He is knowledgeable and always works around my families schedule. He has the best interest of my family and gets us into the vehicle we need.

nice place, everyone was friendly and professional. I liked how the tables were spaced as to following Covid precautions. They have the barriers at each table for protection. and everyone was wearing masks. The process of buying a car has always made me nervous but this time it was great. did not take long at all. My Explorer is awesome, roomy and very comfortable...love it. Thanks to everyone that made it possible for us to get the vehicle...Good Job

Great customer service in the Parts Department. 😊Thank you Mr.Gabe. for the quick service n knowledge on part. Cashier wasn't there to pay for the part had to wait a few min. She was friendly. She DID NOT ask for ID on my card purchase. 🤔 was over $70.other Thank that All was good. Thank you. We will be bk on future parts when needed. 😬

Always a pleasure working with the people of Mac Haik's Ford. Very friendly service orientated staff. Stopped by for some "quick service", no appointment. The staff was helping me with the tasks I needed including the 10,000 mile check. They called that evening( after only after a few hours) was told didn't need anything special, just an oil change. Came by in the morning, vehicle was really and service guy, was just as helpful and friendly. Would recomment
