Mike was the main reason that I came back to dealership. Knew I was going to buy a jeep, wasn't sure where. After stopping in and talking to him for 30 minutes, there was no need to go anywhere else.

Great facility. Never too busy to help you, and of course, Najee. As simple as that. Najee was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I was a little wishy-washy at first (waiting for my lease to expire, purchasing a new home) and Najee showed great patience, yet consistently and very cordially continued to contact me every so often (not nearly to a point of being annoying as many salesmen do!) to let me know of different promotions they were running. Finally, after a few months, when I was finally ready, there was nobody else that I would have rather "rewarded" with my purchase. Top that off with the fact that he and his manager (I forget his name..sorry!) also put me into contact with a gentlemen who could fix a large dent on my currently leased car (for a fantastic price too!), and you really couldn't ask for a better purchase experience. Did I mention that Najee also drove 5 hours ON HIS DAY off to go pick-up my transferred car from Maine? Awesome!

Very friendly staff. This was the 2nd car I've bought there, and I'll continue to keep buying cars there.I take my time when making a big purchase decision like this, and it took me a few weeks to make up my mind...they never once called me to rush me.They make the whole process very painless and straightforward... also saved me from standing in line at the DMV to sort out the registration, etc... Not to mention I got a great deal on my trade-in!

Ordered a brand new 2005 Grand Caravan from them. They made the process easy. I was ordering with thw tow package so I could get the transmission cooler and better alternator. Another local dealership tried to convince me a that slapping on a hitch was the same as the tow package. Been back once or twice for warranty work. Would buy from them again.
