I have to say we did go through a few dealerships before we got to Mann but none even came close to helping us and working for us like they did..We were so down after our bad experience at Tim Shorts in Hazard. But thanks to Chris Howell and the staff at Mann they even stayed hour and half past closing after working hard to get us approved for what we wanted. When we buy our next vehicle it will be from there again.. We thank you guys so much and love our brand new 2015 Rav4...

I felt like the staff really took care of me while purchasing my first vehicle. Brad was very willing to find the best deal he possibly could. Since buying my camry I've had another car open their door and put scratches on my drivers' side door. MANN told me to bring it up to them and they buffed it out without charging me any cost, simply because I'd bought it from that dealership. I fully intend on returning when buying another vehicle.

I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership and couldn't be any but pleased. I have received great service each time I am there. Brad is a great salesman and is very helpful with any concerns you may have. I would definitely recommend this dealersip.

Initially, I thought I found a great dealership to buy from. They were very helpful and polite (as I imagine all dealerships are to get your business). As an out-of-state purchaser, the owner even delivered my car to the airport in Lexington. I was able to sign all necessary paperwork at the airport. Everything looked great with the car. The only things missing were a second remote and an owner's manual. I was told in the car that they would get me a second remote and owner's manual and send it off to me. This was 2 days short of a month ago. I have NOT received EITHER of them and have since lost the only remote I have. Because I never received the second remote from Mann Toyota, I had to have another programmed and a laser key for the inside of the remote. It cost me over $700 to have the remote and key replaced. I called the dealership to explain my situation and that if I had a second remote, I wouldn't have had to pay for a replacement. I asked for some reimbursement since they never gave me what they promised and their manager and the owner told me there was nothing they could or would do. I made a $40,000 purchase and was promised something that was never delivered. I think that even half of the $700 is a small price to pay for customer service. I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone and recommend getting your car at any place other than this one!
