Purchasing a used truck at Lynch was a great experience. We worked with Evan (sales) and Dan (finance). They were both great in answering questions and worked with us to get the trade-in and purchase price to a point we felt good about. I went to the dealership to look at the truck with four kids by myself which is not an ideal situation. Between some back and forth on a trade-in value, figuring finance options/running numbers, and getting my husband on the phone to get the details squared away, we were there for over 3 hours. The majority of moms would agree that 3+ hours at a car dealership alone with four small kids is a worst nightmare scenario, but Evan was great. He got the kids balloons, bottled water, they had a basketball hoop outside which kept them entertained, and he purchased a pizza for the kids since we were going on hour 2 around lunchtime. I realize that has nothing to do with the truck we purchased, but he did not have to do any of that! It shows the quality of the team at Lynch to go above and beyond to help out. So if you are in the market to purchase a truck & you have to show up with all your kids Evan is your guy! Also, again unrelated to that actual truck we purchased, their facility (waiting area/bathrooms etc.) is very clean which is not true of all truck dealerships. Thank you Evan and the team at Lynch!

Overall my experience was good. Very nice and friendly people. I worked with Nick u and Geoff and they were easy to talk to and work with and helped me get the deal done. I didn't get what I wanted on my trade in value but that's how it usually goes at dealerships but overall good experience and would definitely do business there again in the future

My sales associate was very helpful and answered every question we had. We never felt pressured and always welcomed. Our sales associate Reed Hodgman went through all the bells and whistles that my Arcadia had and made sure if I had any questions or concerned he was there to answer them. My husband and I have bought a lot of cars in the past through Lynch and this was one of the most pleasant experiences we had.

Our salesman Josh did a great job! He was very friendly and personable. He did a great job showing my daughter all the features on the car and explaining the details. Zoran, the finance guy, was great too! He showed us additional options, but I never felt pressured. However, the BEST part about your car dealership is that we came in for a specific car at a set price (which was agreed upon over the phone) and that’s exactly what we got! There was no haggling, no unknown additional fees, or bait and switch. A very honest and straightforward dealership! An extra added bonus was that this was the fastest car purchase I have ever made. The whole process from test drive to leaving with our new car was very efficient. I would definitely recommend this dealership!

I had such a wonderful experience with Christian Rupp. He not only sold me 1 but TWO cars in the last 6 months. One I co-signed for, and one for myself. He was very knowledgeable about his products that he had. He did his best to get me the best deal and best financing for what I could afford. He was patient and took care of me. All of the staff was wonderful. Thomas was wonderful, quick and efficient when going over the final paperwork. It went very quick and smooth. Thank you for all your help!
