I purchased a Nissan truck from M&M in October 2020. They were fair in negotiating the cash price and secured the registration in a timely fashion. We negotiated some minor repairs and even though it took a while to schedule them (my fault, not theirs), they honored everything we agreed to. They also fixed an issue with the truck for a small flat rate in labor right there on the spot when I finally brought it back for that first, agreed upon repair. This was a quality experience with a used car dealership and I'd consider purchasing from them again.

I bought a car from them the first week of September, the car kept having lights coming on and they insisted it was the sensors, said they fixed it but instead the lights kept coming on and then they call me a week ago and tell me they need us to come in but kept refusing to tell us why and then finally said they needed my car back. A car that me and my fiance paid for out of our pickets for our family as our very first car, a car that we were in love with. That all of a sudden needed it back because there was a lien on the car that they didn't tell us about. They then offered to give us our money back or switch for a car that was the same price so we settled for a car the same price because that was our only source of transportation and then not even a half hour of having the second car it starts spewing fluid and smoking under the hood before we even got to our home. Them the car wouldn't start. I am beyond unhappy and dissatisfied with this situation and now I'm screwed over because of their negligence. I am without a car, no way to get to work and the bank won't call the check for my money because of this Insanity. I do not recommend this "dealership" to anyone. Absolutely awful.
