We were looking for a new crossover/SUV. Curt Johnson and Dave Warner showed us the options in the entire GMC line and we drove several. We settled on the Buick Envision and then they carefully listened to the features we wanted and explained the features of each Envision model. They looked for the car we wanted and found the exact one in the midst of a very tight supply situation. In fact, they had to trade cars with another dealer to get the right Envision for us. But they did it in short order and then they took the time to give us lots of help understanding all the features. The Envision is loaded with advanced electronics so that is very important these days! I should also mentioned they gave us a good explanation of the lease vs. purchase options and I think we ended up with the best choice for us saving us a lot of money, and an all-around good deal in today's market.

I am experiencing the worse service anyone could get on their vehicle during this time. I brought my car in for service because so they say "ice build up underneath the car" they charged me $100.00 to deice. There is no more ice under my car less then a week later and same problem. They want to charge me $90.00 to get ice out of tires when I paid for the deice the first time. Help me to understand what I am missing?

Dani & Scott were absolutely fantastic! I’ve never purchased a car from a dealer before & was so nervous going into it. From start to finish I felt like they really cared about making sure I knew everything going on. They didn’t try to upsell me on anything or push me into anything, just laid out all the options and answered every question I had. I couldn’t appreciate either of them more & would recommend them to anyone!

Rudy Cariazo was excellent. He went above and beyond in customer service. He checked my vehicles history and made sure that all the service needed was provided. Definitely recommend. Keep up the great work!

My service tech (Chris) was so polite and courteous and he called us to let us know what they had found out with my brakes with options and costs to go with each option. Nice to have options. So Thanks!! He kept us updated and on the process and then the great car wash!! Thanks again. We will be back to Luther.... :)
