Bought a car from MI several years back when we lived in York and it was a great experience. Now that we live almost 80 miles away, it was clear to me that we would not pull the trigger on any deal (even if just down the road) until we made a trip out to Manheim. Sure glad I did. We hit another homerun with our 2013 AUDI by Greg working the car and details and Jeff helping us on the final price. Amazingly, it was Good Friday too and they could not have been any busier, but we pulled they pulled it off for my wife and I effortlessly. Thank you MI team!!

This review is about purchasing a vehicle from Manheim Imports. Overall I couldn't have asked for a smoother and easier transaction from the dealer. When we arrived the car was all ready for a test drive and our salesman Greg was there to help with any questions or whatever. He explained the cars features briefly and let us go for a test drive. We liked the car and talked price with Greg he was very fair and tried to get us the best price possible. We couldn't afford the car so we test drove the same car just a bit older and with more miles on it. After the test drive we went back in and the same thing, Greg helped us get the best price and we made a deal. The buying process was going smooth but we had a bit of a hang up with the insurance on our end. Long story short the dealership closes at 7 and until we got everything worked out with the insurance it was 8:30. Despite the long time, our salesman Greg was very positive and patient with us. He did a very professional job and once we got the insurance kink worked out he moved the buying process right along. We got to leave with our car thanks to Greg. This is an excellent dealership I believe. They are honest, professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend this dealership to other buyers out there.

I have purchased many cars over the years and this experience was the easiest. The guys at Manheim are very genuine and honest. They are not there to pressure you into purchasing a car. Jeff and David were absolutely great to work with. I felt like I was speaking with friends, not salesmen. Kudos to a great company. And I love my new X5. I was a bit skeptical about purchasing a deisel but really love the vehicle. It has surpassed my expectations. We will return to Manheim Imports for future purchases as well!

I have purchased about 9 cars over time and this (audi, bmw, dodge, jeep, ford, etc) is the best service I have received. Mr. Greg Martin was great and a man of his word. Several of us wanted this vehicle and he stuck to his word and allowed each scheduled individual the opportunity to get this vehicle.. Money 1st, wasnt his posture.. Service 1st was most definitely his "CREED".. It appeared to be that way with what I observed of other staff employees... It was worth the drive from Lorton VA to Lanheim PA.. I saw one of their vehicles on Cars.com and decided to call and see if I could stop by and take a look at it. From the initial phone call to the final signing on the purchase agreement, my salesperson (Ben) never once made me feel rushed, pressured, or anything like that. I traded in a 07 Honda Civic with pretty high miles and received a very fair trade-in value for it. They don't mess around with the numbers. They simply give you the best value for your trade for the year, condition, and miles. The price of my new car was one of the best I've come across as well. I actually took the entire day off to shop for a new car (not necessarily buy) but ended up liking the car, Ben, and the overall way that the dealership operated that I decided my first stop would be my last and drove away in a new (to me) BMW that night. The entire process was very easy and I will definitely be back in the future. I would recommend Manheim Imports to anyone looking for a a great car at a great price.

I had an excellent buying experience with these guys. I received a very fair price for both my new car and my trade-in with the best part being I received both offers in writing via e-mail in probably less than 2 hours after initial contact. On the day I arrived to close the deal the car was up front, detailed with a full tank and ready to go. I took it for a test drive while they looked at my trade in and when everything checked out I was ready to sign and roll. That whole process took under an hour which is great compared to a new car dealer. I did have a small oil leak (just due to an over compression of a seal on the oil filter) which comprised my serpentine belt. I took it to my local dealer the next day and had that fixed and Manheim Imports covered that repair in full.

They gave me a very fair price on the trade and were competitive on sale price of car. I found a nicer car certainly, but the deal they gave memade buying from them a no-brainer!! The car is working perfect. They care by checking in to see how it's going. If they can't fix it when I need it they go out of their way to accomodate my needs. I just can't believe the care I found at Manheim Imports. You bet I would ho back and buy from them again. No pressure. No harrasment for a decision. No paying to "hold". I did not rate high on the facilities as they need bigger facilites. The place is nice and clean. Just a bit small.

I realized I was going through a midlife crisis and decided to buy my first Porche. I found Manheim imports on line. I spoke with Greg and the deal was basically done with the first phone call. I traded in two cars and Greg sent out two guys to help me get them there.(I can only drive one at a time). There was one issue with the car that was not a warrenty item (the convertable top) and Manheim imports took car of it for me even though they didn't have to. Because I drive a Porche now people want to know where I got it and I tell them...Manhein Imports. I would never go anywhere else for a high end sports car. Luke Kreider was amazing to work with. He made an out of state purchase painless and extremely quick. Combined with the USAA car buying service I would have been hard pressed to find a better or quicker deal even if it was local. The car is exactly as described and Luke even went so far to send me pictures of the rock chips that one would expect on a used vehicle. Other than the few chips and miles on the tires the car was in new condition. I had zero surprises when the car arrived and was quite impressed that it was freshly waxed, cleaned inside and out, as well as had a full tank of fuel!

I was in the market for a car to replace 15 year old model. Stopping on a whim to look at a couple of cars on the lot I was greeted by Jeff who was very friendly and happy to assist me. He provided me with Information about the car and said "No pressure sales here". One week later I started the process for financing. They worked with me and helped to speed the process. Once all was in place, the process took about an hour or so and I was on the way in a beautiful new to me pre-owned Saab wagon. They definitely made used car shopping and purchasing very enjoyable. I was in the market for a used BMW 135i. I found the car that suited me the best at Manheim Imports. I initially emailed the dealership to notify them of my interest and request a test drive--I was shocked when I had a response that same day. It was the 4th of July, and although the dealership was closed, Greg Martin responded to my inquiry and was extremely helpful from there on out. There was a slight delay with the purchasing of the car--a problem with the air conditioner. Fortunately, the car was under warranty and Manheim Imports resolved the issue for me with the local BMW dealership, resulting in only a slight delay of my purchase. There were some cosmetic issues as far as paint being chipped away at several spots and a rim that need to be refinished, but we negotiated and came to an agreement for the car. They took care of the bumper and the rim. I should have been more insistent that some of the other chips on the car needed to be taken care of, but I suppose it is my own fault for not clarifying exactly what would be repaired. Upon expressing these sentiments, Manehim Imports offered to order touch-up paint for me so I could fix the remaining marks, which is good but not ideal. All in all, it was a great buying experience and working with Greg and the rest of the dealership was very, very easy. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a car.

I recently was in need of a car due to a hail storm that totaled my car. We tried looking locally but many of our dealerships were dealing with damaged cars as well. My husband found a car that I was looking for on line and we decided to take the drive to Manheim Imports. Prior to going to test drive the vehicle Justin was very eager to help us through the car buying process. We had many questions prior to going to see the car and he was prompt with responses and very helpful. Upon arrival at Manheim Imports Justin met with us and continued to answer questions. We took a test drive and fell in love with the car. Justin worked with us and got us to the price we wanted. The entire process was pleasant and flawless. No hidden costs, no typical annoying car buying sales lines. It was truly and enjoyable car buying experience. Justin was great to work with and they really stay in touch after you leave with your new car to make sure that you are doing well with your new car. I drove away in my new Mercedes ML350 with a full tank of gas and a smile on my face!

I run a local Credit Union and we work with many car dealers locally for financing. I Chose Manheim Imports because I know they always have outstanding cars at auction prices. I have never purchased a car from them until now. I worked with Greg, my car was totaled from a hail storm and I needed a replacement quickly. I settled on one car and told Greg that I would settle on Saturday. On Saturday I showed up and Greg had my car ready, gasses up and looking perfect. Although, I continued looking at other cars in his lot and decided to purchase a different car. Greg showed no frustration and encouraged me to do what ever I want to do. To make a long story short, I made the sale difficult and Greg was helpful all the way. I would absolutely recommend this dealer to anyone. Their prices are the best around and they have the ability to pick out the best cars from millions at Manheim, its a no brainer in my opinion. They also service their high end cars. I was an out of state buyer. The website contained very detailed information about the car and many pictures. Greg Martin, the salesperson, was willing to communicate with me over email during the early part of the process when i was collecting information. When i committed to purchase, Greg offered and did prepare all of the paperwork prior to my arrival so that the purchase process was expedited. I did not incur the 3 hour waste of time that occurs at most dealerships. Upon my arrival, Greg went over the car with me and then turned over the keys for a test drive and told me to take as long as I wanted. I actually took an hour and developed a good comfort level with the excellent condition of the car. When I returned from the test drive, I pointed out two punctures in the leather on a rear seat and a very scuffed section of the driver's seat. Greg offered to have the leather replaced/repaired at no additional cost. I was ecstatis over the quality of the repairs. Sections that could be replaced were and the others were so expertly repaired that no one would be able to tell that there had been damage. The leather repairs took several days. Since I was an out of state buyer, Greg offered and did have the car delivered to me in Maryland. The only complaint I could make is that Manheim's parking lot is very full and hard to maneuver. There is a vacant lot adjacent to their property and I would recommend parking there. OVerall, I had the best experience that I have ever had when buying a car. I will look to buy from Manheim in the future even though they are a 2 hour drive for me. I also highly recommend working with Greg Martin.

I would describe my experiences at Manheim Imports as easy and effortless. Even though it took me forever to purchase a vehicle, the team at manheim imports never made me feel like a nuisance. I spent at least 6 months loading and reloading the website to continually check for new inventory, when I finally found exactly what I was looking for, a 2011 x5 diesel. Steven, and Jeff gave me a great price, something like 6k under kelly blue book, and the car drives like a dream, and gets better gas mileage than I was expecting. I am happy I was referred to the dealership by a friend when he purchased a vehicle 2 years ago. It was also nice after the sale was completed to find out that both my wife and I would have free inspections for life, and the email I received today stating they would give me a free full detail after the winter months was also a pleasant surprise. I would describe my experience at manheim imports as effortless and easy. Even though I dragged my feet purchasing a vehicle the team at manheim never let me feel like a nuisance. After reloading the website multiple times a day for about 6 months I finally found exactly what I was looking for, a 2011 x5 diesel. It is awesome. It drives like a dream and it came at a great price...like 6k under Kelly blue book. The free inspections for life... For my wife and I were a pleasant surprise, and the email from Stephan saying they would detail it for free after the winter was also really nice. These guys are great and super friendly and easy to work with. I would recommend and will recommend manheim imports to anyone and everyone, and this is coming from a person who's good friend owns a dealership and worked at a dealership for 5 years.... We looked at and test drove several models before settling on a 2007 BMW 328xi. The car was in very good condition and priced right. We were very happy with our purchase and experience. Just last week, we were ready to purchase another vehicle to replace our 2004 Jeep Wrangler. Manheim Imports was the first place we considered. We were able to find a 2005 BMW X3 at a price that was unbeatable. Again,Stephan was a great salesperson as was the entire staff. I went there for a used Jetta sportswagon TDI I saw online. The salesperson named Anthony Johnson was very friendly and patient in answering any questions I had. We drove a quite long distance for the test drive and he was making jokes along the way. Very delightful experience! The entire purchasing process went smooth, no hidden fees or anything of this kind. It was completely the opposite of BMW Morristown in NJ (had a horrible experience!!!) which I visited prior to this one for the same model of the car. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a car.

I recently purchased a jeep rubicon from this dealer. I live out of state, so lots of e-mails with pictures, and phone calls were needed to make this transaction happen. The day before my wife and I went a 150 miles to get the vehicle I blew out my back and couldn't make the trip. Phoned them with much disappointment and even with other people interested they held the vehicle to the next weekend. They are a great bunch of guys who make the car buying purchase out of town a breeze. Top notch service and very helpful dealership, clean facility and the car was detailed and full tank of gas upon purchase. After this experience if they had another vehicle I wanted I would buy it and transport it to me sight unseen! That's how much trust and respect I have for these guys! They also have a map of the USA with pins all over it resembling cars that they sold out of state. The map is covered with locations into Canada, Hawaii, Alaska and the Bahamas so they know what they are doing, and I'm not the first one to put full trust into this dealership, Top Shelf !

I purchased a 2010 MINI Cooper S convertible from Manheim a week ago. I'm out of state and never visited the dealer. Steven was very responsive to my questions and requests. They paid for Fedex of the paperwork, gave me a good price, detailed the car and filled it with gas. I arranged the car transport and everything worked as planned. The posted photos and the additional photos I requested were accurate as was the description. I hope to buy another car from them in the future and would refer a friend.

I had been shopping for 6 months for a 528 BMW. I tried Carsense and although very friendly I thought they wanted to push past problems I noticed with a car that I was interested in buying. BMW dealers were so expensive and offered nothing to justify the extra expense over book value. I saw the car I was looking for online at Manheim and called them. I was working with Greg. Everyone there was friendly and interested in making me satisfied with my purchase. I have never been so happy with the way I was treated by an auto dealership. They were honest and frank about several items of aging on the car, i.e. stone chips, soiled seat belts, etc. and worked to make things right. I keep cars a long time and may not be back for awhile but I intend on directing friends and family there for their purchases.

I purchased a used BMW 335d fully loaded at an excellent price. Manheim Imports makes an honest attempt to provide quality used vehicles. Most dealerships offer you bottom or wholesale value for trade-ins. Manheim Imports impressed again by providing a reasonable trade value for my VW GTI. I try to work out car deals via email before i even arrive on the lot. Most dealerships avoid this at all costs and just reply with "Come and test drive!". Sales Manager, Luke, spent weeks patiently workings with my needs and providing all information in a timely manner. I will definitely come back in the future for my used luxury car needs. Very impressed and service was top notch.

They were very cooperative with my detail oriented mechanic checking it over thoroughly prior to purchase. They made good one the "We Owe" for a second key even though it wasn't a quick easy process (no fault of theirs). Unlike some other car buying experiences I've had, this was all good. I live in Western Colorado and found the car I wanted at an amazing price at Manheim Imports. I dealt with Steven Migash and was very skeptical buying a car sight unseen. Steven was amazing and went well above and beyond. The process was so easy even 1,700 miles away. I had the car shipped and was nervous it would be a complete letdown and that there would be dents, dings and issues with the car but I received the car and was blown away at the quality and amenities of the Infiniti. I would highly recommend Steven Migash and would give him 10 out of 5 stars !!!! The car is amazing. Do not hesitate to buy from Manheim Imports, even sight unseen. Recently purchased a 2010BMW 328 Series from Manheim Imports in Lancaster, PA. Great group of people. Steve Migash was my salesmen. Had car all warmed up to take for a test drive and was very helpful with all my questions. I spoke with Steve numerous times via e-mail and he was so quick to respond and help me get where I needed to be in both my wish list and my financial needs... that I practically bought the car through e-mail!! Just had to show up, drive it, make sure I loved it (which I do) and sign the papers. Was a breeze. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience at Manheim! I went over the weekend and they had me send up some information before my arrival, so my time there was short and right to the point. They had the car I as looking at all cleaned and smelling very fresh. Steven and Luke were working with me and they were very knowledgeable and also very friendly and made the whole experience very easy and enjoyable. I definitely recommend Manheim Imports in the future for anyone looking to buy a nice, affordable car you can't get at many other places.

Their vehicles are amazing and so affordable that three months after purchasing a Saab for my husband, we were back again to buy a BMW for me! We love our new (well, almost new) cars!! Great customer service. Pleasure working with Steven. Drove up there from NoVa. When I got home the battery was discharging (because it had been sitting for awhile on lot) so had to have it charged overnight at dealer. Called Steven and he said they would pay for it. I like dealing with these guys - my salesman was Greg. Trade-in values and vehicle prices have been fair. Their inventory is top-notch. Even the cars I didn't settle on were all in great condition. I absolutely love the 2008 335i I recently purchased. It had just gone on the lot and wasn't detailed yet. They did some paint touch-up and interior detailing the same day. A very painless shopping experience.

I have no hesitation in telling you that Manheim Imports is an implicitly capable auto import car dealer with an unbelievable approach to doing business. I live in Northern Virginia and made an extra effort to make my way up into the countryside of Pa. to do business with someone I learned to respect and trust. I am extremely satisfied. I would probably go back as they were pleasant to deal with, and have a good selection, but would bring my husband to negotiate as he feels I was overcharged. I agree after getting home and comparing comps, but that's my fault as I was naive, didn't do enough research, and it was an impulse purchase. Beware of the extended warranty. Read the fine print. My son totaled the car after 3 months and there is no pro-rata refund so I am out over a thousand dollars. Sales rep said he couldn't help, and told me to take it up with the warranty company, which got me no where. We don't have the funds now for another car, but I suppose we'll have to buy from them when we are able, assuming they will transfer the warranty. They were recommended by a friend, and the folks seem sincere. I think I'd go back but this time with husband.

I purchased a BMW X5 from Manheim Imports. My vehicle has several issues but the one that bothers me the most is the broken A/C unit. I bought the car in Nov when it was cold and when I went to use the A/C for the first time it did not work. In the 6 months I have owned it I have put only 2000 miles on it. This problem was most likely present when I bought my BMW. I was told the car was checked out completely. I disagree and feel I was taken advantage of.

Ever get that pit in your stomach when you're at a used lot - the one that makes it painfully obvious that the dealer doesn't have any interest in your satisfaction nor do they care about what they are pushing? At no time did I get this feeling when I was working with Manheim Imports - it was a great experience all around. My sales rep was friendly and never pushy. Always conveying confidence in the car I was looking at (A BMW 335). I got the sense the staff pulled hard to get the numbers in my comfort zone and were honest with me from the start. I will certainly look to Manheim for future purchases. The car I got is top-quality at a great price; all around, I am super satisfied.

I bought a 6-series BMW coupe (a lemon-law buyback) from Greg Martin at Manheim. I setup a test drive via phone/e-mail, no problem, beautiful looking car (excellent condition, low mileage, very good price), but wasn't sure about the rear seat head room... Greg suggested the convertible option (haha). I wallked away, no harm/no foul, called Greg a few days later to buy since I didn't want to lose the deal. Sales process was a breeze, the car was ready, freshly washed, full tank... That was 5 weeks ago... no problems whatsoever with this car as advertised and advised. I will be recommending Manheim Imports and their friendly staff to family/friends. (My youngest son fits fine in the back seat btw...)

Thanks to Greg Martin and his customer focus, I have been enjoying this great weather in my Jeep Unlimited. I was able to find the jeep I wanted online over the weekend and sent an email. He got back to me on Monday and by 3PM we had a fair deal and by 8PM I was driving my Jeep home. He stayed late and even met me at the gas station to fill me up for the first time. I had been searching on weekends for 2 months, but the responses to my online inquires were slow, not at all or felt like spam emails. Bought this car over the Internet without having driven the car or seen it in person. Greg took the time to create a detailed video of the car pointing out the slightest imperfections. I even noticed something in the video Manheim had missed and Greg took care of it immediately with detailed follow-up shots of the repair (minor damage from a DVD mounting to the driver seat). Greg and the folks at Manheim made sending a large sum of money over the wire for a car never driven a breeze. I love my new BMW X5 and was everything Greg had promised. Thanks.

I was in the market for a new (1year old) SUV and happened upon Manheim imports who had just got this vehicle in a day or two before. I noticed it on the web page and called Greg Martin who just happen to still be in the lot late and stayed late to answer all my questions.I gave him my info and he called the next day with his bottom line. There was no "used car salesman" feeling, so i meet with him the next day and looked at the vehicle and sign the papers. I live in upstate ny and was browsing online for used BMWs. Manheim Imports was over 200 miles away but they,(and a couple other dealers in the area), had a great price on a 2005 BMW so we decided to take the drive down. I'm glad I did because this dealership and the dealer I worked with, Greg, were outstanding. There was no pressure and I felt that they really knew a lot about this type of car. When I returned the following weekend to purchase the car, they had it polished up and ready to go. The entire process was smooth. They even took care of the registration across state lines. About a week into driving the car around, I noticed a problem with the car. I called Manheim and they said to take it to a mechanic near me to find out about the problem. Turned out that Manheim paid the bill in full for this. Needless to say, I was impressed with their commitment to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend anyone looking for an import to seek out this dealership specifically.

My wife and I went to buy a Cayenne S, which looked every bit as nice as it had in the (many) pictures. Salesperson was helpful and easy-going throughout, and even took the car for a pre-purchase inspection at a nearby Porsche dealer. Minor repairs were made by Manheim Imports as promised, and we picked the car up the next weekend. Wish we could have taken home some of the other cars on the lot, too!

I purchased a 2002 Saab 9-5 Aero wagon from the dealer inventory and from the president of the company Mark Kreider. He went out of his way during a major snowstorm to take detailed pictures of the car after pulling it inside and washing it so that I could purchase it sight-unseen and have it shipped nearly 2500 miles to Phoenix, Arizona. I would certainly trust their dealership for my next used car purchase.
