the "Jimmy's" at Luxury Auto really took care of us, both times we've purchased from them. They are very detailed with explaining the finance process and costs. They have a very personable staff and are welcoming. I like that we can call them any time and they will answer our questions and not blow us off. It's a great experience working with them, not your common "slick" car salesmen. They are a good group of guys, we will be back again in a few years! :)

I ditched my job's workshop afternoon session at the Tinley convention to go look for a car at Luxury Automax! Maxey was amazing at trying to locate the perfect vehicle for me and I'm not easy to please at all! A truck came in and I knew that was the one for me! Although an used truck, it was clean with only one owner and maintained by dealer! Maxey made me feel comfortable and did not rush me to make a decision! I told him what I wanted to do and he stuck to my wishes! I decided to come back the next day and wanted to start the process of buying the truck! Everyone was so nice and inviting including the mechanic and the porters! Jimmie the guy over finance was able to secure a great loan for me. He also threw in the cost of a part for my truck. That was totally cool! They fed me and kept me laughing all while I was there! I was also given some great advice from their father too! I called him Pops! As a woman, I wanted to be in total control of the process. I didn't want to be taken advantage of. Guess what? I wasn't! You won't be steered wrong going to Luxury AutoMax! Love my Audi Q7!

I recently purchased a 2007 BMW 335i from Luxury Automax. The test drive went great but when I folded the mirrors in, the passenger one decided not to lock back into position correctly. Wally and Jimmy were very helpful in making sure that they would fix it at no cost. When I went back to get the mirror fixed two weeks later, they found out that the problem fixed itself and there was no need for me to return the vehicle to them. Jimmy was nice enough to completely detail the car for me at my expense for driving back out there. 800 miles later and the car is driving great! Highly recommend going here to get your next used luxury vehicle!

I don't write reviews, but I felt I had to because this is THE PLACE to buy a car! The service was amazing- the whole team is so knowledgeable and helpful. They aren't the classic pushy car salesmen. We actually bought a car that they just got in the day before so they had to have it serviced, cleaned, and everything and they got it all done for us that day. I honestly would look no further if you are shopping for a foreign car that is sound. This place doesn't buy junk! Also,Tinley Park is a cute and safe neighborhood as well (for all of you not familiar with the Chicago area) and a great place to look at reasonably priced cars. I have never felt comfortable or had a genuine experience buying a used car in my whole life. Until I visited Luxury Auto Max. These guys are fair, kind, and straightforward. There was never a feeling of me just being a customer, these guys treated me like their own brother. There were no problems with the car I bought (BMW 545i) but they told me if something came up they would make it right, this is important to me, standing by your product is rare. All the staff are some cool guys, not a bunch of people with ego problems, but just all around friendliness emitted from all the staff to make you feel at home. If you are looking for a used car without the fear of being suckered or being looked at as just a dollar amount, then I would recommend Luxury Auto Max in Tinley Park, they are worth the trip.

I went in looking for an Audi and ended up leaving with a bmw I am very satisfied and happy that this is the place I chose to go get my car. My overall experience was great. I got to test drive a lot of the cars since I was pretty indecisive but they were very patient and helped me find exactly what I was looking for in my price range. They weren't pushy at all so I didn't feel like I was getting hussled into anything and made me feel very comfortable and like I was getting the best possible price. There's no pressure to buy something and if they don't have exactly what you want at the moment they can go find exactly what your looking for to put in their inventory. I was originally looking for a Honda but i found them here online and saw the 4.9 star rating and thought 'wow they must really be a great place to buy from'. checked out their cars and was interested in a Mazda they were selling, looked good for both my brother and i, especially the price. The next day we drove over to check it out, got the initial feeling of good customer service, they gave us free water, nice chat about Tiesto etc... so we checked out the car, seemed like a good deal, took a nice test drive, they even brought it down so we could afford it. being excited we buy the car, sign the papers and and head off having had a great experience buying our first car. half way back home something goes wrong with the car and so we had to get it towed. i call them back up of course they are very surprised to hear it had engine trouble as i was because it sounded nice just before we left. Turns out the 2005 Mazda3 2.3L engine is known for the engine killing itself at random, did lots of research on that, theres nothing you can do to detect the problem in any inspection or test so its no ones fault but Mazda for not calling them back. so clearly i was sad about it all and really stressed out. i didn't sign a warranty or anything because the warranty was just more money i didn't want to spend (bad idea). Anyways a few weeks pass and by then I've had phone conversations with insurance companies, auto mechanics, dealers and Jimmy from Luxury Automax, out of all those people Jimmy was always the greatest help. The insurance company wouldn't help me and the cost to replace the engine was more than an arm and a leg. as you could imagine i was pretty bummed out, fortunately the Luxury Automax people are seriously the best! The car was already here in MI but Jimmy had it towed back to IL, got another engine for it, and had one of the best mechanics he knows put it in. Jimmy took care of EVERYTHING, the amount i paid was a sliver compared to the crazy amount it would cost anywhere, even with that little bit that i paid to help get the engine it still was less than the original asking price of the car so i still got a good deal. today i got the car back, spent the day at the beach with friends, everyone loves the car, it runs perfectly and when its all said and done the simple fact of the matter is; Jimmy is a friend and the people at Luxury Automax are the best I have come across when it comes to any business. Thanks again guys!!!

Buying a car is never easy and a lot of these sales people are trying to pressure you into something you don't want. At luxury automaxx they were willing to have to me test drive all the cars on their lot. I didn't feel pressured into buying anything. I found that right fit and purchased a car. When it came down to the price they were fair. Coming down a few hundred dollars and fixed all the issues with the car on their expense. I would do business with them again, I suggest you all check them out.

The owners and workers of Luxury of Automax are without a doubt some of the best people of their class that I have ever encountered at a car dealer. Let's just say they were more than patient and even better, ACCOMMODATING. This car was kind of hard to find but Jason did a great job of getting me exactly what I wanted. The car was in pristine condition when I got it. Its everything I want and MORE. As for the whole buying process, it was smooth sailing. Understandably, it can be a stressful journey but these guys are amazing! Jimmy did a great job of going through all the details with me and taking his time. I can't believe how easy it was! The people here are all about making sure the customer gets what they want and they really work hard to make sure that happens! If you want a smooth transition into buying a car...this is the place. Couldn't be happier and I wouldn't change a thing about the whole experience!

Excellent customer service from genuine, honest people. Luxury auto max is a family owned business and by the time you've picked the vehicle you want you feel as if you're part of the family. I went from a 2000 Cadillac to a new Chevrolet Avalanche and Jimmy made sure he got me the best price at the lowest rates. I am truly grateful for all his help and assistance in putting me in a vehicle that I can afford with no regrets. If you're serious about getting a vehicle that you want at the price you need...These are the guys to go see. I highly recommend Luxury Auto Max if this sounds to good to be true. So, I never ever fill out these things, not sure why. Lazy I guess :) However, I really wanted to put a review here because of my experience, well actually experiences ............... Here's the deal: I searched all over the differing internet sites for a new car at the end of 2013 and ran into Luxury AutoMax several times with a great vehicle. The problem was that they were located in Illinois and I am in California, which concerned me. So I ended up calling them directly and originally spoke to Alex who thoroughly explained the car to me which got me really excited. I ended up working with Jason and Jimmy who assured me they could get the car out to me safely, cheaply, and on time. So, I ended up buying a new toy for me as my Christmas gift, a Mercedes SL55 AMG. I got the car in and she was all I could ever ask for from a dealer, I was extremely happy !!! They actually got me a great deal on an extended warranty too which Mercedes got all set up into my profile. Believe it or not, it was a 75K mile / 5 year warranty. Very happy !!! Now, it would be perfect if I can just get it back from my custom stereo guy and fabrication shop so I can actually drive it at some point :) ............... However, the following experience is what got me to take the time and write this review. In April, I needed to purchase a new vehicle for my wife as she was turning in her Lexus RX350 from a three year lease. I wanted to surprise her with a Mercedes GL550 which she has been saying she loved so I called Jason again. He quickly found me a sick deal on a beautiful GL550 and got it out to me quickly. The SUV showed up a little dirty so I took it down to the local detail shop. I ended up picking it up and it looked absolutely stunning. I was very impressed !!! I took the vehicle to our local authorized Mercedes dealer to have it thoroughly checked out and put it on a maintenance plan as she was heading out on a road trip. When I got back to pick it up at the end of the day I very pleased to hear the car was in great shape. The technician actually said it was in superb condition, his exact words. My wife was so surprised and happy with her new SUV this week ............... Thank you so much guys, you are all amazing !!! Take care and I will talk to you when it is time for our next car as it is unfortunately getting all to close for the kids turn :)

Jimmy from Luxury Automax walked me through purchasing my '07 Ford Freestar. We had figured out most of the details through email so when I arrived at the dealership we were ready to go. Jimmy was great as were the rest of the staff at Luxury Automax. They were all very friendly and helpful. I have no complaints. I believe I got a good deal on a great mini van. I wouldn't hesitate to buy my next car or van from Luxury Automax.
