I will give this a 3. I would’ve given it a five if it was just about buying our new car because we had such a great experience. But I went in to talk to them about a used car and only the guy in the office was sitting there, and he could not have been shorter or more rude. On new experience this would’ve been a 5. on used experience it would’ve been a 1. Service has always been good so I will just settle with a 3.

I found 2 cars that I liked online. I got there and one was already sold but the other Honda Pilot was in very good condition. Taking it for a test drive was fast and easy. No pressure sale and I got the payment and price I wanted. The staff were friendly and I got out of there with my car faster than any other car purchase I have ever made.

Great experience with the purchase and financing… we did not receive the title work to tag our truck within the 30 days from the date of purchase. I called the dealership and they said it had been mailed via certified mail but we never received it… they said they could get us duplicate paperwork and mail it certified again… I asked the to send the paperwork via FedEx or UPS since it did not arrive last time via certified mail. They said it cost too much so I could either accept the certified mail or pick it up in person… I live 3 hours away from the dealership and had to drive a total of 6 hours on my day off to pick up the paperwork… and since it was past 30 days I also received an $18 penalty when I went to tag my vehicle the next day… So, because the dealership did not deliver the title work to me in the required time and was too cheap to send it a different way I spent 6 hours driving, spent way more in gas than they would have spent sending it via FedEx or UPS, and I received a late penalty of $18 when tagging my vehicle… What started off as a good experience soon went south and ended up being a not so good experience due to the dealership being cheap.

My only complaint is that a customer was allowed to have a dog in the waiting room. Admittedly by the customer, not a service animal. This dog was allowed to be on the furniture and and basically whatever he and the dog owner wanted, even getting in personal space of other customers. the owner even decided to play with him while there instead of making him just sit and behave. When they left, there was dog hair EVERYWHERE, covering the couch that he was on AND the one behind them. Then when i mentioned the hair to the receptionist, she did nothing to clean it up. I not against dogs, but I am against dogs where they don't belong. And this is not a place for pets.
