Fri. May 6th 2016 10am stopped in because the Def warning light came on ( it is a diesel) was treated very rude they wouldn't look at it, told maybe in a week. Code said do not drive we continued to Indiana State because we had to pick up our daughter then returned to Mace because without something being done we could not return home, 100 miles away.Arrived back at Mace about 2pm. Service person this time was polite and will get it in right away to look at it. About 5:30 were told they couldn't find a solution, leave it there and they will work on it Monday 5/9. Had to get transportation to get home. The whole week 5/9 to 5/13 when we called to check on it were told each time they would check and get back to us, didn't happen we had to call them back never told anything except they are looking in to it or haven't had time to check it out yet. Called them again this morning 5/16, was told they haven't had much time to work on it and could not tell us anything! They had it over a week and still can't tell us anything? We are at a loss of what to do, leave it there and pray or just pay the toll to send a wrecker after it? Mace is the worst so called service provider that I have experienced in my life and I'm 68.

What a blessing Landis is! He was able to get me in for an oil change very quickly. While my car was being serviced, They noticed my rear brakes were having problems. Landis was quick to fit me in for a repair. I always feel like we are well taken care of! We will certainly continue to take our vehicles here!

The customer care at Mace is like a breath of fresh air!! We have purchased two cars from them and will continue to do so -- although our favorite salesman in the history of auto sales (Mike Hunter) has left to open his own business. No pushy sales gimmicks. No awkward hounding on the sales lot. Just pleasant, knowledgeable assistance with questions and test drives, plus great followup. The service department, under the direction of manager Landis Kaperak is second to none. As all women will tell you, (even a gearhead like me) it can be a daunting experience to try to get a vehicle serviced. But not at Mace. They listened to my concerns, took a drive with me to listen to/feel the problem I described, then explained and showed me what was happening under the hood. I had done my research and they made me feel good about that, I had even correctly diagnosed the problem! When we needed new tires, Landis did the research and knew his stuff!! He helped me make a selection that would meet my needs. When they had my vehicle for new tires and struts, they gave me a loaner to drive until mine was done. And, again when a needed part was not available on service day. The last two times I've had work done on my 2010 Navigator, they even washed it for me (I didn't ask them to). Cannot say enough good things about Landis and his team. Are they perfect? No. (Am I? No.) But everytime something went "wrong" they went above and beyond to make it right, making it easier to accept the situation. I hightly recommend this company!!

I was also told to "take it somewhere else". How dare I have the audacity to expect repairs to be done in a reasonable amount of time?! Im not sure how he got into that position, but the service manager has a terrible attitude toward customers. I would not take my car here again if paid to do so.

My family and I were traveling to move my son into Ohio State University. Our vehicle overheated in the evening and it was after hours. I left a voice mail at 9:00 pm and asked for some help in the morning. While on my way to the dealer early the next morning, I received a call from Landis Kaperak, the service manager. He promised to have a technician look at my truck before they began their schedule that day. Long story short, we were back on the road by noon. This was stellar customer service; the truck was ready an hour before they promised and the bill was $100 less than the quote. I believe that Mace Ford is a service provider that you can trust. If I lived in Terre Haute, I would use them all the time.

My husband spilled a milkshake in the cup holders of my new Ford Flex. The milkshake got into the light ring in the cup holder and caused an awful mess. Mace's service department was quick to clean and repair it and even washed my car! Thanks Mace for working your magic once again! We will definitely be going back for all our service needs!

I have been very happy with the service and attention that my vehicles have always gotten from Mace Ford from day one when I had an 84 Mercury with a mystery problem that did take a couple of visits to figure out exactly what was going on and I have been a customer every since. I have always been treated well by both the service and parts departments. I had worked in my own father's garage for several years and I know perfectly well that some things might take a trip or two to get the right solution to a problem, especially where sensors are concerned. And any service and repairs jobs have always been done in a timely fashion and considering that I have older vehicles, an 89 Club Wagon and a 95 Lincoln, they are running strong still today.

We couldn't of asked for a better experience or a better deal when buying our new Flex! Our salesman was very professional and got us an incredible deal! I really felt as though they went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our purchase and had no trouble whatsoever answering any/all questions we had. I also had the pleasure of working with their service department to purchase alternate wheels/tires for the Flex. The service was just as great in that department. The wheels/tires arrived on the date promised and were installed promptly. Not to mention the FLAWLESS wheel balance! I will definitely be buying ALL of my future vehicles from Mace and having them serviced there as well! These people really know customer service!

Have bought several vehicles from this dealership in the past few years. Their staff is very accommodating and sensitive to the wants and needs of the customer. With that being said this dealership is without a doubt the first and last place to shop.

Made an appointment online took the day off work to take my 2012 Ford Focus. Went up there talk to the service guy about my transmission its shuddering on taking off and I hear a grinding noise when it shifts. After telling them that they told me they couldn't do anything today the soonest would be May 5 nearly 3 weeks away. Then they told me the same thing they told someone else that reviewed them. YOU CAN TAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE
