Peter took great care of me and got me in a range Rover that I could have only dreamed of. He managed the financing despite of my credit, insurance referral despite my record, and got in the car I wanted in less than 24 hours. I went in to test my options and walked away the next day happier than imagined. Thank you thank you thank you. Honestly these guys make owning a dream car reasonable and affordable.

Called and agreed on price for the car. Their guys hit the car on the lot and scratched the bumper. They promised to fix the bumper but never did. Waited three weeks, then they started asking me to take it as is. Dealt with Fred. Not responsive, changes his word. Asked for a call back from a manager which never happened. They told me tires were 65%, while in fact the car needed new tires. Poor customer service. I no longer trust them.

I flew in to the LA area to find the perfect car. I had researched several cars in 7 different cities around Southern California. I started my venture in Laguna Beach and I worked my way north. After visiting several dealerships I was getting discouraged with the quality of cars I was seeing. I drove over an hour to Major Motor Cars to look at 2 cars that they had in stock and I am glad I did. I found the perfect car and it was in showroom condition. My salesman, Fred, could not be more accommodating. He told me the price, I told him what I was willing to pay, done deal. It was that simple. I needed a ride to drop off my rental car which was an hour drive each way....done. I was hungry after an all day excursion, he took me to a nice dinner. While they were doing my paper work I was looking at all the cars in their inventory. I must admit I was very impressed. Every car was a 10. All had low miles, extremely clean inside and out and very fair asking prices. My advice, go to this dealership first you will not be disappointed.

Peter is a stand up guy. We contacted him via email when we located the car we were interested in. He responded promptly and answered all of our questions. We went to meet Peter and view the car. The car was clean and free of dents or scratches as advertised. We received a friendly greeting upon arrival and he was not the usual pushy salesman. He allowed us to test drive the car and once we returned he simply asked if the car met our satisfaction. We pointed out a few items of concern and he simply stated that he would have it corrected. We were totally impressed with his service and we will definately purchase from Peter again!

I bought a Mercedes from Major Motors and my overall experience was excellent. I had a mechanical issue with my car and they took care of me even without buying any warranty. They are definitely a cut above other dealers. I was very surprised by how willing they were to help me. I certainly didn't expect that type of attitude from a used car dealer. I dealt with Neal and his boss certainly was very accommodating also. Thank you and great job guys.

These guys are really special. Its just a mom and pop place but they do such a good job of taking care of their customers and their cars. It makes it comfortable doing business with them. Particularly Peter, he is definately a pleasure to deal with. He seems honest, caring, but who knows. All I know is I was happy with my purchase. Thanks alot, I will keep spreading the word!
