So far so good. I have been looking for a 4door sedan for about three weeks now, I came across this dealership from a online advertising website (Car Gurus). I made a list of different cars that I liked and that fit in my budget all across Indiana. This dealership had my number one choice. Every encounter with the personnel there have been great. Especially Tiffany who I spoke with the first time I called. Very friendly, and I can sense that southern hospitality all the way through the phone. Heading down there from central Indiana to hopefully get a good deal started with a trade in I have. Will post second review after initial meeting.

My girlfriend bought a Jeep from them in April. It was good price and thought it was a great deal. The service was great and the people were very friendly. But less than a week after she bought it, it was dead in our driveway and would not start. Luckily we had gotten the extended 3 year/36000 mile warranty on it so the tow and service was free. First diagnosis was that the cluster was draining the battery. At this point you hate to have trouble with a car you purchased this soon but stuff happens. Now it is dead again less than a month later and it is back in the shop. I can’t help but wonder if this issue was why it was such a good deal and if this was why they pushed so much for the extended warranty. I give 2 stars instead of 1 because I can’t say for certain that they knew anything was going wrong with the Jeep before we purchased it but it will certainly make you wonder and leave a bad taste in your mouth when you purchase a car and it dies and has to be towed twice in the first 40 days you own it. Lucky for the service contract or this would be a big hit financially.
