Maple Hill has been an excellent dealership - very professional, very helpful both before, during and after the sale. This is the latest of multiple purchases, both new and used vehicles. Both Phil Lawrence, as salesman, and Matt Taylor, dealing with finance, were easy to work with. Future purchases will definitely be with Maple Hill Auto.

I found the staff to be very professional, especially Phil lawrence who I worked with on my vehicle needs. I had not yet decided on a lease or purcahse and explained to Phil all of my circumstances. he worked with me to review all my options and was very generous in accommodating my situation with an existing lease from another manufacturer. In addition the facility is first-rate and provides many benefits to the vehicle owner/leasee. All-in-all I believe that we had as good an experience as possible and will gladly recommend the Maple Hill Auto Group to family and friends.

This is my 4th Hyundai at Maple Hill--the staff is incredible and understands the value of letting the customer drive the conversation. At no point do you feel like you're being taken or suckered, and driving away in something nice and shiny with the confidence that you received a good deal is exactly the way car buying should be. I had previously bought a 2006 used Tucson, which was an excellent vehicle. It had approximately 250,000 miles when I traded it in. Only had a few repairs. The service department there is excellent. Steve has always given me sound advice and I feel I can trust him. I go nowhere else for service and believe me, I get a lot of oil changes! Mike (salesman) was very courteous. I already knew I wanted another Tucson. I've already been back for a "refresher" on how all the gadgets work. They have really updated Tucsons in 10 years. I'm trying to catch up. Thoroughly enjoying my new ride.

I have had bad experiences with dealerships in the past, with pushy salesman and such. I was pleased when I went to Maple Hill Hyundai, I wasn't attacked by every salesman that was within eye shot. I did receive the help I needed without the feeling of being a piece of meat surrounded by hungry vultures. I got the vehicle I wanted at a good price. Overall a wonderful experience.

Steve works in the service dept. He helped us with a Hyundai we had purchased from a used car lot. Steve was very respectful to us, and treated us as if we had purchased the car from him! There were problems with the car, and Steve was great with us and the problems. We sold that car, and got another used Hyundai from the same used car dealer. We thought we were doing good, but there was no service support with this vehicle. Steve was great when we bought this car in for a problem. Again, Steve treated us like family! we could not resolve the issue, as it was the nature of the beast! We came to the dealership to but a tube of touch-up paint for the car from the service department, and wound up talking with Mike Zinger. That led us to the purchase of our new Hyundai! All is well so far, we love the car, and Mike gave us a follow-up to see if all was well. That is why we are a new customer of Maple Hill!!!

The internet price for the car really good. I did try to bargain for a brief moment but Maple Hill Hyundai was firm on the price. However, the price on the internet was the fairest price that I have saw. So I accept the deal and bought the car over the phone.

Located a 2015 Genesis on the dealer's webpage and called to see if the car was available. Spoke to sales professional Phil Lawrence who was very professional and informative. Even though I had a discounted pricing certificate through my employer, my own credit and no trade-in, I could not have been treated better. I live more than 2 hours from the dealer and the entire transaction was completed in a day. They even threw in carpeted floor mats! They spent as much time with me as needed...never felt rushed or pressured. Their motto is trust and integrity, and it shows.

My husband and I were doing research on a new, affordable vehicle for my mom. She had decided she wanted a Hyuandi so we began doing the initial calls to all dealers in our area. The call backs we were getting from other dealers were less than enthusiastic and not very helpful. We assumed it was because we were calling on a Saturday afternoon and many of the dealerships were about to close for the day. Then we called Maple Hill Auto Group in Kalamazoo and spoke with Mr. Phil Lawrence. He was pleasant, professional, and eager to help us answer all our questions. He worked out a great deal over the phone with us and had everything ready to go that Monday for my mom to drive home in her new car! On top of all that, he then helped my husband and me get appointments and a great deal for our personal vehicles to receive a protective coating at Great Lakes Chemical. He took his time with us and made sure my mom felt comfortable in her new vehicle before she left. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Phil, to anyone looking to buy a new car!
