The salesperson was very nice ( Nate) however, I was low balled with my trade in offer especially since the kbb of my car was much more than I was offered. I went to a different dealership and received what I was hoping for. They advertise higher than normal trade in offers but don't deliver what is promised. The old bate and switch trick. Be aware!

I rarely submit reviews, but in this case I must! Maguire's service team is simply awesome. This week my family and I were visiting Ithaca from Philly when our Yukon had engine trouble. The technician assigned to our vehicle worked with a sense of urgency to diagnose and repair the problem, displayed excellent verbal communication and customer service. He got us on the road quickly and literally saved the day! If we lived in Ithaca there is no doubt we'd be doing business with Maguire on a regular basis.

I was not informed that you would be running two diagnostic test on my car for a sound from the steering wheel and a possible leak. I bought the extended warranty for this car and I guess I threw the money on the street. Thank you for taking such great care for your customer. Never again. I will find a dealer that is 41 miles away from you.

We took our Chevy Volt in more than two weeks ago for a repair related to the recent recalls. While our warranty will cover the repairs, they’ve had our car this whole time (it’s a safety issue), and have not given us a loaner vehicle. They also told us that they would not reimburse us for a rental car. We have to commute to work and have no other vehicle. Every time we call to ask about the progress, they tell us that there are no new updates, and that they are waiting on parts to arrive. I know that it can take time for parts to be shipped, and I know that the issues at Chevy corporate are not this particular dealership’s fault, but we have received no help or support in the past two weeks, and we have no transportation. They claim that they are “out of loaner vehicles” and that there is nothing they can do, even though the repairs are, again, a safety issue caused by the manufacturer.

Yet again, I was completely satisfied with the sales service I received at Maguire Chevrolet Cadillac! Having lost my husband earlier this year the idea of buying a vehicle on my own was daunting, but I needed to replace my car so I had to take the step. Went on line and found a used Equonix at Mcguires I was interested in. I called the dealership to see what lot it was on and Patrick was very helpful he looked up the car I was interested and told me where it was. I went to the Cadillac Chevrolet dealership on Cinema Drive and was greeted right off by Sarah and she referred me to John Walters and he was most helpful, showed me the car, we took it for a test drive and I loved it. John and Sarah went out of their way to see that the financing was done and I was able to get the car I wanted. I can't say enough good about the customer service that I got. I would definitely go back there, they do make you feel like family. The next day when I went back to pick up by car I was greeted by Scott the sales manager, he was most welcoming as he had not been there the day before, everyone there is just super. Thank you John Walters for the excellent customer service. I have told all my friends what a great experience it was. The next time I will definitely come to Mcquire. After test driving a few Malibus at a different dealership, I was not impressed with their customer service, so I searched online and found another Malibu at Maguire for a good price. I immediately called to check its availability and they were very prompt and set up an appointment for first thing in the morning. They have a very friendly staff that thoroughly explained not only their company's purchasing policies but the features in the car as well (you would think that after driving two other Malibus I would know more about the interior features but this was not the case). I felt comfortable with the transaction and didn't feel pressured to purchase any of the offered service plans. They were also able to finance my car at a lower percentage than I had previously found--yes! In the future, Maguire will be my first choice dealership. PS I love my new car :).

As their advertisment says, Brad Buell and Ritchie Scott were awesome!! I always would laugh at another dealers radio ads claiming " no hassle, no razzle dazzle " , but this was a true no haggle experience. I was a bit unsure about going from an suv to a Silverado so the 3 day money back guarantee was great peace of mind. My salesperson( whom I have bought my last 3 cars from ), Brad was very patient with me when I wanted to look at every double cab that they had on the lot before making a decision. I never felt like I was rushed, and after selecting the one I wanted, I went to do an errand and came back and everything was ready.........all on a busy Saturday!

WOW! Without a doubt the best buying experience I have ever had!! No hassle buying at its best. My experience started with Jason over the phone. Living 2 hrs from the dealership I wanted to be sure everything was in line. Everybody involved was great. When I arrived Sarah was my sales person. She did an outstanding job making sure my every need was met!! To early to comment on service p, but if it is half the experience I had buying the truck I'm sure that would be over the top as well. This was hands down the best time I ever had buying a vehical. The price was right on the window,they worked their butts off to get me in the truck I wanted and the payment that I wanted. What a shame I read wonderful reviews so I went to look at a 2012 chevy silverado I spoke with Amy on the phone so when I arrived at dealers I asked for her she wasn't personable never asked how was your drive , would you like water etc..... So she continues to walk me over to truck which is dirty , I did not expect new car shine but at least a rinse off???? So I then drive truck runs great , brakes are great love the truck decide we will decuss with Amy when we get back ... I walk around truck and see 2 tiny rust spots on the truck rail I ask Amy can you fix these she chuckles and says not for free , i said so you lost a deal for 2 spots?? In 20 years in my bossiness I have bought over 40 trucks and I have never ever dealt with anyone so willing to let a customer who's looking for trucks to walk away so easily.her cold manner was awful

Sales guy Andrew Miller was really helpful. I drove an hour and 15 minutes to save myself 2 thousand dollars on the deal. They gave me what I wanted for my trade in and were very helpful with the financing. I was surprised at the rate they were able to get me and will shop there from now on. P.S....The car i wanted was also 20 minutes further than their dealership...knowing I was driving down they had the car transferred to the closest store. I really appreciated that.

I just bought a 2009 Chevrolet impala from maguire Chevy Cadillac. Andrew miller was amazing and got us the best deal. The car is awesome and any time I need anything all i have to do is call or stop in and its taken care of! The showroom is really clean and who doesn't love free ice cream and coffee while you wait for paperwork to go through? I would recommend this business to anyone looking for an affordable car with a good warranty. And even when Andrew wasnt available, there was always someone who could help me out to get me in and out at a reasonable time.

I bought my used vehicle from this store in November, a year after my first purchase from the same store, and I must say that the sales people are great. They helped me get into a better payment option with a much better vehicle. The Salespeople were knowledgeable and helped in every aspect of my buying experience. There was one issue with the alignment, but that was fixed within days and I am running good!

The buying process with Maguire was great. We drove over 3 hours to get to them and they lived up to what I was told by them via email & phone. The price was the lowest of all the dealerships we contacted. We test drove car then waited while they got al the paperwork for us. Some could not be completed so they will over night it to us. We drove away with the vehicle we came for. While we were waiting we we were given ice cream, and water. Offered other stuff too. Thank you Amy Scott. and Maguire Chevrolet Cadillac it was a pleasure doing business with you and will do so again in about 2 years when it is time for my Daughter's car. Highly Recommend!!!!!

These guys really went out of their way to make the purchase process smooth. I was in a rush, and they expedited the all aspects of the process, giving me a set of dealer plates for the night when the insurance company stalled for 2 hours getting insurance cards back to the dealer when in normally should have taken 15 minutes.

I'm 56 years old, so I've bought a few cars in my time:) Emily was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. I arrived at the dealership at around 11:30 a.m., test drove the Impala, loved the Impala, and owned the Impala by 4:00 p.m. As a matter of fact, all of the Maguire staff I met throughout the day from start to finsh could not have been nicer or more professional. My buying experience started with my salesman Alan Mathews, who did an outstanding job in guiding me throughout the entire process. He was extremely friendly and made me feel very comfortable even though purchasing a new vehicle can be quite stressful. He also answered any questions that I had personally or if he was unsure he immediately found someone who could. For example, when I asked him if I could see exactly how they were coming up with all the mathematical figures, he had me go into his manager's office, Austin Foote, who graciously showed me exactly how all the numbers were generated and completely eased my mind. Most sales managers would not do that move, it was very impressive. Not only that, but Austin ended up giving me an amazing deal on his personal vehicle that he had driven to the dealership that day. It was exactly the car that I was looking for. The overall experience was excellent. The atmosphere was very warm and friendly and I plan on buying numerous vehicles from Maguire Nissan! Thanks guys!

We recently heard a promotion for Chevy Silverados on the radio and headed to Maguire to check it out. Our Sales Rep, Mike Boynton, was VERY friendly and helpful. We had a special circumstance forcing us to hold off on purchasing the vehicle for a week and they were more than happy to work with us. They saved my husband a 2013 Chevy Silverado in the color that he liked the most and had it waiting by the front door for us when we headed up to seal the deal. There is a reason that Maguire Family of Dealerships in Ithaca is so highly rated by consumers... because they make the car buying experience a pleasure. Trade in for your vehicle is not attached to the value of the car you are buying. The car cost is already listed, and it is is well below the MSRP. No need to barter. I dealt with Ritchie Scott of the VW branch of Maguire, and he was super in every way. I will return for my service obviously, but I will also return to purchase new cars. Most importantly, I will advise my family and friends to purchase their next car from Maguire.

I recently purchased a Kia Sorento from Maguire. When I drove it off the lot, it sounded a little funny. I called the salesman, Rue Chaggol, and he said to bring it in first thing in the morning. I did, and there was some engine damage. At this point, they could have said that it was my problem. Instead, they took the car back, without hesitation, and offered me a different one to take for the weekend, with no obligation to buy. I did enjoy the replacement car, and purchased it the following week. Even with the bumps in the road, this was by far the best buying experience I have ever had. I will gladly do business with Maguire in the future! Thank you!

We purchased our 2010 Crysler van last year from Maguire Chysler in Ithica. We have been completely satisfied with it. When I took it this year for an oil change and inspection they found that it needed front roters. They were able to get them on and I felt not only did they do a great job but it was a fair price as well. They make you feel like you are a part of their family.
