I was able to be worked in late in the day b/c I was close by. The services I needed would take approx 1.5 hrs and there weren't any loaner cars available. Luckily I got right in, they started, and by the time I was done checking messages on my phone (and I didn't have many) i was on my way. Also, Dane is great about knowing which services I don't need and saves me from unnecessary time and money expenses.

I traded my perfectly good 2013 Toyota Sienna in on a 2019 Honda Odyssey, thinking this was an upgrade. Almost immediately there was a lurching in the transmission. I had the dealership look at it a few times and was told that there were no codes showing anything wrong and they couldn't get it to duplicate what I was experiencing. Then on a busy holiday weekend trying to cross a busy highway, it totally stalled in the middle of the highway with on coming traffic nearly hitting us before the gas pedal would engage; this happening several other times. Again brought it in to have it looked at and again no codes. The time before last they did an update that seemed to fix the lurching in the transmission and I hoped that fixed the stalling while taking off from a rolling stop, but it didn't. Brought it back to the dealership again, no codes once again. After scouring the internet I found that both of these issues have happened to others. I was scared for mine and my family's life driving this vehicle! I thought when I asked the dealership if they would buy the van back from me they were doing me right, but feel otherwise. They made money on my trade in, told me they wouldn't be able to sell my current van for more than $3k more than they bought it from me for and then after checking their website, they have it currently listed for almost $7k more than what they bought it from me for. I feel taken advantage of! I would think that if a customer has had a vehicle for about a year, having issues on a warranty covered vehicle that they couldn't fix several times during said year, that they would do anything to make that customer feel valued an do right by them! I wouldn't recommend this Honda dealership to anyone and definitely would not recommend a 2019 Honda Odyssey! I see lawsuits and Lemon Laws on this vehicle! I pray that whoever purchases this vehicle doesn't get hurt!!! Shame on you Luther Honda!

I love this place. Been using them for four years, and upgraded my vehicle three times during that. I trust both the sales and service department, and they have never done me wrong. They are also so nice to deal with...

I had a dashboard alert light pop on as I was traveling through the area. I had just passed by the dealership and swung in. Even without an appointment, the service group was able to get me in, diagnose, and fix the problem. Initially told they did not have a loaner vehicle for me, they did offer me a ride somewhere so I would not have to sit at the dealership for 4-5 hours during my repair. No more than 15 minutes later, a loaner vehicle became available. Jimmy was a great help in explaining and making what could have been a total bummer, just a moderate inconvenience. Thank you.
