I never had a problem at this dealership in the past, but my latest purchase was less than satisfactory. My appointment for signing all the papers was scheduled at 1230 and I noted the same time with my name on the finance rep board, but I was delayed 45 minutes. I was told sorry several times, but it gets old hearing sorry over and over. I drove home and found half of my floor mats were missing. Then I found paint missing on the drivers door frame close to the roof. Next the speaker was blown in the rear passenger sliding door. The My Ford App showed my front tires were at 20 pounds and the rear tires were at 21 pounds. I went to quick lane and got the inflated to 41 front 42 rear as the manual recommends. I found a transport sticker on the roof of my vehicle, so obviously my vehicle was not inspected and washed. I had to speak to the manager for action to start as my salesman never called me back, will not work with him again. I should not be the one scheduling corrections that should have been done before I picked up my car. I will give the manager credit to get the ball rolling. Never had so many issues before here or at another dealer. Quality control is lacking at Maguire For and Lincoln and that is a shame for their customers. Quick Lane visit on 6-3-21 7 am greeted, verbally confirmed what I requested, and directed me to the lounge to wait. About an hour later came out to tell me they do not have an air filter in stock for the engine. I chose to allow their driver to take me home so I could continue getting home tasks completed. Called at 11 am and told my vehicle was done and he would have the driver call me. I called Quick Lane at 145 asking if gathered driver knew to call me. Was told he was very busy. I got another call from Quick Lane at 210 pm stating the driver was ready to come. The moral of this story is plan on long wait or request pickup time in late afternoon. The service was good at Quick Lane. I also used my Ford Pass points which covered this visit in whole.

I am only giving them two stars because they used to deliver great service. We just took our truck there for significant repair and was surprised to find out that a gas tank they determined was leaking did not. They did not leave the parts requested in the bed and also didn't pump a half full tank of gas into the other tank. This left my husband with an empty tank to drive home on. Never again will we patronize this company.

Our experience purchasing a new Lincoln Navigator at Maguire's was among the best we've ever had (and we've bought quite a few new cars over the years). Everyone at Maguire's – sales, service, the body shop and management – were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Traded in a used car and that process was smooth and painless (a first for us). We wanted the caps on our external rear view mirrors painted to match the color of the Navigator's body, which Maguire's body shop did amazingly fast. Our salesperson, Tyler Starry, was incredibly communicative and went out of his way to make sure we had a terrific buying experience. We highly recommend Maguire's. We'll be back!

My wife and I recently purchased a used vehicle from Maguire's Ford in Hershey. After numerous telephone conversations with the Sales Manager, we felt comfortable visiting the dealership to test drive the vehicle. Upon arrival we were promptly greeted by a sales associate named Tyler Starry. Tyler was very welcoming and a pleasure to work with. We started with the formalities of driver's license, insurance, etc... then moved into the test drive phase of our visit. We gave Tyler the out the door price we were looking to achieve and stated our intent to make the purchase if the vehicle drove as expected and the price was met. When we got back to the dealership Tyler met with his manager and we were able to meet at an agreeable price for the purchase. Throughout the visit there was no pressure and Tyler did everything in his power to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Due to the nature and success of this visit, we will be working with Tyler Starry, and Maguire's Ford, for our future vehicle purchases and needs.

We just recently purchased a F150 from Maguire's and could not have been more impressed with the honesty and professionalism. After several, productive phone conversations with Tyler Starry, it was very clear that he was focused on transparency and honesty, which as a customer, made the travel to the dealership worthwhile. Our trade-in was given great consideration and we were more than satisfied with the amount we received for it. Justin made sure everything was understood and helped us complete the process. I am not typically one to post ratings like this, but after our experience with Maguire's Ford Lincoln, this was the least we could do. It was no surprise to see all of the great ratings from others with similar experiences. If you ever want to purchase a vehicle and not question whether or not you were given a fair and honest deal, I would recommend this dealership for your next vehicle purchase. We had been seriously looking for a new Escape for about a week, and could not find something that matched our needs and wants working through our local dealer in York. Doing some research online, my wife and I found an almost exact match to what we wanted at Maguire's of Hershey. We decided to go up on a weeknight, and got there about 6 pm. We had never been here before, and was blown away by the personal attention we received immediately. Billy Bragg greeted us and seemed genuinely interested in helping us find what we needed. We test drove the car, knew we wanted it, and proceeded to make a deal that was far under the price that was offered to us by the dealer in York. During the haggling process (which I should say was the easiest one I've ever been a part of) we met Ted Gilmartin, the sales manager. He also seemed genuinely interested in us and very friendly. I can't tell you how many times we were offered water or tea or coffee throughout this whole process.Online, Maguire's hours are listed as being open until 8 pm. We were finalizing the financing paperwork at 9 pm, and Billy was still there waiting for us so that he could show us all the features of our new car, connecting my wife's phone to the Escape, and we didn't leave there until 945 at night, and only after Billy was certain we didn't have any more questions that he could answer.Maguire's went above and beyond what I ever expected from a car dealership. It's well worth the drive, and you won't be disappointed with the sales and service you will get there.

I would not recommend this dealer's collision center based on my experiences. They offered an estimate that was very wrong on both price and time needed. I had work performed in 2010 that offered a warranty from them for the life of the vehicle. Since I had a rental and they had my car, I asked they revisit their work from 2010 and fix some bubbling paint where they had painted the hood. They agreed and said it would be fixed when I picked the car up. While they had the car they called me to ask if I wanted to update my handles at my expense, something that had been covered at the time of estimate and was marked on the paperwork they had. The insurance must have stopped accepting their requests for supplemental work. They never once mentioned their was an issue with the requested warranty repair. The final bill was almost double the original estimate, and the warranty repair had not been touched. When I questioned them, they said they were not responsible. They claimed to not have worked on that part of the hood. Well maybe that is the problem today since that was where the damage had been done in that accident. The staff was exceedingly rude and unhelpful. A manager called with an attitude just to let me know he was returning my voicemail rant I had left him. He mentioned on multiple occasions that I had not requested a return call, which was correct. That is why I was so confused as to why he did call with an attitude. If he was calling to 'fix' the previous poor service, he was failing miserably. DO NOT USE MAGUIRE'S COLLISION CENTER
