Great experience here recently. Traded a vehicle and for a new lease. The salesperson, Vince Swanson, was extremely helpful and patient. He was knowledgeable and offered advice and suggestions based on my needs. This process was a lot easier than it has been in the past at other dealerships. I would highly recommend.

Our salesman Jack was great. Valued our time, was knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in. We had a short amount time we needed to get the deal done and Jack made it happen. He genuinely cared and wanted our business. Made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Along with the finance agent, it was genuine experience. One of the easiest and fastest car buying experiences I have had. Definitely would recommend Mac Haik

I love Kayla in service. She is the only person I will use. She makes a point to know her customers. She is flexible with us and our needs. We have purchased 4 cars in the last 10 years from Horace and service with Kayla. Both are two of the best assets you have. The salesman, Jason Chan, was a nice guy. The finance guy, Erwin Dominguez, was shady. He told us our interest rate was 5%, then tried to sell us a warranty. When I refused, he lowered the interest rate to 3% and added the warranty anyway. He collected $2000 for Missouri sales tax, and assured us we would get our license plates in the mail. We bought the truck on 7/21. It is now 11/23 and still no license plates. I've made numerous phone calls to Erwin and Mary Gomez. They repeatedly say they will call me back and they don't. I sold two vehicles this year and could have taken $24,000 off the purchase price of my new truck. These people have drug their feet so long that my window of opportunity has closed. They cost me $1300 in lost taxes and I still have no plates!

We showed up at Mac Haik knowing exactly which vehicle we wanted and how much we wanted to pay. Our sales associate, Jimmy really helped us through the process and established rapport with us right away. In the end, I feel he really helped push it past the goal line to get us the deal we wanted. He's truly a class act! The experience there was great and I'd recommend Mac Haik to anyone looking for a new Chevrolet! Well, I have to amend my previous post now that I've bought a second vehicle from them... Had a great experience with the actual purchase of the vehicle. However, trying to get them to get us our license plates is becoming a chore. I've reached out several times to our salesman Jason and to customer service. I finally submitted the Contact Us form on the site, but instead of responding to what a wrote, an automated text was asking me if I wanted to come out and do a test drive. An automated email from the very same salesman was sent, so I know he still works there. However, a response to that email was never returned. I finally got someone to reply to an email and they told me none of the numbers they had in the system were even working. Turns out they weren't even mine! I sent the proper information to the person that responded, but no response was given. I need license plates for my vehicle and there is no apparent method to reach them to get this done it seems.
