Went to go check out a Highlander hybrid a few weeks ago here. The car had been advertised for 6 weeks and still hadn't sold. When they brought the car around and I got to take it for a drive, it was immediately clear why. The inside was still covered in dust and grime, and there was an obvious smell of vomit in the car, which they attempted to cover up with strawberry air fresheners. The least they could have done was try to make the car presentable for a potential buyer. Meanwhile, all the other "luxury" autos they're trying to sell are all cleaned up and gleaming. I wouldn't recommend this place based off my experience.

They had nice cars but wouldn't let you test drive any of the high end vehicles unless you let them do a credit check. I found that disturbing. So I went elsewhere.

Friendly and low-key, it was very easy for us to visit and browse the lot without getting pressured, we were able to drive a couple of different vehicles that we were interested in without any stress.

Bought a Subaru from these guys and I have to say the made the experience as painless as possible. We knew what we wanted going in and they didn't jerk us around or waste our time trying to nickle and dime us. We made a fair offer and they accepted knowing we didn't have a lot of time that day. With that said, I was very disappointed to find out later that night as I was leaving to drive back home over the pass, that both headlights were burned out. I should have checked myself before i drove it off the lot but they told me it went through a basic inspection and i believe this would have been found. It should have been fixed or at least disclosed to me prior to the sale. If I had known i would have still bought the car but got it fixed earlier that same day. Instead, we had to wait until the next morning to work on it and got home a day late. Also, the car had some grime on it. That might sound petty and I didn't expect a full detail but there was sticky build up on the turn signal that could be scraped off in chunks and food bits in all the nooks and crannies. I guess when you're selling a Subaru in Oregon you don't have to spruce it up, these cars sell themselves. Overall, I'm happy with the car and got it for a fair price. I would buy from these guys again but be more careful about inspecting it myself.

Purchased a Honda CR-V from Luxury Auto Plex today. This was my first time buying a car and I couldn't have been happier with the services and smooth process provided by Luxury Auto. I had called ahead expressing my interest in this car, and they had it out and ready for me upon arrival. They were very helpful and eager to sell me a car, however, they allowed me space to view the car and explore it on my own. This was a big comfort because other dealerships I have visited have been pushy and overwhelming. They were very patience and helpful with the paperwork. Very nice personable people that made my first car buying experience not only successful, but enjoyable! Would highly recommend checking out their lot to anyone interested in their cars.

I came in approved from my own bank but after talking with them i found out they could get me approved at a better rate. While working on my possible new financing i was able to look around their beautiful accommodating showroom and they are even dog friendly After all said and done they took the time to go over the car with me to familiarize all its new BMW options! I purchased a 2010 Range Rover from Luxury Auto Plex. I had it inspected at Land Rover of Portland. I received the car 3 days ago and bought it online because I live out of state. When I received the car, I was extremely impressed and it surpassed my expectations fully. The vehicle was everything they said it was and more. The transaction was smoother than any deal I have ever made and was helped by the owner Ahmed I would fully recommend Luxury Auto Plex as the next place you buy your car.

My husband decided it was time to get me a newer vehicle. He did his research and then we visited several dealers to look at specific vehicles. The one we plan to look at was in the shop getting a dent fixed. The guys here went out of their way to be helpful even staying late to finish our paperwork. We had driven a couple of hrs. to visit them and since there was a repair that needed done they made arrangements for us to get the part (which they paid for) locally. I love my new vehicle the price was great and I would go back in a heartbeat. I have already told friends who are thinking about shopping for a car I would recommend this place 100 percent

I was looking for an affordable but luxury car. I've been to a few dealerships who have had some good deals, however when I went to Luxury Auto Plex. I felt more relaxed than any of the other dealerships. I felt as if the salesman and manager gave me no pressure and were extremely helpful and friendly. They let me test drive a few cars until I picked out the one I wanted. They were never pushy or forcing a deal. Their prices and inventory are very affordable and the cars I drove had no problems and I loved it. The transaction was very smooth and I enjoyed it a lot!

I visited this dealership on two occasions. The first was a research mission where Albert allowed me to sit in and examine each vehicle. He provided me with research and some of his personal experience with the different brands. I was expecting him to recommend the most expensive model, but he actually recommended another cheaper model that better fit my needs. I came back a second time and test drove a couple final choices and decided on a Mercedes. The buying process after was smooth and he went to bat for me to get a better interest rate. I walked out a satisfied customer and will be telling my friends.
