My wife and I were looking to do a upgrade from our current vehicle, the 2014 Toyota Sienna SE was choice one, but the Sienna Limited was a dream.. My wife and I needed a bigger vehicle for our growing family so we decided to stop by MAC after our 4th of July trip to Sacramento. On our way home, (Fresno) we stopped by MAC and was greeted by Angelica. We've been there before so she knew what we were there for. There was a couple of Sienna vans on the lot, but the one we wanted wasn't there. We were informed that the one we wanted (white Sienna SE with navigation) was on its way from the factory and will be here between July 8th through the 12th. So we got all the paper work done and signed on the 4th. Four days later I got a called and said that our van just arrived. We went and picked it up that same day. This is our 4th vehicle that we've bought from MAC and it won't be our last either. Thanks again to Angelica, Danny and Neng.

We were looking for a truck that had to be a 4 door. We initially went, just with the thought of looking, especially at used cars. Martin, the sales associate that helped us, quickly came to help us. He was very friendly and went above and beyond to help us out. I feel everyone there was very professional and friendly. First off let me explain why I went to this Chevy Dealer. I filled out a question form on the official Chevrolet web site. I got inquires from 5 local chevy dealers. They all wanted to see me and talk to me (for about a week) then I heard nothing. Well a month went by and I got a nice e-mail from Madera asking if I was still interested or had I got the car I wanted. NO pressure, and they just got some new ones in. I like no pressure...Buying a new car should not make you feel like your buying a Time Share, if you know the High pressure there. When I got there I was greeted by Ramsy Saleh. He informed me up front on how they work and would get me the best deal. I didn't have to go back and forth with the manager etc. He knew what I was expecting and fulfilled all I required. He was familiar with the product and what and how to work all the new things the car came with and showed me..Kept me informed all the way from Hello to the Finance Man who also was good. Ramsy made this a great experience. So Happy I went to Madera.

I had called in and talked to Ramzy and told him what car I wanted and we would be there in about an hour and a half. He told me it would waiting for us in front when we got there and it was. Everything went well and I was in our new car and on the road about 1 on my way home. I was very pleased with Ramzy he was very helpful and so it went very smooth. My husband started car shopping on-line, we knew exactly what we wanted and at what price, and he received a prompt and courteous e-mail response to his e-mail inquiries from the Madera Auto Center. We went in person on January 17, 2014, and were immediately introduced to Vic Bravo who provided a great experience. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, we had a fun test drive, and best of all there was no pressure to buy and no need to negotiate. Since we knew exactly what we wanted, we purchased our 2014 Chevrolet Malibu. After we completed the paperwork, Vic was helpful in getting me acquainted with the features of the car, setting up bluetooth, and setting up OnStar (6 months free). My husband and I both agreed, after shopping around in-person in Fresno, that this was the best car shopping experience we have had and we love our new Malibu.

Ramzy Saleh made my visits to Madera Auto Center positive and pleasant experiences. I purchased a new Chevy pickup. I had numerous concerns and questions that Ramzy addressed. He was helpful and knowledgeable regarding all aspects of the truck. The process took several days, but he solved every problem I presented with a smile and pleasant attitude. I think he got me a needed trailer brake at no cost, arranged with service department the items to be removed from my trade in, and his price was the best of comparable vehicles.

I saw a scion xb on mac website. I emailed into the dealership and i got an email back less than 24 and as well as a car fax for the car i was looking to get. Lisa Dodd was fast at getting back to me with the emails and car fax. I then went to the dealership and Ramzy Saleh helped me out. Now being in sales I keep an eye open for those greedy sales people. This was not the case at all. Both Ramzy and Lisa where great made me feel right at home and got me in and out and leaving with the feeling that I did not get ripped off. They even when out of the way and gave me a ride to the bank when I need to get my deposit. They went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out. I actually left with my new car the same day. Next time I need to buy a car I will make sure to go see them again. You would be crazy not to go see them!

When I first met Brandon I wasn't sure what kind of car I wanted. All I knew was what my budget was and that I wanted something economical. Brandon listened to what my parameters were and fit me in the car I ended up buying. Both times the dealer has been fair and I didn't hesitate to drive the 60 miles even when there are at least four Toyota dealers closer to home. While the facilities are not the most modern, they are certainly functional and well kept.

I had an amazing experience! I recently purchased a Chevy Malibu from MAC and the service was fantastic! I was instantly greeted by Brandon and he wasn't nagging and didn't put any pressure on me. I shopped around first but returned to MAC becuase everywhere else I went was like carry a weight on my back. They hounded me the whole time I was there unlike Brandon who made everything feel at ease. Upon my return Brandon had his hands tied so he introduced me to Brianna who was a doll. They both had me sold before I even test drove the car. Their knowledge and friendliness is what led me to purchasing the Chevy. And the price was oh so right! I started the purchase with a request through the internet. I received a quote for a price for two different cars just based on what I had requested through the internet. Once at the dealership I was welcomed by the person who provided the quote and then shown several cars by a sales associate. Never was I pressured by anyone throughout the negotiations. I recently purchased a Rav 4 from Madera Auto Center, and traded in a Jeep Grand Cherokee, for which I had already paid the 2014 renewal registration. I went to the DMV and obtained the form to request a refund, since the ownership of the vehicle passed to MAC prior to the October renewal date. The DMV responded that I had to go back to the dealership to obtain a refund. I did so, and was met with the most unhelpful managers I have ever dealt with. They no longer had the vehicle (and as an aside, misrepresented the trade in allowance amount on their sales records). At my insistence, the owner/manager, Henry Mayfohrt, finally and reluctantly wrote a memo to the DMV that may or may not assist me in being reimbursed for the $104 I paid in August for a renewal that was not due until October. The assistant manager Jason had the poor taste to tell me as I was leaving that it wasn't their job to assist in correcting my "mistake"...the mistake being that I paid my renewal as soon as I got the bill. Not only were these men unhelpful, but downright rude. Please note, that the salesperson, Martin Pastor, who assisted me when I purchased the Rav 4 was fantastic, and in no way should my dissatisfaction reflect on him.

I just purchased a pre owned Corolla from Madera Toyota. The sales people were not intrusive at all. Brandon was very helpful and showed me only the cars that I wanted to see. It wasn't a high pressure experience at all. We all probably have past "used car salesman" stories to share, but this experience wasn't like that at all. I also appreciated the no haggle pricing on the used cars. You know right up front what they are willing to sell the car for. Everyone was professional. Of course, the fact that they are selling Toyotas makes their job a little easier. The cars do the talking.

I had done 2 days worth of research on computer and had gone to 4 dealerships. When I went into their showroom Vic Bravo sat me down and told me that he would offer me his best possible price. When he came back with the paper, I was shocked. No one (of the 4 dealerships I had been to) could touch their price! I was sold, and I liked the fact that Vic didn't do the "back and forth" thing (to the manager's office). He had texted me pictures of the vehicle (outside and in) before I drove up there (I live in Clovis). He had great follow thru, and they were able to get me better financing than my own credit union (which was already super low). Because of the great price and great financing, we were actually able to do a 4 year loan instead of a 5 year loan :-). Vic's partner, Lisa Dodd, helped also on the sale day and showed us all the features. We are completely satisfied with our experience and plan on buying our next Toyota from them. I was preapproved for a car loan, I found a 2008 Jeep Commander on MAC lot. I contacted Brandon Beck, I told him I was approved for a car loan but the only problem was that I lived in Bakersfield.(126 miles away) Brandon told me he would drive down to Bakersfield and pick me up. Brandon picked up, we had a great conversation about the Jeep, Brandon is very knowledgeable about the car industry, It was a pleasant ride to MAC. My husband and I recently bought a beautiful brand new Toyota Camry from Madera Auto Center. We definitely got a great price for that car. The overall customer service was good, but these cars pretty much sell themselves. We researched this type of car for about 6 months before going to 3 different dealerships. Madera Auto Center gave us the best price on the car, but we worked hard for that price as well. There was a comment made by the finance guy about the extended warranty only costing "4 dollars a day." We had initially wanted to finance through our bank, but the finance person was able to match the APR if we got the extended warranty. We didn't want the increased car payment and then he proceeded to make a condescending comment "if you want to fight with your bank over 4 dollars a day then you can." Overall we ended up getting the extended warranty because he got the price down. The car salesman was a nice guy, but I just found it a bit unnerving when he told me how to fill out this survey with great reviews across the board. At the end of the day we got a beautiful car and a great price!!!

I work in Madera, live in fresno, have a job waiting for me, but cannot drive my f150 or my magnum back and forth because of the high price of gas. He looked at my magnum, took my mileage and said he would talk to his manager. I asked him if it was possible to trade both off for one car, He said, Sure! So, I said, I am really looking and MAC was the first place we had looked at, I found a 2010 prius, that I was truly interested in, but decided I would look a little more elsewhere. Well the salesman calls, says, they will take both cars as a straight trade, Wonderful! No payment! and I can go back to work, so we drove to fresno, took everything out of the Magnum, took everything out of the pickup and drove them both to Madera, How exciting! I walk in, he takes the keys I lay out the pinks for both vehicles, deal done! NOTTTT! Seems the salesman told the manger my PU was a 2006, not a 2003, So the salesman takes me driving in the prius, such a nice car, he explains everthing about the car. We get back to MAC and he goes to talk to his manager, comes back wanting me to pay almost 7,000.00, that was it! In all fairness, the salesman bought me gas to get both my vehicles back to fresno. I now will never buy a car from MAC, nor will any member of my family, and will continue to tell anyone who will listen what happen. Just not a day I ever want to live again!

We attempted to purchase a 2012 Toyota Camry from Vic Bravo. He was very knowledgeable HOWEVER, after filling out the paper work and then sitting and having to wait for the finance manager (why, we don't know since we were paying CASH)---we waited over 1 1/2 hours to FINALLY see the finance mananger and my husband was upset having to wait for that long just to pay for the car. My husband got upset and the finance manager made a remark "If you don't want to buy the car, then you can just leave". While I realize that they were busy that day and only had one finance mgr I don't understand why they couldn't just have taken our check instead of making us sit there for 4 hours (from start to end---). After the finance manager's remark we walked out of there...we did NOT purchase the car after all. They need to rethink their policy if you're paying cash....just have us sign the paperwork cut our check and let us be our on way instead of wasting all that time and getting told to just leave if you don't want to buy the car.

For my most recent purchase, I arrived at the lot about 15 minutes before they closed, and they were happy to stay late and help me pick out, and purchase the best car for my situation. Sales representative Victor Bravo came across more as one of MAC's family brothers than a working man trying to earn a quick buck.I was and am very satisfied with my experience with MAC and with my Toyota Prius. Of coarse I am currently biased from the fact I won a prize of a 32" T.V. (which I would not have won if I had not participated in the customer appreciation night Wednesday). This was such an easy, no pressure new car buying experience. I will definitely come back the next time I need a car. Brandon was wonderful to work with when purchasing my new Prius. I was treated respectfully and walked away very happy. They gave me a great deal on the car. There are two other Toyota dealers much closer to my house but I would not purchase a vehicle (new or used) from either of them.

My last car was from a super dealership. When I drove off, I never heard from them again. Not at MAC. The sales guy Vic was, friendly, down to earth, and no aggressive sales tactics. It takes a special skill to be as knowlegeable not only about new vehicles, but also about used vehicles of different types and models like Vic has. As I sat there making my purchase, I observed a great support sales/management team. On top of that, they kept their word with a minor scuff repair (came out nice) and helped me take my car to the tint shop and once a year vehicle inspections/car wash. Let me tell you something, super dealerships dont do that. Thats real talk.

My wife and I went into Madera Auto Center recently to look for a nice used, high mileage car for our teenage daughter. After talking with the Salesperson, Reno Zerpoli, we learned that we could actually get a better vehicle that met our needs by purchasing a new one. Reno and the rest of the staff were very courteous and knowledgeable and made our experience the first real enjoyable purchase of a car from a dealer. In fact the whole experience was so good that we also bought a second vehicle at the same time, a new Chevrolet Silverado. Now not only does my daughter have her dream car, a Cruze but I have a new truck. Outstanding value and outstanding service. I decided that it was time to purchase a new car and wanted to explore hybrid models. It was important to me to purchase a vehicle in the city where I live to support the community. I've always been told that purchasing a new vehicle in a bigger city, such as fresno, will lend itself to better deals and customer service. Well I'm testimony that it's not true. From the time we walked into the dealship to present, we have been treated like royality! After looking at several different toyota hybrid cars, we finally decided to go with the 2012 Toyota Prius V and are thrilled with it. The deal started with Tali on one day but because time was running short for our schedule we had to leave and continue the following day. When we returned the following day, Tali was not able to be present due to a family emergency and we were helped by Vic. Vic was a champ by coming in and trying to take over the deal but felt the deal was more complex by coming into the middle of it and deferred the completion of the deal to Reno. The transision of very smooth and I was impressed that these three gentlemen (Tali, Vic and Reno) went over and beyond to provide the best customer interaction and professionalism. I would recommend any one of these three gentlemen to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle and want to be treated with the upmost respect and professionlism. I also wanted to recognize Danny (General Sales Manager) and Robert (Finance Manager) who were also so professional and worked with us to solitify to best deal and our satisfaction. Overall, I'm stoked about how I was treated by the professional team at Madera Auto Center and felt like I was part of the family. Bought my USED 2011 Chevy Cruze from Madera Auto Center and I love it! I saw the car online at a price that no other dealer around could beat. It was such a deal for such a great car! The customer service was outstanding. Reno Zerpoli is your go-to man! They are honest, friendly, and very suited to the customer. They were able to finance me, a first time buyer, so that I can establish credit and I still have a nice low payment. The whole process was smooth and very efficient and comfortable. I enjoy going to this dealership I bought a 2011 Camry. Neftali is a great sale person I had called and ask specifically for my car and he had it ready for me right away I was in and out what seem like minutes because that's how great Neftali treats his customers that he makes your purchase a breeze. Also their service depart is great they always change the oil and service my car in a timely matter I never spend all day there like have in other dealerships where I have purchase cars in the past. In this dealership my experince was a great one. The person that help us was called Victor. Well first of all I just want to say that Victor is a nice person. He treats his customers with respect. He also make sure if his customers are comfortable and if they are not he makes sure that they are. They provided the most possible information of the car. If something is missing, they quickly go find what is missing. They provided the carfax of the car. They also let you take the car for a test drive, so you could make sure that it is the right car for you. That is why my experience with this dealership was a great one.
