Missed paperwork which had to be filled out days after the purchase. Supposedly the extra set of keys for the car was locked away in a colleague's office or something, so I was told it would be mailed. I took their word for it, which ended up being a mistake. Over a month later and no extra set of keys (we're sharing one), and poor responsiveness or willingness to help fix this. Our temporary registration/plate expired three weeks post purchase, and we still hadn't received our plates. It wasn't until I reached out multiple times (for this and the key that was supposedly going to be mailed) that we were made aware that there was a "hold up". Again, over a month later and well after the temporary registration expired, I was able to go pick this up. The only reason I came to this dealer was because they simply had a car that I was viewing online and liked. I won't be returning.

Everything was great. If it wasn't prepared, they got it prepared and in a speedy manner. They kept me informed of the progress as we spent our day taking care of everything needed. I was offered snacks and beverages. I felt very important and it certainly showed from the curtesy they gave to me. Everything was as it was online and nothing out of place with the purchase. Loved the experience.

Recently bought a new (to me) jeep from Luther Brookdale Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. I stopped in a couple times to test drive a few different models and Reese was hands down the best salesman to work with throughout the whole process. I would 10/10 recommend him! He even shot me a text the next day to see how it was going. I truly can't say enough about the service Reese (and his team) offered. Brett in finance was also great to work with. Would absolute work with both Reese and Brett again on a future sale.

I will definitely coming back to buy a vehicle. My wife and I drove down from Fargo and Heath was awesome. Rick and Brett were great, a wonderful experience. Excellent inventory to choose from, gave us a very fair trade value, highly recommend buying from them!

Recently picked up a new Ram from them. I went there specifically because they had a 2500 Laramie that I was interested in. I had actually never set foot in there before. Reese and Brett took care of me and did a good job at it. I was really impressed with how well the truck was detailed when I picked it up. I've always bought black trucks and usually they're water spotted when I pick them up. Not this one! Someone did a damn fine job detailing it. Also, when you buy a new one, especially a diesel, you get a full tank of DEF and a full tank of fuel. Service wasn't open on Labor Day to fill the DEF, so I was told to come back the next day. They took care of me without issue.
