Buckle up (intentional car pun) for this... I had the worst car buying experience of my life yesterday. When buying something as expensive as a car you want to feel safe and secure and that the people working to help you are truly helping instead of taking advantage. I am a 30 something, single mom and when I tell you I had to fight my way to get what I needed, that would be an understatement. First off, they were pushing for me to sign papers even before I had discussed the actual full price of the car with the financing attached. When I refused to The finance MANAGER, Tim (don't know his last name), is probably one of the worst people I have ever encountered in a professional setting in my life. Actually, to call him professional is not accurate. When I questioned my interest rate, he immediately got defensive, told me if I wanted a better deal I could always buy a brand new car ( which was not in my budget and never in my plans to do so) so this was an intentional dig at my situation. He told me I could go somewhere else and get a loan in which I replied that I would do that if that was my only option. When the dealer helping me finally stepped in, it was only then that I magically got a lower interest rate. When I went back in to then sign all the documents, Tim, was clearly annoyed with me. GET READY FOR THIS!!! I couldn't believe my eyes... while I was in there a younger dealer came in and dropped off a folder onto Tim's desk. Tim immediately threw, YES THREW, the folder onto the floor and the dealer scurried to pick it up and apologized like a little puppy who had an accident on the carpet. I was in shock! This is a "professional" man throwing things?!?! I didn't think I could feel more uncomfortable in my current situation with Tim but man he proved me wrong. He made a snide remark about me having research (which is what I had said earlier to let them know I'm not stupid and I know what I'm talking about). And at the end of my time with Tim, I got no thank you for just purchasing a 24k car from his dealership. I am just so disgusted by my treatment yesterday and I think Tim should be ashamed of himself that he could ever treat a customer this way. I would leave all this on their website but shocker there is no place for reviews... wonder why! If you want to purchase something off their lot, I would suggest calling another Ford dealership and have them get it for you.

Joseph Opoku was luckily the salesman that approached me when I went into see about the Lincoln Corsair when looking to move from my Audi lease. He is just what one hopes for when going into a car dealership. Joseph was not the typical car salesman. He was very knowledgeable and yet not pressuring. He provided the highlights of the vehicle while not putting on a pressured sales pitch. I didn't buy that first visit, although I could have but I still wanted to look at other vehicles. When I returned, it was Joseph that I sought out because I knew he would answer the questions I had while not pressuring for a sale. When I did purchase the vehicle, he was most available and accommodating so as to ensure that not only I was familiar with all the vehicle's many features, he also accommodated my husband on another occasion. I would highly recommend Joseph as a salesman if you want an excellent experience in car buying, especially if you have not had such good experiences in the past.

They offer amazing customer service! I worked with Steven one of the managers and he was very knowledgeable and helped me out through the entire car buying process! I would definitely recommend my family and friends here! Thank you guys for everything.

Who could ask for anything more? I am treated like a queen and my car is treated even better. Here's an update. 5 more stars for Maplecrest and for Steve Kush the man to see in their sales showroom. Steve has sold us 3 beautiful Lincolns over the past 6 years. Now we can look forward to the great service that Maplecrest provides for Lincoln owners. Whether it is a Lincoln or a Ford, Maplecrest is the place to go both for sales and service.

Very unpleasant experience. Wanted to drive and potentially buy the newest Ford Mache and the salesman refused to talk numbers with us. He was only interested in selling the car at sticker price. He kept pushing us to build our own car when we made it clear we were not interested, twice. He also failed to answer our questions regarding warranty. At the end, he told us he’s busy and if we have a minute he can introduce us to the manager. Instead, he said the manager is in the corner if you want to speak to him to introduce yourself to him. In what world does someone offer to introduce you to someone, and then turn around and tell you to introduce yourself and walk away? We walked out. That is not proper car customer service.
