Lunghamer GMC to purchase a new 2015 Yukon Denali, including trading in my current Yukon Denali. Signed the title over to the dealer and gave them my car, waiting for my new 2015 Yukon Denali to arrive in a few days. Got a call the next day from the Sale Manager saying they are already had a deal on the new Ykon Denali in which a deal was made with me, with another customer. Very disorganized Sales Manager, had to take my current Yukon Denali back because they did not have any other 2015 Yukon Denali trucks for sale similar to the one I had a deal on.

STAY CLEAR OF THIS DEALERSHIP IF YOU NEED SERVICE.Evidently this service advisor doesn't like it if you don't spend the dollar amount he has in mind whether the car needs it or not. If you decline the unnecessary repairs or services, you chance a free fix it up special.The last and final time here, I came in for an oil change and drove out with a cracked wind-shield and dripping coolant from a deliberately damaged water pump intake.

Thea manager at the Buick dealer is very unfriendly and down right rude . He has very poor customer service in general . He accused me of lying about something defective in the car after I brought it back the very next day after purchase . I drove a very long way and it was something that could have been easily changed in good faith to keep a customer . I was thoroughly disappointed with my experience e and would not recommend anyone to go to this dealership because of this managers awful people skills !

Don't let the nice look of the cars and salesmen fool you, this place is just as, if not more scummy as any other dealership. The guy Gordie pushed me to buy an '06 Jeep Commander, assuring me that it will hold up because it's a Jeep. Check engine light came on my second day of driving the car! They "fixed" it for me and three days later it came on again. He promised me it was nothing to worry about, maybe a faulty O2 sensor. So I figured I would bring it in whenever I get a chance, right? Wrong. My Jeep wouldn't start at all the next day. He tries to tell me that no one knew there was anything wrong with the Jeep. So either they sold me the shitty car, knowing it would crap out on me. Or their technicians are that incompetent that they can't tell what's wrong with a car. Not only that but every time I try to talk to the guy who sold me the car he barely says anything to me, just sends me to talk to someone else! Extremely unsatisfied with my experience here so far.

I took my car here after getting rear ended thinking that a dealership would do an outstanding job.... boy was I wrong!!!!They didn't paint the car to match the original paint, I had to take it back for a spot they forgot to blend, also had to take it back because the truck wasn't flesh with the rest of the car, it didn't shut properly, and the paint on the inside was all bumpy like a 5 year old had painted it. Although this is minor, when you spend a fortune with them, this should have been caught: they did not even paint where the gas lid was scratched on the side. They didn't even notice that my driver seat chair wasn't working properly. I don't think they did a good inspection to be honest with you. After they "fixed" what was wrong with it when I took it back saying I wasn't happy, they said "that is the best we can do".However, I got hit again a month later, took it to a collision shop and they fixed everything that was wrong with it from the Lunghamer Buick GMC "repair". They were in shock on what a bad job they did.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR COLLISION SHOP HERE!!! Although referred by State Farm, I was VERY VERY shocked and disappointed!!! You could tell I was inconveniencing them by asking them to fix what I saw was wrong!

My son and I went to Lunghamer to look at a 2010 Kia Soul in the Used Car Dept. Our salesperson, Dave, was nice and polite, but was glossed over our questions about the condition of the car. For example, the left front tire was extremely worn compared to the others. When asked about it, Dave said "It's just low on air." When questioned about what inspection they did on the car when received on the lot, the response was "The usual stuff." As far as the price of the car, my son and I were told that there was no room to negotiate the price. At that point, I would have walked out, but my son really wanted the car. I wonder if a man would receive the same treatment. Suffice to say, we will not be going back to Lunghamer for future purchases and will not recommend the dealership to any friends and/or family.

I usually take my Buick to a dealership near my home for service. Since I was due for an oil change and visiting my sister I had it done here. The service advisor (Bain) said that my windshield washer was not working and the pump needed replacement. Also said the oil pan gasket was leaking and needed to be changed. I was surprised to hear about the windshield washer since I had used it a few days earlier. I declined the offer to repair since I didn't have the time and money at the moment. Back home, I had our dealership look at the car. They said the oil pan gasket was just damp - nothing to be concerned about. As for the windshield washer they said "the hose was not connected to the pump".

I Stopped Into Lunghamer Buick/GMC After Being Denied A Chance To Even Touch A Car At Their Sister Chevy Dealership. I Went In & Spoke With Dave Albers & He Was Immediately "All About The Customer" I Was Treated So Friendly. He Approved Me For A 2012 Captiva & Even Got Me A LOW Payment. Way Under My Limit. I Have Not Purchased The Vehicle Yet, & I'm Thinking Of Going Down To One Of Their Malibu's. I Suggest EVERYONE Go To See Dave Albers, You Wont Be Disappointed..!!

I had an emergency. The radio would not turn off. Yes, I pushed the on/off button and had the motor shut off with keys in my hand. At 10 PM Joe Lunghamer said he would tow my 4 day old car in the morning and fix it. Sean Snyder service manager,his staff and Ted got the car to me in perfect working order. The sales process with Mike Porter, Gen Sales Mgr, Kim & Kurt was superb.

First off, I'm a first time buyer that works two jobs and all they could do is get me approved with $1,500 down and a co-signer. My sister had to go there, get the paperwork, and take it elsewhere to a place that actually knew what they were doing. Approved w/out co-signer, only $200 down, and a 6% interest rate compared to the 25% they offered me. I had my sister and her boyfriend look the car over and test drive it. While she was there she specifically asked Mike if there was anything mechanically wrong with the car, he replied to her "No". I purchased the vehicle and headed off to dinner later that evening for my birthday, excited to show my new car off. I go to leave and it won't start... How embarrassing is that? And it happens within 3 hours of buying it. So I call the next day to let them know the problem and all they have to say to me is "go get a tune up." Seriously??? That is how you conduct your business? I am MORE THAN DISAPPOINTED in the way this matter was handled. I will NEVER return to buy another car. Any one who looked at the Silver G6 GT and didn't get it, be happy you didn't get it. Needless to say, DO NOT BUY A USED CAR HERE! EVER...

The other night my wife and I went to look at a truck at Lunghamer Buick GMC. My wife had already driven it, and we were fairly certain we were going to buy. But... Lunghamer *won't* let you take their cars/trucks to a mechanic to have it looked over. As this truck wasn't certified and was being sold "as-is", this was important to me, and a (I feel) perfectly reasonable request. So I asked the sales guy (who was quite nice) to talk to his manager about it. From the moment that Doug, the PreOwned Sales Manager, walks around the corner out of his office, his entire everything was nothing but rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. He said the reason they don't let their vehicles be taken to other mechanics is because people take stuff from them/damage them (as if they don't have insurance?). He told me I could have my mechanic come there and look at it. I suggested that it'd be harder for him to look at it unless they could get a good look underneath; would they be able to put it up on a lift? A curt "no." I mentioned that every other dealership I've been to up and down the road lets you take the car to be checked out. He said something that roughly translates to "Well then don't buy it from us". All the while, his tone and energy was just flat out rude. In fact, I'm hard put to think of a time I've ever been treated more rudely at a dealership or any other business. And factor in that I'm ~telling them~ I want to spend $15,000+ with them. So I asked whether I could talk ~his~ manager. He says he "doesn't have one". When I question this, he says someone's name, tells the sales person to write it down for me, turns around and walks away. Nice. That's the "Certified PreOwned Manager", hard at work, working on the dealership's "goal to provide you with an excellent purchase and ownership experience." I'm aware that everyone has bad days, and bad moments. But looking at the comment in the other review, in which someone else specifically mentioned Doug (quoted: "All I wanted to do was to buy a car from them, and they offered no options for me") makes me think that this isn't an isolated incident. I left a message with the general manager, but was not called back.

My vehicle was purchased less than one month ago. The salesperson I dealt with treated my wife and I like we weren't important, and decided he had better things to do. That being said, I was never given the option for a Road Hazard package for my tires, and they weren't covered under the warranty (which I understand, they are a wear and tear item). Through no fault of my own, I ran over a 'road hazard' which punctured my tire. After driving to Lunghamer, I was informed that the tire, at just over 1000 miles, was damaged beyond repair, and a brand new tire would have to be purchased. This did not bother me as much as the fact that I would not be offered a discount for the remainding rubber on the tire, since it is essentially brand new. I elected to wait for the service manager to come out of a meeting, while I called other tire shops for additional opinons. After an hour, I was given the option to continue waiting, or have the service manager contact me once they were out of the meeting. I decided to leave, and went the Discount Tire down the street. Once I showed them the tire, they called Michelin and was able to get the replacement tire covered 100%. While they were replacing the tire, I was contact by a service agent (not the service manager) who informed me that neither GM nor Michelin would offer a discount for the 1000 mile old tire that is no longer useful, and I would have to purchase a new tire, valued at around $300. I did not inform the agent that Michelin already decided to reimburst me for the tire, and thanked him for following up with me. The salesperson I initially dealt with after I agreed to buy the car (Noah), was let go before we closed the deal. The next salesperson I dealt with (Lance) was rude, and refused to take the time to go over the paperwork with us. Initially, he was pleasant, and took the time to go over the car with us, inside and out. However, once he realized it was after 6:00, and we did not start the paper work, everything changed. We were no longer treated with patience, and the salesperson tried to rush us through the entire process. This experience makes me regret buying from Lunghamer Buick, and my wife does not want to purchase another GM brand vehicle again. If I can help it, I will not be going back to Lunghamer Buick, and will tell as many people as possible about my bad experiences.

I called and spoke with the used car manager, Doug. I was calling from out of town and was interested in a particular vehicle they had on their lot. I asked if I could place a deposit on the car so I could travel to it, they said they don't do that. I asked if I could just buy the car, as I was certain this is the car I wanted. He offered me no solution to do that. All I wanted to do was to buy a car from them, and they offered no options for me.
