Their website failed to show any prices due to a "Midnight Madness" event. I called and spoke with the manager who explained they pulled the prices off the site because they'll be open until Midnight and are "offering way more" on trade ins to "clear the lot."I fell for the gimmick, hype and enthusiasm.I was offered a number less than the "KBB Suggested Trade In" for my vehicle and what they wanted for their vehicle was more than what KBB says is fair from a dealer.They talk about retaining lifelong customers and their business cards pre-emptively thank you for your referrals but at the end of the day this is just another sketchy "volume" dealer.I will not give them my business. I would not recommend this dealer to family and friends.

I traveled From Pennsylvania to Maine (400 miles each direction),to purchase a new Nissan Maxima,from Marc motors and would do it again. They have the best prices and phenomenal. sales and support personnel. Absolutely the best car buying experience I have ever experienced. Aimee and Shane gave me a deal too good to be true and I would like to thank them both again personally. If you want a great deal and exceptional sales and support staff. Marc motors is where you want to buy your next Nissan vehicle.

I am surprised to read the reviews because We have purchased 6 cars from Marc and I would never go anywhere else. They have gone above and beyond to make sure we are happy. They have great prices, and awesome service. I always take my cars there for service, they do a full inspection every service. I am really shocked by these reviews.

Rude behavior...salesman got up from table and walked away while in conversation. Arrogant. Ignorant. Walked in with cash and got turned away because salesman wanted to finance us instead...just odd and rude

Drive 1 and half hours from NH and got big lies and got treated very very rude.The manager yelling to me when I disagree with the high rates of financial. They call them No.1 of New England, I didn't get it. No.1 Liar of New England.He did the paper work at highest interests and I didn't agree with that. Then he got mad and slapped the paper on the desk and yelling "good bye".

Bought used subaru from Marcmotors nov 2012. Brought back in week for repairs told them car was dangerous on slippery roads, they had car 3 days doing other work told me had to get used to all wheel drive. Brought back a couple weeks later same issue they had car for 3 hours was told tire inflation issue. Went to subaru dealer found issue in 5 minutes. If an inspection was done within 2 months of buying car issue should have been found, inspection was done April . 1300 dollar fix luckily I purchased extended warrenty or so I thought. They helped fix that issue.Then beginning of April 2013 major nocking in engine,car had 39000 when purchased now 42300 subaru dealer called quality plus .Rude people. Made me do unneeded fixes 5 weeks later car is still not fixed!! Called Marc Motors for help told me they have done enough and Will get back will not return calls.
