Got oil change in aug supposed to be covered under two-year maintenance free warranty. Service department made me pay for oil change but never has contacted me to try to give me my money back . CallefGM help line still waiting to hear back from them . Now it's nearing the end of November and I still haven't heard from anybody at Lupient Chevrolet. Very poor customer service I bet if they would've put the money out for the oil change that was supposed to be free I'm sure they would've got their money back by now but I have to make all the calls about it never heard one word from the service manager

Dana Poppen was a great salesman. He answered all the questions and gave us the information that we needed. It's exactly what a salesman should be. Not pushy just answer questions and let us know what he can do for us. If there's a vehicle available at your dealership and Dana is still working there I will certainly return and give him our business.

The dealership worked on my car 90 days ago and then the same issue acted up again. I took the car back in and the dealership claimed it was a different issue although the error codes were the same. I had to waste almost a full day of work to try and get this resolved. After a heated conversation with the service manager Jeremy Harding, they refused to fix the issue that they had already charged me $1300 to "look at". Simply pathetic and a very poor customer experience as well as a bunch of hack leadership and mechanics. Huge embarrassment for the Lupient group.

When you find an honest and respectful car salesman it's amazing. Jerry at Lupient Chevrolet in Bloomington is just that. If you get a chance and need a new car might I highly recommend someone who will give you real solid advice financially and personally and get you into exactly what you need and not be a tool about it. He's like my car dealer dad. I respect and trust this guy. Not only that but he was super fun and super real about the entire process from start to finish (we had our car ordered because we wanted a Manual). He made it SO simple! Plus the financing gal? Sonja? Holy crap was she a hoot and a half! Honestly the most relaxed, fun, inviting, and laid back experience I've had purchasing a car. Way less stressful than another purchase I had at a different dealership and completely opposite experience. We are traveling from the West coast and experienced a full failure of the drivers door to open. Brought my 2011 Chevy Silverado in for analysis and repair. AC got everything rolling, kept me informed every step of the way. Explained the problem, possible solutions and ultimately the problem. AC and his team were very professional and did the best they could to control my costs. Because of the complexity of the repair it had to remain overnight. I was provided with a very nice rental car and at a very reasonable price, which was deducted from my final repair bill. Thanks George for making that a smooth and painless process.

When I called the dealership with my VIN number they told me my key (which was stuck in the ignition) would be covered under warranty, free to me, and they could do it same day - it would take an hour. I show up at my appointment time and they tell me I have to leave my car for a full day and pay $500+ for the repair before they even look at the car-as soon as I arrive.They lied to me to get me here and left me with no option but to pay them for the repair because my key was stuck in my ignition and I park on the street at home... - plus pay for a cab home.Never use this dealership. I never will again.

My Corvette is my baby and I'd never consider taking it to a quick lube place but that doesn't mean I paid more at Lupient. In fact, the price beat what I've paid at quick lube centers for my other vehicles for the same service. I would recommend Lupient to others in the future because the sales group take you through the process making sure you understand everything about your choice and get you the information to help you make a decision. Chuck is the best cars salesman we've ever had! He made me feel like we were part of his family. He stayed an hour and a half after the store closed to help us learn about our car and wasn't too pushy about anything. He was so helpful! And Patrick was so great with helping us close our loan. He made us feel so comfortable and I'm pretty sure my husband found a new friend - they were quoting movies and laughing the entire time. I was nervous about buying my first new car and my first Chevy, but after our experience here, I don't think I could ever get a car from anywhere else!

The sales person we worked with was Zac Lovera. He was exceptional to work with. Not only was he pleasant and accommodating, but he was competent as well. The price of the car we were buying was clearly stated and firm. The trade in value of our car was agreed upon with no haggling. He recognized and agreed to some of the significant maintenance work we had done recently. A mutually satisfactory deal was reached, Lupient has followed up with us to see if they could be of further help especially with the technology-oriented features. Lupient has been helpful. I plan to use its Service Department for our new car, and we will contact Lupient when we get around to our next purchase.

I had to take my car a 2013 Chevy Maliu in two different time for warranty work. I did not buy my car here but the service I received was outstanding. My service consultant was Todd Wilson. He provided me with tremendous knowledge as to what was wrong with my car and very pleasant to work with. Called me right away when my car was done. Set me up with a nice loaner car the second time. The technician/s that worked on my car knew exactly what was wrong with the car, I am very pleased with the all around service I received. My husband and I finally had to break down (or should I say one of our cars did) and buy a new vehicle. Neither of us was too keen on dealing with buying a car as we haven't done so in over 10 years. I remember as a kid my Dad always bought from Lupient and they had what Hubby wanted (at 6'7" he's limited to what he fits comfortably in and for a good price) so off we went to check them out. We worked with David Fuhs who immediately put us at ease. The process was quick, easy and painless. I would definitely recommend Lupient Chev and David Fuhs. When the other car finally decides it's time, we will go back here again.

I was out in the pre owned section looking at a used truck and it was kind of what I wanted, mr. Chuck came out and showed my wife and I the truck and was very knowledgeable about any questions I had but even then if he didn't know he found someone with a honest answer to any questions I had. After looking at the used truck I told him exactly what I wanted in a truck and he had one sitting in the corner of the lot brand new for not much more then the used one. Needless to say I drove off with a 2015 Silverado and when I came back to get the add ons chuck made sure I had a courtesy truck close to what I bought made drop off a breeze. When I picked up my truck he was waiting for me and pulled my truck around for my wife. Buying a new car scared me a bit but after this experience I would definitely go back and do it again. Bought a 2011 silverado from lupient. Two weeks later needed $3,000 worth of work. After that repair check engine light came on. They called me and said I needed a sensor, paid $500 for new sensor. A couple of days later the Che k engine light comes on. Lupient the. Tells me I need a new engine!!! They don't offer to help pay for it. GM helped pay for some of it but I paid $3,000. Lupient had records that this was an issue before I bought it but did not bother to inform me that serious work was done to it before I bought it. Beware of Lupient Chevrolet!!!!!

Starting with my first phone call with the Sales Manager, Bryce, my experience at Lupient Chevrolet was first-class! Bryce connected me with my Sales Associate Justin, and Justin was absolutely great. He called me and made everything simple over the phone, set an appointment for later in the afternoon, and he answered my calls and took scanned documents about ten times before we met in-person that day! Justin was ready for my arrival, had the car ready, keys in my hands within a minute of my arrival and he gave a great mini-tour of the interior. We went inside to see Mike in Finance, and Mike couldn't have been better, either. I have bought MANY cars throughout the years and these guys have an excellent approach to Customer Service and a real camaraderie amongst themselves that made the place feel comfortable and honorable. Justin also was great going through OnStar and explaining other things about the my new Cruze, and he's already written to me this morning to congratulate me again and make sure I call him directly about anything. This is a formula that sustains and grows business anywhere, but you have to have the right people at Lupient does. I am so grateful! Thanks for making my new car purchase so easy and such a pleasure!!

Brought vehicle in for whining/whistling noise on an earlier date. Tech was not able to diagnose the issue then. Brought vehicle in again for 50K service and showed service advisor a TSB that I thought may be the cause of the continued noise problem. Tech was able to diagnose the noise issue this visit and replaced a part in the transmission. I am disappointed that it took 2 visits to find a solution to this issue. Otherwise I'm satisfied with the service I have received. I've only brought my vehicle here before for oil changes.

The staff at Lupient is extremely courteous & so efficient, my car was finished 30 min earlier than I anticipated. Seeing as I was waiting with a 5 and 2 yr old - this was huge!!If anything could be improved - I would recommend better information for persons scheduling the appointments. I knew from previous eperience that a headlight change was ~2hrs but had I not I would have been pretty unhappy finding out as I handed over my keys. Not very fair to the service advisor either!!

Justin called ahead of my visit to discuss what I was looking for -- model, color and which options I really wanted. When I got there, Justin had three vehicles that matched what I had told him. Each had very slight differences -- leather vs. non-leather seats, two off-white vs. red, one had mud flaps (which Justin hadn't noticed until I pointed them out). He was very patient while I hemmed and hawed over which car I wanted. I settled on the red Malibu and am extremely happy with my decision!

Overall very good, however the vehicle was brought in at 8:15 and when I called at 12:45 they were just looking at it. Originally I was told early afternoon for completion. Not a big deal, but expectation wasn't set and then met. As always though, the team is friendly and supportive. I wouldn't go elsewhere.

This was the first maintenance checkup and oil change for my 2014 Impala and first time using the online scheduling. Scheduling process was easy to do. When I arrived, I was immediately welcomed and made familiar with what would be done and options for transportation and refreshments. Chad followed up on everything I asked and in addition took care of a preventative service issue with the tail light gaskets that GM issued a service on that I did not mention. This was all completed within the estimated time frame for the service call. What more could I ask for from my dealership.

We made the decision that we needed a new truck, and we wanted the investment to be an American made vehicle manufactured by union labor. We chose the Chev Silverado 1500 with the AllStar package after doing online research and having owned previous Chev Silverados. We wanted to purchase this vehicle as locally as possible, as we believe support of local business is vital to our country. We walked into this dealership without knowing who we would work with to order this vehicle. We met Ali Vann, who quickly made us feel comfortable, and also answered every question we had with candor. After going through the options and accessories we were looking for, Ali assured us that we could proceed with confidence in the purchase. We explained to Ali that we were hoping that the truck we ordered could be delivered for a planned honeymoon trip. This would mean delivery needed to be by the third week in May.I have never believed in magicians much, but somehow, Ali ranks somewhere between magician and super-star. On May 3rd, two weeks before the promised mid-May delivery, we picked up our beautiful new truck, with absolutely perfect details all taken care of by the great magician. They found an oil leek and we have scheduled an appointment for Tuesday May 6th at 9A.M. to fix the leek. I met the Service Manager Paul, and he is going to help out with the oil problem since we purchased our car from Lupient Chev. and it has only 13000 miles on it. I have been a very satisfied customer for around 4-5 years through 2 cars, first a used one and more recently a new one. I've been very happy with the customer care provided after each purchase. They don't just forget about you, they continue to help and answer questions while I get routine maintenance on the car, which I appreciate. Both Todd the service manager and Cassie a serviceperson I usually deal with have both been extremely helpful to me in the past several years. They both seem very knowledgeable and they always takes the time to speak with me feven though they are usually very busy. Being a woman who doesn't know much about cars, it is especially nice to deal with Cassie because first of all, she is just great at her job. Second, I always feel comfortable asking her questions I may not ask otherwise ask, since I am so unfamiliar with the workings of a car. I like that I can use email to talk back & forth because it isn't always convenient to use the phone. That has been very helpful. I have absolutely nothing to complain about with Lupient and I do plan to buy my next car from them too (in a few years)

The vehicle I purchased was not originally at your dealership and I was told on Sat. 4/5/14 that if it was available, it would be here on Mon. 4/7/14. I had not heard anything by 2:00, so I called my sales rep. Left voicemail. He left me a voicemail and said it was available and that it should be here by about 4:00 and he would call when it got here. I phoned him and told him that if it didn't come in before 4:30 to call me at home. About 5:40 or so I finally called him since I still hadn't heard anything. He told me it would be in any minute. Finally around 6:00 or so he called me to advise it was in. That is my only complaint. I kind of felt like the vehicle availability wasn't checked until I called initially at 2:00. I could be wrong about that. My sales rep did apologize for not keeping me informed.

It took me 5 WEEKS to get the other drivers insurance company to assume liability I made ONE call to Lupient body shop.They ordered the parts and called back to get me an appointment. They handled further issues with the insurance company and made sure my rental was there for me. They couldn't have made it any easier!

Justin is a very good salesman. I enjoyed working with him and came away a happy Cruze owner! He was professional, polite, knew the product, could answer my many questions and worked with me to arrive at a deal we both could accept. When I came to Lupient for the test drive I had scheduled, I did not expect to be returning home with my "new to me" car! I usually am the type of person that has to go home and "mull it over" before making a major purchase. Justin knew how to make me feel comfortable with coming to that decision without leaving the dealership. I had done some research on my own on the net looking at prices and options of Cruzes and at the Kelly Blue Book website to see what I may expect to get as a trade in so I felt prepared walking in the door. Justin came up with figures very similar to what I expected so it made sense to go to the next step and purchase the car I wanted when I walked through the door. I also want to mention Theresa in Finance was great to work with as well. She explained my options and the process of the loan went smoothly. Both employees were willing to stay late on a Friday night to make the deal! That was impressive to me! Lupient is a class act!

A little disappointed with the gentleman that checked the rental car in that I returned. He claimed that driving the car for 21 miles would take the gas gauge off the full mark and that I needed to go full it up or pay $5 for a gallon of gas. I was not in the mood to argue my point because of an appointment that I needed to be at so I just paid the $5. I paid $40 for the car because there wasn't a loaner car to use, so when he approached me for another $5 for the 21 miles I drove the car I was a little disappointed. It was his attitude more than anything that I didn't like coming from a job where customer service is a top priority.

This is more toward GM.. You should info customer that there is a recall/defect on Chevy Cruze with the Thermostat, Water pumps and Head gaskets on you newer cars. That way we as the consumer don't have to take unnecessary time off of work, But over all my experience with the dealership was great. :-)

The dealership- got me in quickly without an appointment- quickly identified the "check engine" problem- informed me that the repairs were covered by warranty (even though I wasn't aware that the defective part was covered) - ordered the required parts- setup a mutually agreeable time for the repair- completed the repair in less time than estimated- returned my vehicle washed and in excellent condition

I had an oil usage issue with my 2009 Silverado so I brought to your dealership and was asked to do a 3000 mile study. After completion of the study it was confirmed that yes there was an issue. Luckily the issue was documented prior to the factory warranty expiring. I was informed that an engine disassembly would be required for further investigation. IT was then determined we would need to replace the pistons and rings under warranty. The job was expedited to completion in about 2.5 days and the service writer Marlin kept me uptodate as to the job and when it would be expected to be complete. Great Job! I have always been a GM person and this is another example of why.

My Malibu was long overdue for an oil change. I made an appointment for early morning and waited for my car. I enjoyed a complimentary bottle of water while I waited. Unfortunately the car wash was closed due to the frigid weather and my car extremely dirty. The only thing that would have made my visit better would have been to offer me a free car wash once the weather improved.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership that had some serious issues. I contend these issues could have been detected prior to the sale. The net result is I was left with no transportation as a result of this purchase. Lupient was very slow to respond with a solution. I asked for a loaner vehicle while they worked things out and they denied my request. I told them I needed transportation in the meantime which resulted in short term rental fees I would need to expense. . After contacting them daily for resolution, it took them about a mont to finally agree to refund the cost of the vehicle, not the additional expenses incurred as a result of the sale.

My son's truck heater and windshield defroster stopped working during an extremely cold weather period in Minnesota. We dropped the car off hoping that Lupient could fit it in their work schedule. Marlin Stine called my at 9:00 AM and told me they were working on the truck and gave me some options to troubleshoot the problem. He was extremely knowledgeable about the service required and very patient with me as I checked with my husband to approve the $743 cost. I'm sure he called me at least five times with updates on the work just to make sure the truck was finished in time for my son to go to work that afternoon. This was our first time visiting Lupient in Bloomington, MN. I purchased a 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt from Lupient Chevrolet this summer. In December, I was contacted by the MN State Patrol and they stated they needed to inspect the vehicle. After the inspection I was informed the car was stolen, and it was immediately confiscated. The State Patrol went to Lupient Chevrolet and confirmed they had confiscated the vehicle. I contacted Pam Guildford at Lupient Chevrolet. I was surprised by her lack of customer service given the bizarre circumstances. I guess I was expecting them to quickly remedy the situation but that was far from the response. I asked if she could provide me with a loaner car while we sorted out next steps. She would not. I told her I would need to rent a vehicle for transportation until it was resolved and informed her I would be submitting the expense for this along for my claim to be reimbursed for the full cost of the car. In my opinion, a quality dealership would not respond in this manner. I would have expected they would have wrote a check the same day and apologized for the inconvenience I had to experienced as a result of the vehicle they sold me. If they needed a few days to sort things out, they should have tried to accommodate my transportation problems until they resolved it. As of January 17, 2014 we have not settled this issue. I bought a car in good faith from Lupient Chevrolet in Bloomington MN and today I am out all the money I paid the car as well as rental cost for temporary transportation. Buyers beware.

Jim Steffen makes buying vans amazingly easy for me. In addition to getting me the best price he can, he also makes sure the van signs I need are put on before I take delivery of the van. First let me state, that my prior experiences have been very good, and those led me to continue using Lupient during my stay here in the Twins. Overall, this last trip was a fairly good experience, although below the others.Chad was my initial service advisor, and got everything set-up promptly - he got the truck checked in (late on a Friday, too) got me in a loaner car, and gave an honest timeline for repairs. He even called on Saturday to confirm that the technicians were not able to get it in. However on Monday, things did not go as well. Marlin called with a quote for the fuel pump, but advised that the battery had been tested and needed replacement. I advised that as the battery was under warranty, I would come and take it to O'Reilly's and have it replaced under warranty. Once I arrived, Marlin advised that there would be a $20 fee to remove and re-install the battery. I understand the liability of letting a customer work in the bay, so, although not pleased, I agree to it. O'Reilly's tested the battery on (2) different machines, and advised that although low, the battery was fine. While purchasing other items, the battery was fully charged. (approximately 15 minutes). I was later advised that there would be an additional charge for the fuel pump. Apparently the old connectors and new connectors are different, and the unit would need to be hard wired. Having worked on my own vehicles in the past, I know that cutting the connectors off and hard wiring them in, takes hardly more than a few minutes. This on top of knowing that a new OEM fuel pump can be bought at part stores for approximately $325, opposed to the $440 charged by Lupient. However, I do realize that there is a cost involved, for the warranties that dealership provide.In conclusion, I feel that work performed and the services rendered were at a fair price, when taken as a whole - services performed, warranty, and loaner vehicle. However, the feeling of being "nickel and dimed" still lingers. After getting, and explaining to, the service manager, that I had taken time out of my schedule to tend to the battery, due to the misdiagnosis of his technician, he did remove the charge. But I had to wait for him to come over, talk to the tech, and give his approval. I feel that, as Marlin was aware of the situation, the charge should have been removed as a courtesy, on the front end.Thank you for your time and interest in my experience.

the staff was knowledgeable and helpful. A part for the drivers seatbelt was missing and they happened to have the part in stock so it was fixed quickly. I had an oil change at the same time and they washed and vacuumed the Suburban. Great Service.

When I walked into the dealership Ali was quick to be the first person to greet me. I liked this because I am young, and got completely ignored at nearly every dealership I went to prior... I asked Ali about the new 2014 Malibu and he was quick to pull up options that met my criteria. He let me take multiple cars for a test drive, was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. After the test drive I told him I would like to purchase the 2014. If Ali never pursued me like he did, I would have never made the decision to purchase the vehicle that day. He did not judge a book by its cover. And that meant a lot to me.

This was the first time I'd bought a new car on my own and CJ made the experience go more smoothly than I could have hoped for. The whole process from start to finish took just a couple of hours and everything was explained to me very well! CJ and Lupient were also able to get me a better rate on an auto loan than my bank was going to give me which was also very much appreciated.I also very much appreciate that Lupient prices their cars well below MSRP and it's the price that all buyers pay (less any promotional deals going on) so there's no haggling involved. Some people enjoy spending an entire day at the dealer haggling, but it's not for me which again is why I was thrilled to visit a dealer that offers every buyer their best price and then the buyer can decide to take it or leave it without wasting a bunch of time haggling. My first time buying a new car couldn't have gone better and I'll definitely be looking for CJ every time I'm in the market for a car going forward!

I was forced to call for next-day services on the day prior to thanksgiving and thankfully it was provided. all facets of my services were excellent including the courier transport who brought me home while the vehicle was repaired and picked me up later.

It was one of those rare occurances where my expectations were exceeded by your staff. Courteous, friendly, did extra work like vacuuming and washing! My only negative comment would be that it took a little longer than I expected.

On November 8, I received the most professional and caring treatment from Consultant Sonja Olin from the minute I shook her hand. She brought a vehicle up herself to make sure I was fully satisfied with the vehicle before anything else was talked about. She made sure I met the necessary additional people, Mr Redfield and Mr Mark Goldman, to get final vehicle additions and pricing. They were all fantastic with my questions and did not try to sell me something I didn't need.Sonja stayed in touch with me for 2 months prior to meeting me, but at no time was there even a hint of sales pressure. That is a first in itself for me, because I have been to hundreds of dealerships in my life span. She is why I drove 48 miles to buy a vehicle.I bought a 2014 Chevy Impala 2LTZ from her, because they had exactly what I wanted on the lot. I am a veteran and they even made sure my plates are "Support the Troops". They hugged me when I left. Exceptional customer service from start to finish. Initially we started our search online. I called several dealers in the Twin Cities. I spoke to Steve at Lupient because it was his name that popped up on the screen. While my husband was at work I decided to visit the dealership the next day to see what trade-in options we had for our Trailblazer. While Steve was away from the office Sonja stepped in. My kids (and I) loved her. She helped with the kids, answered questions ect... When Steve returned he did the same..... He was up front, to the point, kind, helpful, not your typical "sales guy". I chose to check out Lupient because of the service I got first - over the phone. We love our new car and when it's time to buy again we will most definately call Steve. If Steve is out, we will call Sonja! My daughter, who is 5, said she is going to buy her first car from Sonja! The financing portion of the transaction was smooth. If you enjoy being lied to straight to your face this is the best dealer for you. I had e-mailed several dealers about what I was going to buy (included specs) and what I was looking for in terms of a deal and asked them to quote. Once I had found my best deal I e-mailed the others to inform them of my decision and thank them for their participation. The salesperson at this dealership e-mailed back that "We have the truck you want and we will not be undersold. If you take the deal you have in place you will be sorry." Thinking I had nothing to lose I went to the dealership and asked to see both the vehicle and the better deal. Wasted about an hour and a half (the guy did a search of the dealership's partners) before finding out they had neither the truck nor a better deal on anything comparable. The salesperson was annoyed that I had come in to "Work him over" to no avail. Why would they tell me they had exactly what I was looking for when they did not? Perhaps because they thought they would be able to work ME over? Never again --- good place to kick tires and collect brochures but they will never see a nickel of my money.

I was in the market for a new Chevy recently and stopped in at this location because it happened to be on my way home from work. I was quickly greeted and got quite a bit of help selecting a car. Unfortunately, that was the end of the good customer service. We had arranged a deal on pricing, down payment and payment terms to be closed another day. Before I returned, we spoke on the phone to confirm what we had discussed and everything was on track. When I arrived, things came off the tracks. The interest rate we had agreed to suddenly changed, they decided to add a point for themselves. The down payment terms we had agreed to had suddenly changed. I was tempted to continue with the paperwork, but thank goodness I didn't. After leaving to reconsider and doing more homework, not only did I recognize the lies I had been told, but the sales manager and general manager called me to sprinkle on more lies to try and save the deal. Flat out, this company has a culture of lying to customers. You would be a fool to do business here.

On 2-6-2012 I purchased a 2012 Chevy Equinox LT w/the total cost of $29,426.25 from Sales Chad paying via Cash Paid in Full with the accessories/add ons that was also purchased.On 9-26-2012 I traded the Equinox for a credit of $22k from the dealership, then applied it to a 2012 Chevy Cruz LT1 for a total of over $21k w/a trade difference of minus $366.75, License Plate $235, Title & Transfer Fees $36, Transit Tax $20 & Document Administration Fee $75.00 Totaling $291 from Sales Pat. In other words to them considered a even trade up. Numbers are rounded up/down. The package included Fog lights, Sunroof, Premium Sound, Power seat adjustable driver, Remote start, rear parking assist door sill plates and all weather mats.On 9-28-2012 I returned to dealership to speak with the General Manager Pam to express how I got ripped off. Under no circumstances would she refund cash back, only to agree with putting a Seal Coat (Cila-Jet) treatment on the exterior & interior of the Chevy Cruz at a mark up price of $799.00. She only applied the Cila-Jet because there was some kind of white specs on the front hood and the vehicle was dirty from the poor cleaning job the service center provided at the time of trade.On 9-29-2012 I brought a former auto sales professional of 12 to 13 years experience to discuss the options with the GM Pam to try to make me happy. Again, no deal or any adjustment. I then demanded my Chevy Equinox back from Pam & again was denied & found out that my Chevy Equinox was already sold & gone leaving me with nothing accept the initial Trade of the Chevy Cruz. Even doing research in finding a better deal at another Chevy deal with even a $2000.00 savings. The whole period of the transactions, nothing was ever mentioned on a return policy even if the State of Minnesota has no 3 day return policy. The dealership still should have informed and told me of any said return policy in which they failed to do.Has my friend and I tried to discuss the new deal we had found at another Chevy dealer, Pam was noticeably getting agitated and accusing me that's we we agreed on. I replied, "no that's what you agreed on". So then we threw another chance at her with ok about matching the invoice price minus the holdback? Again, no matter what was said she would not make a customer happy let alone a returning customer.To say the least the mark up's on this deal was real and from the 1st time I walked in to the time of the trade, each person that was involved denied any mark up and down right lied straight to my face with out even showing any proof has I requested to see the documentation.I will NEVER return to this dealership again for not only the unprofessional service but the lack of respect towards a new car buyer, speaking of myself.If anything ever happens that they want to reach a favorable solution, only God himself will help make it happen so I can be happy even if the hassle I have already gone through.

I did several test drives and the new car offer price was a fair. I was ready to order it and made an appointment for a trade in estimate. However, the trade in price was insulting, a deal breaker. When I told my salesman Tom that the sale was off, he brought over his manager. Kim was horrible. Two hours wasted trying to convince me to buy from inventory stating this would increase the trade in offer. I was factory ordering because they didn't stock what I wanted. She told me I'd have to compromise. I was not willing to compromise 90% of what I wanted; I walked out the door. Ultimately deciding to wait for the 2013 model. A few weeks later I found the exact car I was looking (at another dealership) and forwarded them the link. They said for an additional $1000 "it would be yours". Yeah right! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I am working with another dealership and have placed an order to my exact specifications.

I have purchased 5 vehicles at Lupient Chev. An Impala, 2 Suburbans, a Trailblazer, and a Sliverado. Each time I was treated with respect and care. I was never pressured or talked into a vehicle. I was given great service. Tom and his salespeople are great to work with. Their service department has also been great. I used to dread car shopping and service, but Lupient Chevy has made me enjoy it.

I had talked to several other dealerships looking for a new or used 2011 Chevy Tahoe. I had requested a white color and a few specific options. 2 dealerships told me to come on out, but when I got there, they didn't even have a single white, 2011 Tahoe. Waste of time. When I called Lupient and spoke to Nick, he took my information and details of what I was looking for and called back with several options within a few hours of the Twin Cities. That was true customer service. I came into the dealership and they had a loaded 2011 Tahoe, and were really dealing to unload it. I got a very fair trade in value for my trade in car, and a great deal on exactly what I was looking for. I couldn't be more happy.

I purchased a 2006 GMC Envoy Denali back in July of 2011, I had been looking for an Envoy with four wheel drive for about a month and was very glad when I finally found one at Lupient. The customer service was very pushy and the sales men kept telling me you know this vehicle willl be gone tomorrow if you don't buy it when we were taking the test drive. At first it rode great until about a month later when many things started to go wrong. Im aware I bought a vehicle with 100,000 miles on it but to have thing after thing after thing go wrong, thats just not right. I bought the extended warranty which cost an extra $1,675 because it was over 100,000 miles thinking that would protect me if anything did start to go wrong, and oh was I wrong.After a week or two the "service stabilitrak" light came on so i did some research on the internet and discovered it was okay since there was no snow and it was used in slippery or icy situations so i didn't bring it in right away because i had no time to drive to Bloomington from Stillwater for them to tell me i needed to fix it immediately.The second thing that went wrong with it was a month after buying it when i noticed white smoke coming from the exhaust so I checked the oil and discovered there was the smallest amount of oil left meaning that the car had been using it because i had never seen it leak oil. There was also a burnt rubber smell coming from the hood on occasion so i took it into the service department at Lupient, also telling them about the service stabilitrak light, where Kevin Schulte told me that they couldn't find anything wrong and that they had not experienced it smoking or smelling like burnt rubber and as far as the Stabilitrak goes it would be another $800 to fix it but was not critical and didn't need to be fixed. So after another month going by and my car using a quart of oil a week and occasionally smoking i called Lupient service department back and explained yet again the same problem so i took it back in, mind you I had paid $100 on my first visit for trying to find the problem. This time when i took it in i got a call back the next day saying that there was two options i had to stop it from using oil. The first being to get a new intake manifold and a new seal which they quoted me $800 to do, that in only 50% of times they do this to this vehicle it solves the problem. The other thing Kevin told me that would solve the problem completely was to HAVE THE ENGINE REPLACED quoting a used engine at $6,700! after paying $16,675 for the vehicle about three months prior there was absolutely no way this was going to happen. My warranty was useless in this situation and covered nothing, so at this point after bringing it in twice and doing a couple flushes to certain parts of the engine, purchasing oil, I had spent an extra $500. After hearing this news i was furious, I called my sales men Mike Stone who i explained the situation to because I was NOT happy with my vehicle, the only thing i was offered was to have my warranty refunded. I didn't want to refund my warranty because what if something else happened. I wanted to trade in the vehicle but they said they woulnd't be able to fully refund what i paid for so i said screw it and kept it. Not to mention the amount of time and frustration i have spent on this "luxury vehicle". So two more months go by as i'm putting a quart of oil in a week and it still smokes from the exhaust every other day the first snow comes along, roads are slippery and i was all excited to try out the four wheel drive when to my surprise didn't work and I ended up in a ditch stranded and missing work. I can't describe my anger at this point because the main reason for purchasing the vehicle was that it had 4 wheel drive. I called Mike and told him what happened and he told me to bring it in so they could look at it and see if the parts were under warranty. Thank god some of them were because the total of the fix was $1,100 where i still had to pay $250 of it for my deductible and the extra part. At this point i was at my witts end and just so mad that they had not done anything to help me out, refunding my money or even a nice apologetic phone call.Before Christmas I noticed my vehicle starting to shake a little bit at stop lights and when i was on the free way so i got a little nervous and had my father who is very knowlegable about vehicles take a look. We replaced the air filter which was disgusting and should have been replaced before i bought the car. Other then that my father didn't see any major problems, the shaking went away for about a week until January when the check engine light started to come on signaling a misfire, I brought it in to a local auto shop, because there was no way i was dealing with Lupients high prices and less then welcoming attitude, where they told me i had to replace the fuel injectors which would be about a $500 job.I called Lupient back explaining all of this and to see what they could do for a trade in but came back with a less than impressive number Far less then what i paid for it. I have been dealing with these car troubles for 7 months now and am so sick of it,this past weekend i Traded my vehicle in losing $5000 because the vehicle is a complete LEMON with even more things wrong with it then i knew. I WILL NEVER GO TO LUPIENT CHEVEROLET again nor will i recomend it to anyone, the service and my vehicle have put me through so much time, stress, and money that i will make sure no one that i know will EVER go to Lupient for a vehicle.I appreciate you taking the time to read this and hope somethings change around there.

Every employee that I came in contact with was courteous, very helpful, and genuine. The atmosphere in the dealership and the shop was very positive, clean, and professional. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning for future vehicle purchases and repairs! Overall a great experience.

After having an accident in March '04 and having the body work done elsewhere. I was still having engine problems with my Jimmy so I took it to Grossman. They said that I didn't have any coolant and so did a pressure test and supposedly found the leak. Fixed everything and ended up costing me about $900. A month later my engine light came on, so I thought I had better bring it in, because my truck hasn't been real reliable. I had to pay $120 to have them hook it up for the diagnostic test. They said that my truck was misfiring and I would need new spark plugs and wires and that I should have my injectors cleaned. So I was like "fine just get it fixed." After new plugs and wires, injectors cleaned and an routine oil change, my bill was $900! Two days after getting my truck back the engine light came back on. So I called and of course Chris wasn't working, so I thought I would bring it in and just make sure the damn thing wasn't going to break down on me. After thinking about it, I decided not to and haven't been back there since. They are too expensive and not very friendly and don't seem to get the problem fixed the first time! If you have major car problems don't go there!
