I bought my truck from Watson before Mack Hawk bought them. Their attitude is nothing like Watson's was. I called about a part that my local dealership had on order. The guy that answered the phone was very short. I explained the order to him and before I could ask if he might have the part in stock? He jumped down my throat. Did not want to listen. No customer service after the sale. They get your money and throw you in the back yard. Don't be fooled upfront. Find a small family owned dealership. Saving a few hundred dollars is not worth it when you need the vehical repaired. And they treat you like you are nobody that matters.

So far I'm well pleased with the high level of professional service I've received since Mac Haik took over this location. I've actually noticed employees working as opposed to other dealerships/service dept. I really hope that keep up the excellent performance as I will continue to do business with them.

This review is for the parts department. They were the only dealership with the factory part i needed for my car. They were amazing and had it at my front door the next day clear in another state. Of course I paid for that shipping cost but they were on their game and got it to me and were so kind. Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart.

Overall the process was great. I went in for an oil and filter change and my Customer Service rep saw that a recent recall on my vehicle was due and we were able to get this handled. as well. Even with the delay in getting these services completed, I was very impressed with the overall service.

Wish I could say I was a customer here but maybe having the least motivated salesman (Chris - I would suggest a new career) I have ever encountered let me dodge a bullet. It was like pulling teeth trying to get in touch with him and, since he was assigned to me, everyone else just kept sending me to him and, in turn, his voicemail. I finally got to test drive a truck I was interested in and asked for a carfax and said he would get it right to me. Fast forward 3 days letter, never heard from him and I had to call in myself to find out it was sold already. If that experience represents anything close to the rest of their service, I am happy to find another dealership that wants my business.
