Stopped at the dealership this morning and was greeted right away by Haitham. I had called earlier to make sure the pickup was still available. He had the pickup pulled up to the front and ready for me to inspect. After test driving, I decided to run the numbers with my trade in. The whole process from the time I pulled up till the time i was leaving in my new to me vehicle was less than 2hrs!! I could not say enough positive about the dealership and staff. Top quality vehicles! Would recommend to anyone looking for well cared for vehicles.

We just bought our second car from M&M Investments and had a great experience both times. The whole staff is super friendly and professional. They have great inventory and quality cars. Haitham went above and beyond to help us get our new Dodge Ram. I can't speak highly enough of him. We got there just as he was closing up, but he stayed late to help us trade in the 4runner that we had previously purchased from him. He gave us a very fair price for it and a great deal on our new truck.

I am genuinely impressed with this team at the Hayden Island location. First, I was not pressured at all. I was given plenty of space. Second, the amount and quality of the vehicles was impressive. Last, the entire team was friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to help me. After driving for a few days, I have had 0 issues. The engine is in good shape and I feel good about the value of the truck. This was by far my best experience truck shopping.

I have used Craig's List in the past and figured that is what I would do to sell my pickup. But a friend highly recommended M&M. I am so glad I took the time to swing by and check them out. The first person that greeted us was the only person I dealt with and he was the decision maker from beginning to end. That really made it simple and smooth. His offer was significantly more than another outfit previously offered to me. Next time I need to buy/sell a vehicle, I will be going back to M&M.

My experience with this dealership, specifically relating to Haitham as he has been the 1 I have had the interactions with has been a smooth, no pressure process and I recommend purchasing with them. Very helpful, and friendly, professional and down to earth. I have received very good reviews for their business. I have been told they have integrity and stand by their vehicles and hold them to a high standard. Thus far has been a great experience and I appreciate Haitham and all his help.

I went to look/buy a vehicle from this dealer. Got the bait and switch from them and after a few minutes looking at what was ACTUALLY in stock I realized that every vehicle I looked at had undercoating. After a few minutes of asking unanswered questions I came to the realization that these cars were all shipped down from Alberta and the undercoating was covering up all the corrosion. These cars and trucks were dressed up to look nice and they did a great job with that, but when you're running 35 inch tires on non lifted or leveled trucks and you're OK with things rubbing real bad, it shows that you really care more about the vehicles looking pretty as opposed to running well. Either take a mechanic with you, or make sure you do serious research, because these guys are happy to sell you a xxxxx. that's shiny.

Bought the truck with only seeing pictures and it was everything Johnny said it was. It was a real pleasure dealing with him and he even looked after shipping the truck to Massachusetts.I will certainly check with them again when I'm looking for another truck.Treated me like a real person!

I searched for this particular truck (GMC Sierra 3500hd SLT) that I wanted in great condition for months. Eventually I found one at M & M Investment Cars. I didn't get the deal of a lifetime, but I do feel I bought the absolute best condition vehicle that I was searching for. The experience was hassle free, no nonsense, "this is our best price" period. I walked the first day in hopes they would budge. It was a little tiny bit more than I wanted to pay, but it was exactly the quality that I wanted to own. I returned and bought my truck and I'm very, very pleased with my decision. Great guys and easy to get along with too. They took the "car dealer" out of buying a quality car. Thank you Mazen and Eric.Our two sons were looking for new rides. Jordan, 16 was looking for a WRX since his had been recently totaled. Justin, 22 was looking for a newer lifted pick up truck. Both found what we were all looking for, a dealer with; a solid inventory, no pressure sales philosophy and an ability to make customers feel welcomed. Jordan and Justin drove away yesterday with what they were looking for; Jordan got his 2002 Subaru WRX and Justin got his 2006 Dodge lifted pick up truck. This is my first purchase of a used vehicle after having bought at least 30 new ones over the years. Although I would have liked to have received more money for my trade-in, the amount M&M paid me was fair, in my opinion. My "new" used truck is running perfectly so far after 1500 miles. It does need a little cosmetic repair that I did not notice at the time of purchase. I must have been blinded by the shine M&M had put on the truck when they detailed it.

Selection was deep......7.3 power stroke diesel selection was fantastic. I live in nj and there location is in Oregon I was so close to buying a vehicle I just came a cross a local 7.3 and went that route

I've been to every truck dealer in Portland and I finally was able to find a truck that is clean at a reasonable price. Great service and super nice people. Special thanks to Mason Sary ( the owner) for taking care of my finance package and getting me 1.99 rate on a used truck. Great job with picking your staff and carrying a great inventory.

The buying experience at M&M Investment Cars was great. There really is no pressure to buy. You can look at their inventory of cars & trucks. They'll let you inspect the vehicles and test drive it as well. They also finance through the credit unions which are much better rates than the banks. I bought a 2010 Ford F150 truck and really had to weigh whether I wanted it or not. I ultimately decided to buy it but was not pressured in any way. It was great working with John and Mazen to buy my truck!!!

I have purchased many vehicles over the years;some new some used.This is the first time I was treated with the upmost respect for my time and budget. The staff, including Mason, Eric and johnny went above and beyond what a normal dealership would have done to make sure I had the best car buying experience possible.You know what, they hit it right on the nose.They allowed me to take it to a mechanic so they could give it a once over to let me know if there was any issues that I should be concerned with.its evident they are out only in the busniess of selling vehicles,but moreover they are I the businesses to make customers happy and want to return in the future for their next car purchase. Although they specialize in diesel and large trucks, they also have a great selection of passenger cars and motorcycles.They even have a fantastic waiting room that is quite comfortable so if you are working with a salesperson, anyone else that maybe with you can relax. The manament team at M&M Investment cars was truly outstanding in their customer service and expertise. I was able to complete my entire transaction without ever feeling pressured. I also I got the lower interest rates than my credit union. Mason was extremely efficient at his sales efforts and the pricing was better than any dealership within a 250 mile radius of my home. I shopped multiple dealers and no one came close to being as accommodating as the team at M&M! I will certainly consider them for any vehicle purchases in my future and will recommend them to anyone who asks.The cool part about the transaction the ownership is directly involved in customer service.

The best car experience ever !! I have been shopping for a car for two month Now and it has been the hardest experience !! I been dealing with sales people that were not honest,rude and aggressive . They only wanted to make an easy buck. I started going to car lots like McLaughlin and 82nd and I had to deal with a very pushy salesman. One day I saw a car on Craigslist, the details was all there and I did my home work on it and it seemed like to good to be true ,so I called in and i talked to johnny then want there the next day and saw there indoor operation with the nice cars they have . I took it in and got it checked out by my mechanic and he told me its a good car and I should buy it. So I went back and bought it .I was very happy with the service & the honesty of Johnny . I recommend these guys to every one .Thank you Johnny for your help and I will look for you next time I need a car .

I recently purchased a 2005 Dodge 2500 Diesel from M&M Investment Cars and I LOVE MY NEW TRUCK! It was by far the BEST experience and customer service that I have received at a car dealership. I suggest everyone to buy from these guys because they are truly honest and their number one goal is customer satisfaction. I did take my 4runner for inspection and turned to be in perfect condition which it amazed me for how old it was (yr2001) . I have had my 2003 4Runner for 2 months. I understand it is a 10 year old vehicle, so I took it to a Toyota Dealer to inspect and confirm it is sound. all inspected ok. The problem with M&M Investments is how far they go to HIDE all of the imperfections of a vehicle to get a better price and make the sale. Now that 2 months have passed my right blinker no longer works, the dog smell they masked (with what?) and was non-existent when I bought it makes me gag everytime I drive, the black polish they put on EVERYTHING (inside and out) to make it glow and look new is now rubbing off, staining EVERYTHING that comes in contact with, the leather seats they had "refurbished" are now cracking and ready to tear, the FOB they (specially) provided no longer works. The whole experience smacks of a chop shop... everyone is running around BEHIND the office, fixing/cleaning/moving vehicles... I only hope that my DMV registration arrives soon to confirm my vehicle isn't actually stolen.I feel like they put lipstick on a pig. and I bought it. sigh.

I bought a 2000 ford f250 diesel from these guys . I was very impressed with there inventory of diesel trucks. I have been looking for a 7.3 liter diesel for over 6 month and every where I go they say these trucks are so hard to find and they want top money for them. At M&M Investment I had more then one to choose from & the price was fair , plus there trucks are unbelievably clean . They also got me a very low interest rate on my loan ( exactly like they advertised). I will definitely recommend my freinds and family .
