I was actually discussing a purchase with a different dealer - that dealership did not seem to listen to my requests. I was in a bit of a swelf imposed time crunch to purchase a vehicle - i needed one in about a week, I had a list of the I options that I wanted. When I felt I was getting nowhere fast with the other delearship I emailed Luther Ford, Art got back to me right away. He listed to what I wanted - discussed any options i was willing to let let go or not. We worked everyhting out by phone and or email - I was actually in Harrisburg. He found my vehicle somewhere in New York - had it deleived and and everyhting ready to go at the date and time I requested - he listened to what i wanted and he delivered. All in all it was a great experience - if the service at Luther Ford is anything like the service provided by the sales department Luther Ford has gained a customer for life.

We drove from almost 2 hours away, in Pittsburgh and couldn't be happier! Matt Hilty was very helpful through email prior to us driving all that way. Short story: buying a replacement F-150 for our son. He's in Pennsylvania, wife and I are in Arizona. He shopped around and found a very reasonable offer at Luther Ford-Lincoln, Homer City, PA. When I contacted dealer on March 31, it was the last day for rebates on 2014 models. Had to make the purchase all come together that afternoon to get the 2014 model, which suited us better than buying a 2015. Very sharp sales agent, Art Rayba, made it happen. Many phone calls, emails, scanning materials, etc., and he pulled it off. Very, very pleasant gentleman to work with, no-nonsense, and competent. I was going to use a buying service, but this price was competitive with that one. It really helps to deal with good, professional people. Very satisfied.

We went to Luther Ford to look at a used suv we saw on line. Our salesman Matt Hilty had talked to me several times online. We set up an appointment and when we arrived he greeted us was very pleasant and took the time to explain he would like to get us in a newer car than we first wanted to look at. He explained with the warrenty and extra time we could finance we could get a newer car.This is our third vehicle at Luther and after our experience with Matt we will continue with Luther Ford. We will never buy another vehicle from anywhere else!! My sales associate was supposed to be Art Rayba, but when we arrived he was on a test drive with another customer. We were a little offset by that at first, but another assoc named Julian Green kept us company til he came back. When Art came back he asked if we cared that Julian helped us. My husband and I were very comfortable with Julian. Julian spent as much time as needed with us until he found the perfect vehicle for us. I felt like we were taking up more of his time than most, but Julian was fantastic and told us we were not leaving until he got us in a new car. We also had a great interaction with Jason Childs. He fought for us to get the perfect price on the vehicle we wanted with great success!! We felt like we were leaving family when we drove off with our new car!! Thanks again

He was knowledgeable of the car and its features, and was extremely patient, as i wanted to do several test drives, and was also very patient us as i was getting frustrated with the insurance company trying to get the car covered. Have been a Luther Ford customer since 1998. Service is great. Always done right at a fair price and in a timely fashion. Sales team is very pleasant and eager to please. No need to shop around for deals or good customer service. Just head to Luther Ford on Rt. 119. Tell them Sco Lady sent you, I'm kind of a big deal there.

I was sent to Luther Ford Lincoln by a neighbor who has been dealing with them for 15 or so years. I told my neighbor that I live about 25 miles from Luther's dealership. I was told it would be worth the trip. Boy was it! From the receptionist to the salesman to the management team, I never felt more valued as a customer. All my quetions and concerns answered clearly, my options spelled out, and a flawless experience. Would recommend to anyone, even if you had to drive 50 or more miles. A lot of people have a Ford, but I have a Luther Ford! Thanks guys.
