I now purchased a Ford elsewhere but love the service here so much for the comfortable and private waiting room and the bonus of leaving with a clean car after every service visit. I was looking for a used truck and found a wonderful deal online at the dealership website. I called a sales rep and asked if the price was correct and if I could schedule a test drive. The rep called me back within 10 min and said the price listed is correct and to come in for a test drive. I filled out all of the information at the dealership and was getting ready sit with finance to purchase the truck. However, when I came back from the restroom I was stopped by the sales rep and he explained that the listed price of the truck on the dealer website was wrong, and the truck was actually listed at a much higher price. They apologized for the mistake. However, when you fill out the paperwork, and sit down and decide to make a decision on a vehicle and come to find that the price was a mistake, its somewhat frustrating. I understand mistakes happen, but I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

I emailed the dealer to confirm the vehicle that I was interested in was still available. Betsy replied very quickly stating that it was. When I arrived she had the vehicle parked up by the door waiting for me. We went for a test drive and she explained the various features of the vehicle. They offered a fair price for my trade in and a short time later, I was driving home in my newly purchased 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Great experience! Betsy couldn't have been any nicer.

Jeff did a great job in researching the issue with the technician and also worked with the extended warranty company to replace the rear evap. core as part of their coverage thereby saving me a costly expense.

I had my oil changed a week ago. It was noted I had a small oil leak on a transmission hose. The hose was not in stock at the time. I purchased my vehicle a month ago and noticed I had some scratches in the glass and a tweeter wasn't working properly. I scheduled my service in person while purchasing accessories. however, I was told I needed to contact the glass company myself as "Luther has 60 stores" and apparently that makes it more challenging to make a phone call. I made the call and advised the Glass company of my appointment (they too were surprised that I was calling). the frustrating part is that they showed up for the appt but were not prepared to make the repair that day, so Luther Hudson kept my vehicle overnight. The whole experience was average at best. I used them because I am in town but wouldn't recommend the dealership based on my experience. To be fair, my purchase experience was a very positive one.

We purchased a very clean 2004 Mercury Grand Marquis from Hudson Chrysler 1 month ago. Our salesman, Tim, did a great job and was very professional. We were a little disappointed, while signing the paperwork, that the associated fees added to the purchase price were not explained more thoroughly. 3 weeks after buying the car we noticed the air conditioner did not work. Initially when we contacted the salesman explaining this issue, we were told this condition was not covered under warranty. We then contacted Mark, Used Car Mgr., and explained that we specifically inquired about the air conditioner when buying the car and were assured that it had been checked and was working. Mark agreed the air conditioning should be covered and referred us to the Service Department. The service we received was excellent from making the appointment, to dropping off the car, to receiving an explanation of what work was done, to the complimentary car wash and not least of all, no charge to fix the air conditioning. We had not purchased a car from a dealership in over 20 years. Bad past experiences for sales and service had kept us away. Our experience at Hudson Chrysler was very satisfying and we will recommend this dealership to anyone that inquires. Thank you for making a Happy Ending to this story.

I took my aging vehicle in for an oil change and mentioned an issue of concern. During the oil change, the technician identified a separate and more immediate issue with a leaking seal (which I was requested to view). Since the work would take longer than planned, I received a ride via the courtesy shuttle. In a couple of hours, the technician called to report the work was complete and to discuss his analysis and my options regarding the initial concern. I appreciate that a necessary repair was identified and that options were offered for the discretionary issue.

My engine light came on and that always gets my heart racing. I couldn't get an appointment right away, due to a promotion going on. But the van drove good with no odd sounds. I brought it in two days later. Of course, the engine light did not light up as I left for the appointment. Diagnostic testing found nothing. I was explained what could cause the light to appear and I was satisfied. Customer service is great.

We recently purchased a used vehicle at Luther Hudson. Our Sales Consultant was Steve Hartke. We were unsure if we were interested in a new or used vehicle, and were able to test drive both. He did not pressure us at all. He answered all of our questions, and was very knowledgable. There was no haggling on the used vehicle, as it was already priced fairly. We did not have to haggle on our trade-in either, they offered a fair price. It was a great experience. We had used the dealership for service only on our other vehicle previously (also great service), but can now highly recommend purchasing a car from them. The General Manager, Rich Lien, is dedicated to customer service/satisfaction. The extra effort made by each employee we encountered at the dealership was noticed and appreciated.

I take my Fleet Vehicle here for all it's maintenance work and repairs. I love the convenience of scheduling online. The staff in the service department is friendly, just plain outstanding. I rate them a 10++++ They are one of the most honest dealerships ever and they tell you and show you what they are fixing and don't try to pull anything on you. I know this because I sit in the waiting room (which is awesome by the way) and watch the service dept people come in and explain to the customer. If I ever have to buy a vehicle, I am going to buy from Hudson Chrysler just based on my treatment and experience from the service department which is TOP NOTCH! They wash your car too! How awesome is that. Best place ever!

I always have the best experience at Luther Hudson. Even though it is months in between my visits, they remember me! They are always so friendly and pleasant. As silly as it may sound, they make my day better. How can you not feel good when you have such pleasant people around you? They never pressure me into anything extra. I have listened how they address and what they say to other individuals and have not heard them do that to anyone else either. They give suggestions but when you say no or not at this time, they say OK and are still as friendly as ever. Would I recommend Luther Hudson's Service Department? I sure would!

My engine light came on and this is scary. I was able to check my van in the next morning. I also asked for an oil change. Went to breakfast at Perkins (less than a block). When I came back I was told a vacuum hose was the culprit causing engine light to come on. The technician told me he heard a rattle driving the van and my rear shocks was the cause. I thought the rattle was some of the items in the trunk. The shocks were replaced and I was good to go. I have 130,100 miles and I want to continue with this van as long as possible. The service people are great. You can't go wrong working with this great group.

This was my first experience working with Luther in Hudson, and I was so pleased with every aspect of the process. I was looking for a vehicle that was not readily available, and my salesman spent lots of time searching for it and working with us to try to get just what I wanted. It took a couple of months, but the vehicle I wanted was finally out there at another dealership. Luther took steps to get that vehicle for me and did, and now I have just what I wanted. Hudson Chrysler personnel always treat me with respect, seem glad to see me, answer all my questions, explain what they are going to do, about how long it will take and an approximate cost. If anything changes they call me for approval to continue. They provide a ride if the car has to be at the facility for an extended period of time or I just don't want to wait for it - - they also bring me back to pick the car up. 8-) My car gets a wash almost every time it is in the shop. Only time it's not washed is if it's too cold or the car wash is out of commision. At this point I will never go anywhere else unless I have an emergency out of their range of service.

Although I did not buy here,Hudson Jeep will have my future business. After a concern regarding loud exhaust to the purchasing location and no real satisfaction with a brand new vehicle, I was very disillusioned. I needed my 2nd oil change, I dropped my vehicle off and was provided shuttle service to my place of employment. Within 2 hrs my service was complete and an exhaust part was being ordered that showed up as problematic in Jeep service bulletins, and preceding my purchase date. I called Luther about a noise coming from the left front wheel area. It was a rock between the brake and drum. They removed the rock and it was ready to drive in a very short time. I had an issue with my 2014 Jeep Wrangler with the throttle control and need it checked since it went to redline even with a light tap on the accelerator. Called for an appointment and got in same day and had it towed in (already had a tow scheduled). Service got it in and fortunately they also had an engineer at the location and they were able to diagnose it quickly and ordered the part in. One thing to note, I had the soft top off and they also made sure that they stored it indoors at night and if needed during the daytime (esp. with the weather). My service advisor (Mackenzie K) was amazing as always and communicated status on a regular basis. Got the car back right after the part came in, installed, and checked. Glad to have my Jeep back and timed perfectly right before I'm taking it for a week long road trip.

Another repair shop told us we needed new ball joints and 4 wheel alignment at $900. Here they found it out of alignment, fixed a tire that was bad and assured us that the ball joints were fine! Was having engine issues with my Jeep Liberty with 61,000 miles on it. Brought my car in under the "extended warranty" that I purchased when buying the car. Sold to me as full coverage, my fault...I didn't read the fine print closely enough. Lesson learned. Turns out the head gaskets are blown, covered under warranty but can't get a loaner until Tuesday due to Memorial Day weekend. Get a call from service manager Tuesday that the heater core needs to replaced also and...that's not covered by warranty. $1200.00 estimate. When I question the cost of the extended warranty manager explains that at least the head gaskets are covered. Well buddy, those would have been covered under the 100,000 mile engine and powertrain warranty anyway. Jeep should be ready by the end of the week. Come Friday, mechanic broke some part while doing installation. New part will be in Monday and they will get it back together. Following Wednesday, Service Manager calls and tells me the mechanic damaged the radiator and now that's leaking. Parts will be in in the morning. Vehicle not ready on Thursday. Stop by to grab some things I need out of the vehicle Friday afternoon. It's still overheating. Finally able to get vehicle back early Friday evening after over 2 weeks in the shop. Took only about 2 minutes to run my card to pay the bill.

I recently purchased a Jeep Compass from this dealership and a remote start and backup camera were part of the deal. I arranged for the installation along with the first oil change. They provided a loaner vehicle during the service. The service department was aware that I really needed my vehicle back by the end of the day. There was a problem with the backup camera wiring harness and I received a call from Bill Bush, the Service Manager. Bill explained the issue and told me he would make calls to see how quick he could get a new wiring harness. A few minutes later Bill called back and said they would have one the next day. I told him that was fine and I'd leave my Jeep there so they didn't have to put it back together and then take it apart again. The new wiring harness arrived early the next day as promised and Bill called me at 10 am to let me know my Jeep was done and offered to deliver it. i picked up my Jeep a short time later, it was washed and ready to go, everything was put back together properly and all the new accessories worked as they should. I appreciate it that the service manager took the time and effort to make sure I was taken care of.

Had my 2013 BRZ for an oil change (~6000 miles) and noticed an slight oil leak under the car after that service. I reached out to the manager (the contact info provided in their standard communication every time you have service done which is awesome) and he got me in contact with their Service director. Great communication and dropped the car off the day after I sent the email. They even showed me what caused the leak (drain plug gasket) and replaced it. I always use this dealer for auto service for my vehicles. It allows me to also be able to work remotely (wifi available).

Normally I get great service at this place. I scheduled an appointment on line for an oil and filter change, tire rotation, and automatic transmission flush. I was able to book the last appointment available on that Saturday--1:15. When I got to the dealership, I was told that they would not be able to do the transmission flush as that takes 2 hours and they close at 2:00 on Saturday. I was furious because I had cancelled a previous engagement in order to get my car serviced that day (I couldn't do it for another 3 weeks and was hoping to get it done as soon as possible). I would think that I would have been notified beforehand that they could not perform the service requested. I would have cancelled and kept my previous engagement.

I purchased a used RAM truck from another dealer approximately 3 weeks ago, mid-December. The vehicle had come up from Texas. I was surprised and irritated when the washer fluid well completely froze. I brought my truck in to the Luther Hudson Ram Service Center. They explained the frozen washer well would not be covered under the service warranty I had purchased, but did say they would call the other dealer to try to get them to cover the service charges. I told them I would think that when a dealership brings a car up from a different climate that basic precautions would be taken to protect the vehicle and the unknowing consumer. Precautions such as making sure the proper antifreeze and washer fluid is in the vehicle. Such actions are just protecting the dealer's investment. The two service people at Hudson nodded their heads in agreement. As waited for the work to be completed on my truck the salesman who sold me the truck at the other dealership called me to say their dealership would cover a half hour of service to unthaw the washer well. He then proceeded to tell me that at their dealership they never change or add to the fluids; that he has never changed or added to the fluid in his vehicles; that I must park my truck outside; that he also parks outside and so has had to spend many hours unthawing the washer fluids in his vehicles. I told him I have never had to unthaw the washer well as I add the appropriate fluid when needed. The reason for relating this long story is that when I bought my truck at the other dealership I had pretty good feelings about the salesman and staff. When this salesman called me about the washer fluid, rather than apologizing and saying, "Oops. We should have checked it" or suggesting at purchase that I check it because they don't look at such things, the salesman tried to minimize my problem, blame me, etc.. I no longer have good feelings about this salesman. Prior to this incident I would have recommended the salesman and the dealership. No more! Who I will recommend is Luther Hudson Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. They unthawed the washer well, somehow took care of the service fees for the more than half hour it took to accomplish the project, sent me on my way with a cheery goodbye and the promise of a free carwash when the weather is warmer. Thank you.

If found that my experience really depends upon the Service Advisor I get. The facilities, quality of repairs, and affordability are very good though. Kenzie is great to work with and does a great job of communicating and limiting the need for me to call the dealership direct for an update. The other service advisor I have worked with I've had to request updates, and when asking for the shuttle service to pick me up at a certain time he just said to "call me back 15 min prior to then and we'll see what we can do".

They had my vehicle for 8 days and the problem with my 2007 Jeep Commander is still not fixed. I felt that since my vehicle was still under the 30 day warranty, they pushed it off to the side because they were not getting paid to do the repairs. Repairs that needed to be done because it was not disclosed in the sale of this vehicle. Service department would not call me back & constantly gave me the run around. I have been getting service at Hudson Chrysler since purchasing my 05 Dakota. Originally was not happy, but been quite good in the past several years. There is a team of service people that actually listen to the customer now and they give you what you want. The parts department has also been very good to work with. On my recent purchase (unplanned) I had the privilege of working with Kat in your sales dept. She is an excellent sales person and is willing to work for your business. She made the 'ordeal' of a new car purchase quite pleasant. She is a very good asset to your business. The credit manager seems to have a problem focusing. She is in a very important position dealing with customers financial issues and needs to gain the trust and respect needed for such a position. I had to have my sales person track her down once when she left me with a document to sign and went away. Perhaps a promotion so she doesn't have to work with customers anymore might be a solution. Overall I am very happy with the dealership, and will continue doing business with you. I also recommend the dealership to my friends and anyone else that asks. I also really like the new Cherokee. Cannot believe the power in that V6 and the mileage it gets. I've burned up the last 2 tanks of gas with a lot of highway driving and got over 29mpg on both. That is on paper, not the cars computer, although they actually did come out within one tenth of a mile the same. Gary S.

Came to get a warranty repair, did a good job there, i hope. However, I asked for a transmission fluid change WITH the filter change. The tech said they did not have that option, either just a fluid change without a filter OR a total system flush with filter. After some discussion he said he misread the computer and printed out my order. It said fluid exchange. So I added change filter too. When I got the bill, there was no charge for a filter, so it was not changed,left an old filter in the trans. So I got a $150.00 charge just to replace 12 quarts of trans fluid, not good to lie to customers, saying you performed a service when you did not. Also, Said my rear differential fluid was black and needed to be changed. It was changed two years ago, did not need it. Sometimes they are ok, sometimes they are very bad. Would not recommend.

Bought my mini-van here 10 years ago, and now wanted to put a hitch on it to pull a small camper. I wasn't sure where to even go to do that, so I called my Chrysler dealer. Since Chrysler no longer made a hitch for my year and make, I had to go with an after-market hitch. The gentleman in parts and service took it upon himself to do some research for me and figure out what I needed, without me even guaranteeing that I would have my hitch put on there. Months later, when I was finally ready to put the hitch on, he still had all my notes, all the information that he had looked up, and was able to get the appropriate hitch put on. Just an example of solid customer service and going out of your way for the customer. So appreciated by this mom!!

Took my newly acquired 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited for its first oil change and decided to take it to Hudson Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep dealership and not where I purchased the vehicle from (even though it would have been free). Reason is due to the always great service they have there and quick turn-around times. Great service advisor (Mackenzie) with always a smile on her face. They also helped me with some questions about the vehicle - was replacing the floormat and the retention clip is a little different than I'm used to. They helped me figure out how to take it off without snapping/ripping anything apart. :-) Facilities --- had to take a star off since their computer to use for browsing the web while waiting has not been updated in so long. :-) They need a new browser (IE6 - really?).

Excellent customer service through Hudson Luther. I told the sales staff exactly what I wanted, and they did not try to sell me on anything else. All my questions were answered honestly, and some helpful suggestions were provided. Purchasing vehicle was quick and done professionally. The best part was Hudson's commitment to their customer even after I drove off the lot; I noticed a chip in the windshield of my new Jeep and mentioned it after I went to pickup my original vehicle. Hudson offered to fill the chip before it cracked. Before it could be filled, the windshield cracked and Hudson didn't skip a beat and just replaced the whole windshield, free of charge. I would recommend your next vehicle be purchased from Hudson Luther.

Had an oil change and recall update. They washed the truck and were quick about the service. I appreciated that since there's been so much salt on the roads this winter and too cold to wash it. Wasn't happy that I called to schedule the recall update over a month ago and was told by the receptionist that the computer stated they couldn't schedule maintenance until the part came in, but I scheduled it for an oil change anyway. When I called back to confirm they'd be able to do the recall work I was told it was simply a software update. I delayed bringing it in for an oil change because of mis-information.

I made an appointment for a check engine light that was on in my 2013 Dodge Van. I brought it in at 8:15 AM and after being told by the service rep that they would check it and let me know, I watched her walk by me at least 3 times in the waiting room and then leave the premises in a vehicle. All the time, I was waiting in the waiting room and NO ONE came to talk to me and tell me what was going on or how long it would be. At 11:30 AM they came to get me and told me it was ready, but they could not find anything wrong with it. I drove it home and an hour later, the light came back on. Now I have to bring it back again to get a part replaced.

My service today was for a routine oil change and filter replacement and repairing a accelerator that was sticking. The young lady at the service desk was most friendly and helpful including reviewing the process involved in the above repairs. Also, Mitch, the mechanic who worked on my car explained the procedure required to repair the accelerator that was sticking. I was amazed that he would take the time to do that before beginning to work on my vehicle. Talk about customer service - Very Impressive.

Great dealership very friendly staff (all departments) would recommend to others. One issue I believe that the tech doing oil changes need to be more responsible for clean up. I get oil spills on my garage floor times than I should. I fully understand that during the design placement of oil filters aren't in the best locations and it causes oil to spill everywhere. That why clean is necessay and very important, Nothing worse than having oil on your garage floor after oil change. Easier to clean up while on the hoist than crawling under your car. Technicans need take the extra time for clean up and I sure everyone agrees.

I have purchased my last 5 new vehicles from Luther dealerships so when I found the used 2011 Chrysler 200 at the price I wanted there was little doubt in my mind that the purchase would be OK. The salesman and every person I came into contact with were professional and accommodating as I expected. I am happy with the vehicle but did have two points of concern that I did not anticipate. I needed to top off the gas after leaving the dealership to make it home that evening and the oil was dirty and received no indication of when the next oil change would be necessary thus requiring a change at my local garage. That is not something that I expected as the prices are set with no haggle (which I like) so adding these two items to a car purchase would seem to only add a minimum cost to the purchase price and make the experience more complete.

Set up an appointment and while working with one of the sales reps he was occupied working numbers on a previous deal, so he mainly ignored anything I had to say. I came in looking to buy and I was pushed out without even getting to talk numbers with them. I don't know how someone so condescending can work sales there. My family has purchased 5 vehicles from the Hudson lot, but unfortunately the guy who gave us great service is no longer there. I wasted 2 hours of driving time and gas to be treated poorly. I do not recommend this dealership anymore.

Needed to get my windshield replaced for my 2009 Honda Fit Sport. Found out when I bought my 2013 Dart SXT that they had Luther Auto Glass and Collision service in all Luther dealerships. The window replacement went well but the rear view mirror is not flush on the glass. Will have to see what is causing that.(that's why 4 stars) Decided to get oil change also since it needed to sit for a bit for the window to set properly. That one went very well. Customer service is always good. Everyone seems to be very nice at that dealership. And they did the services well within their time estimate. Also, WI-FI is available and was able to do work while waiting for my car. A big plus! (they needed donuts though --- hehe) The only thing I don't like about going to dealerships - it always makes me want a new car. Saw a Chrysler 300 SRT-8, a Crossfire that was a steal (too bad it was sold already), and of course... a Wrangler Unlimited.

Worked with Tom in Service. Came in for a scheduled oil change. During the vehicle inspection found that the transmission cooling lines were leaking. Hoses were in stock instructed Tom to replace. All work was done in a reasonable fashion. This also allowed me time to visit with sales and other employee's at Hudson Chrysler. I have purchase number new vehicles over the years at this dealershlp and have met many friends. Would highly recommend to anyone to visit when looking for new or used vehicles or just for service.

I am extreamly happy with the purchase of my new vehicle. I started out online filling out there preapproval form. I had some questions so called to talk with someone they were very friendly and willing to answer any questions I had and explained the whole process to me. I hit send on the preapproval form and within 30min recieved a call back regarding my approval. I was approved for a different vehicle than what I was interested in so that is one of my only disapointments. I do really like the vehicle I was approved for it was my second choice of vehicle. Rob my Sales Consultant was very professional and Jeff the finance guy was also very professional and patient with me and all my questions and phone calls. I did have to go back the day after purchasing and bringing home my vehicle to get the owners mannual that wasn't in the glove box of my 2013 vehicle. So if you want your owners mannual just make sure it's in the glove box.

On my way home oil light came on. Then engine light came on. The car began to smell awful, like something was burning. Got back to the dealership and there was a stream of oil on the ground. Pulled into the show room and they were cleaning up the oil that was under my car before I left. They never called me to come back. I have bought 4 vehicles from them in a 1 1/2 years. This really left me with a sour taste for this dealership.

Hudson Chrysler to me is one of the top dealerships to work with far as buying a new or used vehicle and you can't find a better service team than they have as well. I would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone.

When ever service is needed, they get us in promptly, get our vehicles serviced and are always quick to let us know what is needed for the repair. The service department has always treated us well and gets the job done right the first time. We have recommended them to multiple friends and bought 2 vehicles from them. Bought a used '08 Town & Country for a fair price back in March. I was treated with respect throughout the process, which I greatly appreciated. So far I've taken my van in three times for oil changes, and everyone at the shop has always been polite and punctual. Definitely give these guys a try.

I had a great experience when I purchased my used Cruze from Hudson Chrysler. I dealt with Tom, who literally spent about 7 hours with me, accompanying me on test drives, taking me to the other Luther facility in Hudson, and helping me find the car that best suited my needs and budget. I am a relatively young woman who was shopping alone but I was treated respectfully and anything that I didn't intuitively understand, car-wise, was explained to me thoroughly, yet I was not "talk down to". I will definitely return to Hudson Luther for future car-buying.

We purchased a 2011 dodge journey at this dealer in July of 2011. Everything was great for one year until the vehicle started needing repair. We were close to our manufacturers warranty being up and we were having to bring the vehicle in a lot. Suddenly the service staff went from kind and respectful, to making us feel like we were bothering them. As a matter of fact on one occasion a service staff member there even made my wife cry. Needless to say we will not be doing business there again, and we have begun the trade in process for fear that our vehicle will not live much longer then the warranty.

I recently had a little shimmy when I got my car up to speed- I decided to take it in. I called and requested a tire balance/rotation, oil change, and 4 wheel alignment. I was quoted nearly $200, sounded ok- When I arrived I was informed of two recalls/updates, and that I was due a free oil change- It also turned out I did not need alignment. These guys saved mne a bunch of money and were friendly, very friendly, they even picked me up when my car was done.

Luther Hudson Chrysler Jeep has been my dealer of choice for any work I've needed on my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee (195,000+ miles)...even though I didn't buy it from them! They're courteous, personable, and responsive. And the mechanics really know Jeeps - I describe thunks and clunks and they know what's actually making that noise! I'll continue to go to them for all service needs. Next time I need a new Jeep, they've got my business!

After going in to just compare a car to another make/model we were shopping for, we came away with a new Chrysler 200, and had a great experience. Everyone we dealt with was professional and courteous. No one was pushy, but they were all very friendly and helpful. I haven't found a dealership that is any better to deal with than Luther.

I bring my car every five thousand miles for an oil change and 27 point inspection. About 8K miles ago and I mentioned I the brakes were not right. When applying pressure to the brakes they would suddenly grab then let go and perform like they are supposed to do. They inspected the brakes ($20 fee) and found nothing and suggested the sudden grabbing was do to rust. I mentioned that I doubt that rust was causing the problem. Probably two months later I notice a grinding sound so I brought the car into a shop near my work. The rear brakes needed replacing, but the car had 9300 on it so brakes probably needed replacing ($280). Two weeks later I start hearing the grinding sound again, brought it back and my pads had worn out. This stops looked at it and found the calipers were sticking, but they could not get the parts from the aftermarket dealers. They suggested that this was probably under the 100K warranty and I should bring the car back to the dealer. I was able to get in that same day at noon. When I called I told them what had happened that that I needed new calipers or maybe a master cylinder. I brought my car in and decided to wait. 2.5 hrs later the service advisor came back and said the calipers were sticking and I needed new calipers. Good news the warranty covered that pads and probably the rotors need replacement due to excessive heat caused warping. They did not have the parts on hand so they would give me a vehicle to use free of charge. This was on a Thursday, Friday afternoon they called and said the parts had not come in, keep the car over the weekend and they would call on Monday when it was fixed. I got the car on Monday and a bill for $280 bucks. The warranty picked up the calipers and some labor but I had to pay for the new brakes and labor. Help me understand why a part under warranty which resulted in damage to my brakes why I should have to pay for this? Also after looking at the bill more closely the "free" vehicle actually cost me $30 to use.

I just took my new Dodge Truck in for service. An oil change to be specific. When I picked it up, I was quite surprised to see a $115 bill. Nice folks, but ridiculously priced.
