The product has been fine so far, but the service was horrible. I took care of all of the paperwork ahead of time, and explained I had a very small time window to pick up the truck. I was assured everything was ready to go, that the truck had been detailed, and I would be out of there quickly. None of which was true. The truck was dirty. The truck was damaged. Huge gouge on the running board. Down to the metal. Scuffs on the interior. When I pointed it out to the sales person, they shrugged and asked "What do you want me to do?". I want you to make it right. Do something! Bobby went and got a manager. Manager (Joe) was indifferent, but said they would repair the running board and replace one of the scuffed panels. Everything else was "commercially acceptable". That I could come back and if I still wanted it, I could take it or leave it if I was not happy with the repairs. Then they committed to a priority fix if I make a service appointment. I mistakenly moved forward. Then I had to sit and wait for 90 minutes for the one finance person they had working. On a Thursday. I almost popped. They have signs all over the place with the Malouf Promise. That they respect your time. Be transparent. Respect you as a person. That was not my experience. At all. There are better options in the area. Options I wish I had gone with.

Outstanding customer service and easy to work with. My sales representative was Jim and he is an excellent representative for the place. He was doing everything possible to accommodate my needs and giving me all options available to choose from. I recommend the place for all your auto needs. This is by far the best experience I had buying a car at any dealership. This became my new spot for all my future purchases. Thank you for your outstanding service and excellent customer service.

Just an all around great experience. Jim (our salesperson) was super cool and a straight shooter. Dealerships sometimes have a bad rap when it comes to their used inventory. That was not our experience with the team at Malouf Ford. The did everything right and worked with us to ensure that the car we purchased was in rock solid condition. I cannot speak highly enough of them, and I have been very critical of other dealerships in my past reviews. Great job Jim and everyone at Malouf Ford. Thank you for the positive memories created and for helping my son to make a great choice in buying his first real car!

GREAT SELECTION at "this" lull in time for NEW CARS!!! An inviting CLEAN showroom!! BEST PART was walking in & having GRAHAM greet YOU at the desk & then make a call to MISS MARLO to handle the questions..the look see..the DRIVE around..the work involved in buying at a VERY FAIR price MY NEW FORD 2021 ESCAPE!!! MALOUF is a WELL KNOWN long standing name & THEY deserve to be complimented on a STAFF that wants the CUSTOMER leaving there DRIVING HAPPILY HOME!!! I will be recommending ANYONE I know to go there if THEY are interested in purchasing or leasing a SPIFFY NEW RIDE in a CAR or TRUCK!!! I'm giving THEM 5 STARS & 2 THUMBS UP!!!
