Great customer service! JJ was very nice and patient! All staff were so polite and accommodating. They offered us bottled water, comfy couches to sit and wait, bathrooms were very clean! My wife and I spent the day looking at several different BMW X5. But each one had a problem with either the interior or the exterior, so we just couldn't decide on any. Until we stopped to look at a BMW X5 35D at Marietta Auto Sales. We met Aaron Cooper, a salesman there who was very nice and extremely informative about the BMW line. We spent a little more than we set our budget for. But the vehicle was in immaculate condition and Aaron gave us a very thorough demonstration. I was in the market for a Honda Pilot and had done my research. When I saw a 2011 Pilot online at Marietta Auto Sales, I knew it was a great deal -- AND low miles! On Christmas Eve, my husband and I went to test drive it. We worked with Trent, a fantastic salesperson. On our test drive, we swung into Pep Boys to have the Pilot checked out, which we had planned to do and which Trent encouraged. The tires were worn (there was a nail in one, which was irreparable) and one USB port wasn't working correctly. Marietta Auto Sales has their own service center, so they repaired the USB port issue. They were firm on the price (which I already knew was good), but they offered us four new tires at the wholesale price AND put them on. We had secured financing elsewhere, and the entire purchase process was incredibly smooth. Don't be put off by the building. Do your research so you'll know a good deal when you see it. We could not be happier.

I found the car LEXUS RX350, I wanted for a fair price. They sale luxury cars, which I liked. I found JJ and Clevelin to be helpful and gave me very good customer service. I asked a lot of questions and they did not appear to get tired of me. I would have like a 30 day complimentary warranty form the company but other than that I like this place. I found them online and the very same day I drove up to look at the car I had seen. A day later I was driving home with the car I wanted. I love my car and will definitely refer my people to them. The only down side was they gave me the car with the fuel light on, smh!. I had to drive to the neareat gas station before I could go home. Called the next day and end up talking to a very rude lady. I did not call to ask for gas money, but to let them know that they should be careful next time, but without even letting anyone talk, she said we do not provide gas money. Very rude. I hope she's not the one that answers the phone all the time. Real bad for business.

We drove 285 miles to get the right car at the right price. Donnie test drove the vehicle for us and had the service department take care of a rattle in the air vent. We put down a refundable deposit to hold the vehicle for 3 days. Once at the dealership, we were pleased with the vehicle, paid remaining agreed upon balance, signed the paperwork and drive 285 miles home. Very pleased--would do it again.

I would NOT recommend buying from this dealership. 3 weeks ago tomorrow we traded in our SUV. A few days ago a payment was taken out of our account for the loan! Come to find out they never paid off the loan!! I received nothing but excuses from them about their mistake (which they never admitted to or apologized for). No one followed up with me or returned phone calls; I had to call them for answers...still trying to get answers becaus the loan still has not been paid off! Oh! Did I mention the SUV is now listed on they website FOR SALE!!! Do yourself a favor and do not buy from this dealership!

Overall I was fairly satisfied, I got a good car for a good price, you would expect any used car to have some issues, the issues i had to deal with were small and cheap so im happy. I knew the car I was looking for, an Acura TSX. I made a list of the 5 best choices in North Georgia. Marietta Auto Sale had one of the cars. I was worried at first, because I had read mixed reviews of the dealership online. After seeing every other TSX on my list, I headed over to Marietta Auto. I can honestly say, the reviews I read had them all wrong. My fiance and I were met by a friendly representative as soon as we started looking at our TSX. The representative that helped us was James, and he was as solid as they come. He gave us the opportunity to test drive the car and helped us find a list of mechanics in the area to check the car out. We went to a nearby Firestone to have the TSX looked at. We found a code that suggested issues with the O2 sensor. We went back and told James about what they found, he replied, "Ok. Let's get that taken care of." He drove the vehicle around back and their onsite mechanic took care of the problem immediately, no questions asked. As soon as the problem was fixed, I met with Otis to complete the financial paperwork. I can honestly say that the entire process was painless and actually enjoyable. The best part is that I got the exact car I wanted, beautiful condition inside and out, for a price I couldn't believe. Otis worked to get me my car, plus a 3 year warranty for under $200 per month. I couldn't be happier. Thank you Marietta Auto Sales. I will definitely be coming back for one of those BMW's ;)

I purchased a car from them on 9/17/14 and paper work got done after 9pm and I was told to come back for detailing the next day. The next morning I put cd in cd player and the cd player is not working. I called them to set up to bring in the car for detailing and cd player to get fix on Saturday and they said okay. I showed up on Saturday and waited 3-4 hours expecting that the work will get done and they didn't do anything to the car not even detail I can still see the mark from sticker that I removed and they just take the cd out but didn't fix the cd player and said that they don't have anyone know how to fix cd player and claimed want to call the dealership to see the cost first and will work thing out. I have called back million times to get the update never available and never return called. They owed me a part that was in writing on paper work and it been after months now and never got it.

Had a very disappointing experience with one of their salesmen by the name of Michael Brown. My wife and I have been looking for a 2006-2008 Lexus GS for several months, and have looked at over a dozen vehicles in person. One of the main reasons we hadn't bought one yet was because of the overall condition of the vehicles we saw, especially the rims. Saw a 2008 listed on Cars.Com by Marietta Auto Sales, and called to inquire about it. Spoke with Michael Brown. We live in Huntsville, Al., which is a four hour drive from Atlanta, so I asked Mr. Brown to please go out, inspect the vehicle personally, paying special attention to the rims and overall exterior condition of the vehicle and to take pictures of any damage, so I could evaluate whether we were going to drive four hours to look at it or not. He said he would be glad to do so. Called me back a few minutes later, telling me there was no visible damage to the wheels and would rate the car overall as an 8 1/2 on a scale of one to ten, which would make the vehicle in very good condition. Based on his assessment, we negotiated a price over the phone and my wife and I drove to Atlanta the next day to pick up the car. What a misrepresentation Mr. Brown gave of the automobile. Not only were all four rims dented, scratched and in very bad condition, and the dents and scratches were plainly visible, but the overall condition of the automobile was not as represented. Trunk needed to be painted where the paint on the spoiler was worn off and there were numerous deep scratches on the body of the car.My wife and I understood we were looking at a six year old automobile and there would be some condition problems, but this car was far from very good condition, more like fair. When I confronted Mr. Brown about the very visible and severe damage to the wheels, he said when he inspected it for me it was raining and they looked fine in the rain to him at the time. Needles to say, we did not purchase the vehicle from Marietta Auto Sales and my wife and I wasted a whole day because of a salesman's misrepresentation. If a salesman will misrepresent a vehicle to get someone to drive four hours to look at it, he should be avoided.

the worst dealership in united states. there are nothing but scam artist here. selling a car without emission and not telling, slapping a temporary tag on the car, first of all its illegal in cobb county and vehicles being sold as-is are not exempt either. when i took my car back the manager told me he will buy back the vehicle on a Wednesday which was only 3 days away, next thing you know it passed 4 weeks and still nothing and every time i called they asked why i wanted to speak to the manager or put me on hold and totally forget. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!!!

Three nights ago, I applied for a 2008 Honda Accord Five speed that I saw online. Nobody called me the next day so I called in and spoke with Isabel. She speaks to me in spanish the whole time even though I answer her in english. She didn't even ask me if I preferred spanish or english. English is what I speak at home even though I understand about 75% of spanish and speak about 50%. The finance guy was out of the office for a day and a half but in three days, I have had to make all of the calls and never get any call backs. This is making car hunting VERY frustrating when all I want to do is buy a car from them. smh

How hard can it be to hit delete when you sell a vehicle? Just unimpressed. I worked with a much (as huge) larger dealer and they were on top of their game.

I recently purchased a 2009 Nissan Maxima. I enjoyed the buying process so far. They sale a lot of cars so the sales men are not as "aggressive" as other dealerships and that could be a turn off. None the less I was determined to get this particular car so I showed up and made sure I got what I wanted. Juan (a salesman there) was also helpful and kind. He did not pressure me to buy and seemed very knowledgeable of the cars I was looking at. I also think that Antonio (finance guy) is a God sent to that place. I'm not too sure I would have kept coming back if it wasn't for him being there. Because it was my first time buying a car Antonio took me aside to encourage me not to feel pressure to buy if it didn't feel right. He made me feel comfortable and I would send anyone to Marietta Auto Sales because of it. We'll see what happens after the purchase, hopefully I won't be back to post anything negative! However, right now I'm grateful to have been a customer of MAS.

After reading the response to my original review, I contacted them and faxed a copy of the receipt for the emissions inspection. They sent me a check to cover the $25, as promised. I'm still not happy with how long it took them to file the title paperwork, but they corrected their mistake with the emissions inspection and refunded the cost to me.

i filled out an auto loan application online and it told me to contact th dealer. i called 3 times and waws told that i would get a call back in which all 3 times i didnt. i have tried to chat online several times about a particular vehicle and no one answers the online chat when it states that dealer is online. i never had to work so hard at giving anyone my bussiness.

I bought a 2007 Acura TSX in January 2013 and I love the car. They let me test drive it alone and I was allowed (even encouraged) to take the car to get it inspected prior to purchase. The purchase went smoothly. The problems with Marietta Auto Sales started after the purchase. By law, dealers have 30 days to file the title transfer paperwork so that you can get the registration at the DMV. For some reason, the temporary tag also expires in 30 days (thanks to our brilliant lawmakers). Most dealers take care of this within a few days so you have plenty of time before the temporary tag expires. Marietta Auto Sales took 26 days! I stood in line at the DMV twice only to be told that the paperwork had not yet been filed and I could not register the car in my name. I called the dealer afterwards each time and when I could actually get through to someone in the business office, I was told they 'sell a lot of cars' and would have it done soon. When they finally filed, I went back to the DMV and was told this time that the car was missing the emissions inspection and that the dealer was required by law to provide this prior to selling the car. I assume this law is pretty much unenforceable because the guy at the DMV did not seem all that surprised. So I have to get it done myself...another hour and a half of my life gone and $25 more out of pocket. I'm writing this to warn future buyers and to give Marietta Auto Sales a chance to respond and hopefully to correct their problems so it doesn't happen to anyone else.

Finally a positive experience. I had intended to purchase a car from another dealership in Cartersville (TR Kia) but I was not respected nor appreciated as a customer. I decided to take my business to Marietta Auto Sales.Upon first approach, I was very apprehensive. Nobody came out to greet me as I randomly searched the lot for what I was looking for. After inquiring in general about the Crosstour, I had wait for bit for the key to be located and the car to be brought to the front.After a bit of patience, I realized that this dealership is a no fuss and no pressure business. Danny patiently answered my many questions, did not badger me, nor did he dismiss me as an insignificant customer. I knew what I wanted. I did my research before I went. I achieved my goal very quickly. Danny was very personable and and professional. The purchase process was seamless. The overall process turned out to be better than I initially thought. By the way..... I love my car.

We visited this place today and something about this place made me uneasy. First it was hard to even get into the lot. It is small and filled with cars so it is hard to even drive in and find a parking spot. Then there are lots of people that work there walking around but takes a moment to find someone to help you. Even when we got a sales person he seemed busy and distracted and kinda left us on our own. I noticed this place is several thousands dollars less than the same cars I have looked at other places. Most of the cars look good on the outside but you can see scratches and dents on some of them. They don't do a really good job of clean up the inside but that is okay. We looked at one car that just came off the truck and it had the worst smell. I don't know what kind of normal activity would leave that kind of smell. Me and my husband both smelled it and thought dead body. It made me wonder where they get their cars from and why they are so much cheaper. There clean up/body shop in the back reminded me of a chop shop. Again makes me wonder where they get the cars from and how much cosmetic work they do to make them look good but what lies deeper. While we were sitting in the office we overheard another customer complaining about them changing the deal after agreeing to it. Something about this place made me uneasy and instinctively not trust them . So we looked at a few vehicles, did not test drive anything and left!

This dealer does not negotiate at all! I was even willing to pay the asking price, so I figured at least waive the dealer fee of 4$$ close to $500 since i even have my own financing. They said no. The car is 665miles away so I requested more photos even from a cell phone I told the guy and he said yea ok, never sent them. The deal looks good but I can see scratches in photos that's why I'm hesitant. I may have even still purchased car if some photos were at least sent or even talked to me like I was somebody.

Here they let you take the car to third party mechanic to check their cars before you purchase and boy I wish I had done that. I bought an Acura TSX and a week later it needed an oil change. Then a month later my back breaks were squealing because the padding was gone and was breaking on the ring..seriously only a month after purchase! Now almost 2 months later my front breaks I feel are gonna need to be switched soon. If your going to buy a car from here take it to get checked first!!

My dad and I drove from MS to GA this weekend looking for a car in Atlanta. I really wanted a 2006-10 Honda Civic and wanted it to be $8000. We left Friday night and looked ALL day Saturday (9am-9pm) and found many pieces of junk and one that was great for $8500 but it ended up being covered in rust on the bottom. We realized that we weren't going to be able to find a good one for that price, so we looked for $9000 and found a 2009 Honda Civic Coupe here. We went first thing Sunday, we had to go in to ask but the man was very polite and told us where to look. We saw it, checked it out, took it for a text drive and it was BEAUTIFUL and drove great. They had it marked $2000 over the internet price, but when we told them the internet price there was no problem. He told us he wouldnt budge on the internet price but after negotiating and him realizing we pay taxes in MS we got it for $9000 even. It was a beautiful 2009, ran well, and had about 84000 miles on it, so it was quite a bargain. We drove it 350 miles home with NO PROBLEMS. The service was friendly and worked with us nicely. Definitely am happy with our purchase.

I went to Marietta auto sales to buy a used Honda I had seen online. They said they had it and asked them how much it would be in total with the fees and all to my surprise they had a different price compared to the online price I had seen, I pulled it up on my phone and showed it to him but he did not acknowledge anything I told him but instead kept saying they go by the prices they have on their computer, so I was left wondering why they advertise a certain price but not sell at the advertised price? To get you to the store?

I bought a 2000 Acura TL on a Saturday night and on Monday the engine light came on along with the TCS. I called Edwardo about it and he said their is nothing wrong with the car and it "checked" out fine when they bought it. I told him I went to my mechanic and he said the will reset the engine light and it will come on again around 25 miles. That was exactly the mileage when it came on. My mechanic said this problem was there prior to purchasing the car and they had to know it. As soon as I call them on the third day to let them know I was not happy with the car, my check "conveniently" went through. I was taking the car back home and I got stuck on the highway and had to tow it to a shop to get it fixed. I called them again to give me my money back and they said they cannot help me that I bought it "as is". Buyers please be aware of the condition of your car before buying it. Don't trust them when they tell you the car is working great, LIARS!!!!! Let's see how they respond to this, hummmm, I bet it starts off with "We didn't intend to deceive you, blah, blah, blah...

I called these people several times about certain cars listed on the web. Every time they were very rude and all the cars I asked about were "sold". I figured I would go there anyway because I wanted a certain color civic and they had it. No salesman to be found so I walked in the office and the salesman bombarded me with questions like what year was it and what was the stock number. I'm thinking to myself I don't work here do I. Avoid this place at all cost if they were this rude before a purchase how do you think they would be after?

I was looking for a dependable car for my daughter to go off to college in. The no pressure attitude helped us take our time and make the right decision. The salesman provided us specific information about the vehicle and carfax data on the spot. I attempted to purchase the car using a credit card and We ran into some problems with our bank during the transaction. Eduardo was very knowledgable with the banking process and went beyond the call of duty by calling my bank to assure that the tranaction was valid.

We bought a Honda Odyssey Touring in perfect condition at the best price we could find (using the search feature on cars.com) at Marietta Auto Sales. We drove in from Birmingham to look at this car an another and there was no pressure from Eduardo when we told him we needed to look at the other car. He knew we would be back :-) I asked him if he could match the pre-approval offer we had for financing back home and he was honest and said it might be difficult to get such a low interest rate. Guess what? They beat the rate! Eduardo forgot to give us the remote to the DVD player but he got in the mail the very next day. Great service by these guys! I would definitely buy from them again!

I recently bought a used Highlander from Marietta Auto Sales. I found the car online and it was more than what i wanted to pay. I sent an email request and advised how much i wanted to pay. Eddie called me to get more info, i advised him of the "out the door" price that i wanted to pay. He called me back and said he could make it happen. I went to drive the car, Eddie urged me to go get the car checked anywhere i wanted. A Toyota dealer came back with a clean report. I purchased the vehicle with no problems.
