Great service and nice cars. They worked with me and I love my new car! When you go in ask for Nick. Update: Zero stars!!! Run!!!!!! Do not get a car from them!!!!! I was told if I wrote a positive review I could get a free oil change. When I called to schedule one I was told that I couldn’t get a free oil change. 6 months into me having my car my tires started to lean in and it was unsafe to drive and it cost about 3,000 to fix this problem. My car has been giving me nothing but trouble and they don’t care. So again find somewhere else!!!!!!!!!! Don’t do it!!!! Run!!!!!

I went to today and saw Andy King and he was fabulous. I went in with very little income and just a trade in and he was able to get me into a vehicle. Thank you so much for everything. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Super friendly.

It was such a wonderful experience with auto mall in Maplewood in 2020 December when I really needed a car. And Andy one of the sale men was such great help to me in the process of buying my car. He even took me to the bank to get the money for the car because I didn't have ride. I wonder where else can I get such great help? In deed this a wonderful place to buy a car.

We were looking to purchase a second vehicle and decided to to check with Kyle to see if there were any vehicles that met the criteria we were looking for . We were pleasantly greeted with several options . We ended up making a purchase that day . The experience was excellent no pressure extremely friendly , courteous and professional.

The one star is for the young man Andy who was just trying to sell us a decent vehicle. I'd like to believe he wasn't aware of the issues this car had and did not take an active role in trying to lie to me and my wife about the problems we had with it. Not even a day after we left the lot we started experiencing brake failure. We took it back to them because they said they would help us out if anything went wrong, not to mention we purchased the warranty. Their uncertified mechanics claimed nothing was wrong with the vehicle. The sales manager or whatever he is, Nick, claimed he also drove it and is an expert at fixing his own vehicle so he too claimed that there was nothing wrong with it and sent us on our way to drive a large SUV with brake failure, with our 2 year old daughter. They spent a combined total of approximately 8 hours testing and 'inspecting" the vehicle. Later on in the day we took the vehicle to a certified mechanic at Midas, who identified the issue literally within one hour. Nick claimed the certified mechanic was lying and said he was just trying to sell us unnecessary service even though the mechanic had sent us back to the dealership because he didn't want to charge us what it would cost to get fixed. So we left again. Brought it back to our mechanic who then after a full engine inspection also found that the steering pump was failing and spraying oil everywhere. So all in all the complete cost to fix all of this came to nearly $1900. Only then to find out that they lie about the warranty being "activated" the moment we leave the dealership. We had to wait almost an entire week before they actually paid the warranty company for their services. During that week me and my wife were repeatedly lied to about what was going on with the payment of the car, the bank, and the warranty service and every time we called, anyone who answered including nick, pretended like they had no idea what we were talking about. The warranty company by the way, was disgusted by the service we received from the dealership and paid for over $1000 worth of the repairs that were needed. The brake systems in the back we had to come out of pocket for. They claim all these vehicles are professionally inspected. How did they miss brake failure and a failing steering pump? Either of those could have caused me or my family serious harm and they seemed to not care in the slightest. That's quite ruthless coming from the manager who said he has a daughter of his own and so he would never sell us a vehicle that would be dangerous. Bottom line, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. They are more concerned about you signing those papers and getting out of their lot without losing them business, than they are about your safety once your gone. They put on a great show to get us to sign though, acting like they were really getting us a deal charging us $21,000 for an $11,000 vehicle. The price gouging and advantage taken of that, I can deal with. What I don't appreciate at all, was the lack of concern and the cynicism shown when we asked for help. Sidenote: I had to wait to post this review until the dealership gave us our plates (over a month later and we had to call to find out they had them) because we are aware of other complaints stating that the dealership purposely held onto their plates after the customers had left bad reviews.
