I got a 16 Fusion and the process was fast and painless... they even went out of their way to go find me the car that I wanted and have it available when it was convenient for me. As with most new cars there was a connection that vibrated loose and their response time on that was equally amazing. They had my car towed for free and gave me a loaner that was the same make and year model. I had my car back the very next day.

Darin is a great guy and salesman. Answered our many questions with professionalism and patience and allowed us time (days) to ponder our purchase and comparison shop. And he went over and above by actually demonstrating the use of the truck we were contemplating buying, to make sure it would perform as expected and needed. I doubt another dealer would have done this. Everyone is friendly and courteous from the receptionist to the service department.

I had the privilege of working with Frank! Let me start by saying thank you to Frank and Joe. I work at a dealership in Lancaster PA so I'm very familiar with the sales/delivery process. These guys hit the ball out of the park. I called on Wednesday to get some info on the car and being a car sales consultant myself I low balled the price of the car to the extreme. Frank then found out I sell cars myself and we had a good laugh about my offer. I set up an appointment to see the car for the next day after being pre approved for financing. Maguires is the most laid back team I have ever experienced. The sales/signing up process was painless and the warranty I purchased was beyond fair! We have purchased vehicles here for some time. This is a no "nonsense" establishment, everyone is professional, and I always notice other customers are treated great as well. The first time I every stopped here my salesman Frank Tengeres greeted me and I actually traded in 3 vehicles; He helped me drive them to the dealership. He is not a "high pressure" kind of guy and I wouldn't go anyplace else. Frank is a great asset. Also I have all my service work done here. Everything is always done to my satisfaction. They go out of their way to help. Last year I had a flat tire 2 hours before I was to take my truck on a church mission trip. It was late on a Saturday morning. The Maguire's staff was able to find a tire in time for me to go. I had all the supplies on my truck and 12 people were depending on my truck. Thank to Maguire's The mission trip worked out as planned.

I owned an FJ Cruiser several years ago and loved it, but recently found out that 2014 would be the last year for the FJ and started looking for one in the color and with the equipment that I wanted. On Friday, I found a 2014 FJ listed by Maguire's. It had 5300 miles with the color and equipment I wanted at a very, very attractive price. On Saturday morning, I sent them an inquiry and Chuck called me within 15 minutes. I explained the deal I was looking for, Chuck said he'd run it by the sales manager and call me back. Less than half an hour after I had sent the inquiry, we had a tentative deal (subject to inspection of my vehicle, of course) and I was on my way to Duncannon - a little over two hours from where I live in western PA. I arrived and was greeted by Chuck, handed off to Adam for delivery and took a drive in the FJ while my trade in was being checked. We had a deal within $400 of my requested best deal and, less than 1 1/2 hours later, I left the lot with my new FJ. If you're looking for an excellent quality used vehicle at a very, very fair price, a trouble- and hassle-free buying experience, and a bunch of friendly folks that make the overall experience completely pleasurable, give Chuck a call, drop him an email or send him an online inquiry. The drive or flight to Duncannon (just outside of Harrisburg) is well worth the trip and you'll be glad you did. We purchased a used 2009 expedition from the dealership, love our expedition. Can't really say the same for the dealership. The only good I can say is that they did fix the minor issues when it did not pass inspection, even though they promised it would. Was promised the owners manual which we never received, as well as the keyless entry code. They also will not return phone calls.
