Just spoke to Acura sales to quote an MDX. When the salesman found out I wasn’t from Boise, he said he wouldn’t sell to me since I’m not local. Awesome business model Lyle Pearson.

Should have listened to my initial intuition. Purchased a CPO, not even a week and I need to take this car into the shop. I bought this car bc my Mercedes AC went out just before my road trip (moving) to TX and now nervous. I was told it's safe but light fan needs to be replaced. CPO should not need to go into the shop within a week of purchasing. Not sure if you could hear the video attached, but the car turned off makes a high screaming noise. Jeannette my sales gal ended up walking off on me and told me I'm stressed. She was also to get me info on how to work my hands free vc, but sent me an email initially saying she could not figure it out, not going to get the answer but basically SOL. Yes, stressed bc of the car. Manager was nice at first, but didn't have time for me, Nick finance was great and that's why 2 stars. I had even sent gift baskets as a Thank You before being treated like I was a nuisance. Unreal and very disappointed. CPO buyer beware.

Buying a vehicle at a dealership for me, ranks worse than a root canal. Just the stress level of dealing with people pulling tricks is enough to make me cringe. I have purchased Three Brand New Ram/Jeep/Dodge products and Two F150's in the last Six years. I have also attempted to deal with some GM products but again, dealer tactics get in the way of a sale every time. This year, I decided to treat my self to a used Porsche, apprehensive as I was to walk into Lyle Pearson, even with my own financing setup ahead of time, I got the biggest shock of my life. A dealership that actually cares about customers, customer service and going beyond the extra mile. There was no games, tricks, or shady tactics pulled. Even a month after my purchase my used Porsche started developing a noise due to a failing part, which I was sure the warranty wouldn't cover. It was covered. I have to say, from the buying experience, to the service department and even the parts department when buy extras, it has been overwhelming amazing and refreshing. The fact I was also given a Loaner car, was a huge change from me trying to find my own ride to and from work. The Lyft service that is provided was also great from the service aspect Lyle Pearson Porsche and Lyle Pearson has won my business and when I am ready for my next purchase, they will have the first go. I highly recommend Lyle Pearson Porsche if you are in the market for a Porsche Product.

After not being able to shift my car out of "PARK", the Lyle Pearson service center and Dan Wilson were very helpful in getting my car right in and making sure my car's transmission worked properly after getting in the new Transmission module. I had my Porsche serviced at Lyle Pearson last month. I am from out of town. The appointment was made at a date and time that was convenient for me. My service needs were reviewed with Sawyer. A courtesy car took me to my hotel and picked me up when the service was complete. My vehicle was clean and ready to go when I got back to the dealership. Everybody was friendly and helpful. First class operation.

I did not visit with the intent to buy. This was a service call. Reason for visit needs to be changed. The form assumes this was either a new or used sales call.

Service tech Dennis, went above and beyond to fix my broken cruise control on my 1994 SL500 with over 350,000 miles. The cruise control lever was no longer available from Mercedes, however he got a newer one which he took apart and used parts from my original one. My cruise control now works again. Thanks Dennis.I did not consider purchasing a new or used auto.
