Customer service is why we shop where we shop. The gold standard for customer service for big box companies has always been Nordstrom. Their mantra is Customers First. Well, Nordstrom needs to take a back seat, no pun intended to Majeski Motors. I recently moved back to the area and knew I wanted to buy a car. I wanted to buy locally from someone I trust. I knew Greg's father from back in the day so my first choice was to visit his lot. I was greeted by the cool cats in the detail shop the minute I set foot. They stopped what they were doing and offered to open a car until a salesperson was available. Don showed up soon and explained he was with a customer but would get someone to help. John who is the online manager was the next person to greet me. He walked with me while looking at cars and since I was online shopping the day before he answered all my questions as he had his phone with the online information at his finger tips. Very impressive. What I know about customer service is this....it takes a dedicated Team and that's what you will find at Majeski Motors. No hassle, no oversell, no overbearing salesperson. They make the customer feel important and the best thing is, they have fun & laugh. That's something we all need to do...have fun & laugh. Thank you to the entire team for making me a Happy Hippie!

We were able to find a vehicle that fit our family and almost within our budget. The purchasing process was as expected...a little negotiation and a little nerve-wracking. This is always my least favorite part of the car buying process, but it wasn't too bad. Since this is a slightly used vehicle, they agreed to fix some issues that were concerns for us. Signing papers and getting the money settled was very quick and efficient.

Everybody hates car shopping, and I am not any different. I just bought my 3rd card from them and I love it. They sell quality used vehicles at a low price, but more importantly they are no pressure sales, and will find you exactly what you want. They go more than the extra mile to win your business. If they don't have what you want they will find it. We have bought from Dan Vereide all three times, and he's the kind of guy you would sit and have morning coffee with. He's just a regular guy, who loves to find deals for folks. We have bought three Fords from him and none have had any problems. However, you can ask anyone, if you do have any issue they will make it right. They have one of the best reputations in Northern, IL. If you are in the Sterling area look at the license plate frames on the cars on the road, you will see Majeski all over.

After we had picked one out and he had answered my questions about it, he sent out two employees to pick it up.
