Went there just to look at cars but ended up buying and driving home my car the same day. Eeyk Silva (I thought his name was Erik, but I went by what’s on his card lol) was so helpful and professional. He listened to what I was interested in and never tried to pressure me into more. Can’t give him enough stars. A very good experience.

Got a used car at a good price. Caveat: they charge $500 for a documentation fee, but when I complained that the back two tires seemed pretty bald, they agreed to replace them with new ones, no charge. However, when we took delivery, the tires were not the same brand and not that new. Though they have better tread than the others, they may only last a year. The car developed trouble on the way home, running really rough. We had to have it towed the the dealer's mechanic, and he says he will fix it at no charge to us. The car was fixed in two days, hopefully as good as new. Car was fixed (the differential had broken on the way home), and they replaced the tires with two new matching ones. Good customer service with a little prodding about the tires.

I bought a 2013 Mercedes Benz a few weeks ago and since I first called they were nice and professional. Had a great experience. Paying and doing the final paperwork was quick and easy. Will definitely be checking what vehicles they have in the future.

I bought an 2007 Nissan Sentra and it was my first car. They help me with all the paperwork and explained everything about the car in details. I'm planning on buying my second car here soon. I really recommend this place if you are looking to buy a car in a near future.

I just drove my Ford Explorer 2004 home today..I had the best car buying experience ever at Malden Auto Sales!!!The Owner Ed Pinheiro was professional,helpfull,knoledgeable and real.Salesperson Junior answered every question(and I had a lot!)was patient,helpful and not afraid to make a recommendation based on my input about the right car for me.I ended up with it, and i am very satisfied with the whole experience--from the Greeeter Persian Bank to the Finance manager Eric --all were extremely helpful and ease to work with.
