Raj, Andy, and the whole team were wonderful to work with. I bought the car online based on the website pictures and speaking with Raj. The car was as advertised and I was treated like family during the entire buying process. I drove my used car home from the dealership and had no issues whatsoever. I live over 1000 miles away I should mention! Thanks again Raj, Andy and the whole team!

Run! Five months later I am still dealing with their ineptitude. Below are details, short of it - DO NOT do business here. Today I received a letter from the Highpoint Police department that the vehicle I traded in to Luxury Auto in APRIL is still registered to me and was reported stolen, has been picked up and is impounded. Who knows if the owner will be able to pick it up since it is still registered to ME. So if you bought a 2003 GMC Envoy from this place and need to get it from the police, work that out with Andy. Who knows why he never transferred the registration to the new owner. 🙄🙄🙄 We bought an Audi in April and had it for two weeks before we were fortunate enough to sell it. It burned more oil than gas. Andy told us it burned oil, and explained that he had been driving it for months, even left some oil in a bottle in the car but of course we had no idea it burned oil to the degree it did (quart and a half in less than two weeks), and the CarFax report didn't demonstrate a concern about oil usage, or else we'd not bought it. As stated, Andy had been driving it for months and we don't believe that it suddenly began burning oil when we purchased it. It's not just the car that had issues, it is the integrity and follow up after the fact. 1. The car was dead on empty when we purchased it - most car dealerships fill the tank when purchasing a car. 2. It required special screws for the license plate and Andy explained that a dealerships would have the special Audi screws (he didn’t have any on hand). The dealership alerted me that not only did we need special screws but a special Audi frame for the license plate itself and it cost $180 and Andy supposedly ordered it, sent me screen shots of where he did so, but the shipping was delayed for over two weeks and it never came. 🙄 I transferred my vanity tags from my trade-in to the Audi, and for whatever reason Andy completed a NEW tag request. We got the new, unneeded tag in the mail from Andy with no explanation. I texted and asked about it on Memorial Day and he was going to follow up with me after he checked with the DMV about what to do about the extra plate - of course he didn't follow up and when I asked for an update he told me to return the tag, which I did. I now have to deal with the DMV again about the Envoy that is still registered to me and is impounded. What a mess.

Andy was extremely helpful, understanding and patient throughout the entire process. Im glad I decided to do business with Luxury Auto Sales. On top of that he found a beautiful Lexus GS 350. Very grateful and pleased overall.
