I'm on my third Subaru and have experienced great vehicle service through the years at Bloomington Subaru. Yesterday, with no appointment, I was able to get an oil change, tires rotated and a vehicle inspection. AND their new Subaru building is wonderful!. The waiting lounge is full of light with different seating areas along with complimentary beverage and snack options. A very pleasant, short wait!

My wife and I were looking to upgrade from our current Subaru Forester into a new Subaru Ascent as our daughter was just born and we needed the extra space (third row) for us and our two dogs. Maria Gutierrez was great and I would refer anyone to her. She was honest and straightforward , she ran my credit and I was in range for 0% finance through Subaru. I agreed to her terms. Came the next day to pick up my car and finish the paperwork. The finance guy Nate Black changed everything said I only qualified for 1.9%, not bad but he took advantage of me being a woman of age and by myself. This is the third car I have bought from them and I will never go back.

I was searching for a 2020 Subaru and typed a query into the Subaru site. Robert Cox called right away and answered all of my questions. Each time I had more, I’d reach out to all the people that emailed me, and Robert would answer back right away. He even took the time to call. Everyone at Bloomington Luther Subaru was so helpful and kind. They offered us an amazing price for our car on the first offer. The customer service is the best bar none! Even the manager walked over to introduce himself and thank us for our business and welcomed us to the Luther family. Once we bought our car, Robert sent us videos he had made going over every feature and even reached back out to wish me happy birthday a few days later.
